Well hands down they sell the best chicken in Trinidad and the service is quick at times. There is a variety of combos to choose from and there are also bathrooms and seating areas. Its a great place to get a quick bite if you're on a lunch break . The only down fall might be their lack of workers at time and it sometimes slows down the pace of things but other than that everything is perfect .

They need to be able the fast paste surrounding better and parking is always an issue to get in here

The customer service was not polite. The washroom when I attended was in a horrible state. If they can do anything about these situations,it would be appreciated. Thank you.

Not sure why KFC went with this one queue system. So far because i'm there before rush hours service was good. When the place is busy not sure how they'll make out with that system. (KFC Windsor)

Fastest service in all of the KFCs I've been to or ordered delivery from. The chicken didn't taste good the week after covid restrictions but was back to normal the second week.

Windsor customer service has gone to the dogs I bought a 10 piece and they telling me I can only get 2 side breasts but they putting 4 thighs in my order and still didn't get my side breast and if that wasn't bad enough they gave me a side short.

How can anyone purchase food when there are NO CONDIMENTS offered nor available upon request. THIS IS TRINIDAD. What a turn off... and it's nearly all stores.

Service is woefully slow

Usually a busy place but always a quick moving line. I never got attitude from a anyone there and it is a nice place to go if you are thinking about sitting in. Not a restaurant though. I like the fact that the pizza is right next door and not to mention there is a toilet for customer use. Good food and a wonderful helpful & friendly staff who has lots of patience.

Called to make an order....the young lady didn't even wait for me to speak the person just answered and said "kfc Windsor good evening sorry we can't take any orders at this time". Poor customer service.

Fast service, clean surroundings and reasonably good fare. Dining space average and ample. Limited parking for 3 vehicles.
