Very easy location to find at the Arima branch, staff is very knowledgeable on products, cost saving services, they carry a wide range of paints, consumables, an equipment. Their costing is capable of serving all customers pockets. I like SW for my paints.

The service was good and the employee were patient enough to wait for me to pick my colors and were even kind enough to carry my paint out to the car in the scorching sun.

Had a great sale going on and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Shane was exceptional.

For the first time i visiting Sherwin -Williams Paint Store it's a very special and beautiful place but what ever you want you will have to deep into your pocket for what ever wants they're done every thing theirs by mixing paint colours that you may want But remember that you must have the money 💰💰💰 to buy much as you wanted 🙏🙏

Costumer friendly quick servce reliable products made to last

I love their service especially at the Woodbrook branch. I have serviced Chaguanas, Maraval, St. James, Diego Martin, San Juan and Arima.

Awful first time experience. The most unwilling service personnel could be. Went in with a RGB color code to see if we could get it custom mixed. Instant "NO" was the response and "We can't do that, we mix 9 different colours for custom paints and there's nothing we can do to help". Really? Nothing? An international company that deals with colours can't figure out how to mix a colour from an RGB code? This is your company's first time mixing paint? Pulled out my phone, found an online converter and got their Sherwin Williams color code for them. Took all of 30 seconds. They still can't help us, they can only mix a gallon but not this colour, go somewhere else, they not calling the next branch to verify availability. What exactly do you people know or do? Nothing and nothing. It'll take a God miracle for me to go back there for paint.

Service personnel helpful but not all products available

I patronized here once before & in store customer service was rather nice but over the phone....NO NO NO...O'Meara branch, not all but it was a guy, your phone etiquette needs some major improvement!

I was totally satisfied with the products and service offered. I got most of what I wanted and was presented with very good alternatives when a couple of the products I wanted were unavailable so I was still able to fill my whole order. Prices were excellent and I also saved about 40% because of a sale. Color matching was very accurate.

Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are affordable and looking out for the sales really saves you some money. Wide variety of colours gloss matte, interior exterior and the quality of paint is excellent very durable.

sherwin williams outlets generally have good customer service so I still rated this one although they did not have the product I was looking for
