Well lighted Savannah and grounds for sport activities. There is a popular food truck scene as well.

Love to hang out here great place to visit with friends and family. A wide variety of food to choose from with friendly service and seating. Safe for kids. A lot of new food trucks have open up. The Jamaican jersey and geera gizzard is delicious.

(I mostly go here for food on weekends, so this is my perspective) it gets kinda crowded but that's to be expected from a very popular location with plenty of food like this one but other than that it's easy to navigate and a lot of the food trucks stay are in the same place all the time so it makes it easier to come back and easily find your favorite one.

Beautiful night life, on my first visit, hubby and I bought some wonderful churros and curry. My gosh that lady's Eggplant choka was amazing!!

If you love your belly, go there on a Friday evening. All kinds of dishes, even a large savanna to exercise close to PBR, lots of light so you can feel safe.

I accompanied my sister to walk at Eddie Hart. Though evening, the transit time was unexpected long due to traffic and waiting at the lights. There was parking though lots of cars. The smell of food filled the air. We made 5 laps, the equivalent of one Queens Park Savannah. The place was well lit, especially since the moon was out. Every lap, I reminded myself watch my step over a patch of wet leaves. All in all we had a pleasant time.

This is a cool casual go to for exercise and food. There are always police officers here. There is a variety of food options BBQ, soup, doubles, ice cream, fresh fruits including Coconuts, geera pork almost anything you can think of. Fridays and Saturdays are the busiest.

One of the best public spaces you can utilise.. very large areas.. some need repurposing.. parking zone needs reworking as well as public utilies needs expansion

Felt safe and lively. The bleachers need some upgrades. Generally doesn't have much seating around the park

Great place for some fresh air and sporting activity. Lots of space to work out, whether you're by yourself or part of a group. Various activities can be found happening around the ground. There is a food strip as well on most nights, however, options are quite generic and it seems as though the majority of vendors at this location should stick to cooking at home. For themselves. And not subject the general populous to utter disappointment.

Its a peaceful space. There's parking, either where the food vendors are situated or directly next to it, however in that second area its dirt and grass which can get quite muddy if the rain falls. There are pavilions, tires and one or two pieces of work out equipment otherwise.

Good area for working out, running or walking. Solo workouts would be okay during the day but more people usually attend after work or early at morning, better to have a buddy. Their open food area usually has good items and attracts a very large crowd on weekends and is very diverse. Parking is hell on those weekends, sometimes there are police officers to assist but only like 1 out of 5

I have double feelings about this place. Generally, most of the vendors are friendly, definitely not all. Price is a bit over average when looking at the quality/quantity, but I guess the people have to pay their bills. Exercising space is good once you come early. I don't like how most vendors use gas generators for electricity, so it can be really noisy and smelly sometimes.

Great place to take a nice afternoon run or grab a bite. A lot of street food vendors and a variety of different cuisines to choose from such as pholourie, roti, pies, burgers, wontons, grilled food, bbq and you can also get punch and ice cream.

As long as the grass paths are maintained the grounds are lovely

This is one of the most used recreational parks on the east west corridor. It was the Sunday before the covid 19 restrictions were lifted and social distancing was still in effect for the local football match. Mask wearing was loose but it is an open space to share with family and friends. There are a lot of trees for shade and a food spot a 5min walk away. It is mainly grass not much sand other than some patches on the football field. There is a paved walk way for riding, walking and jogging surroundings the park. There is a tap and the area is well lit in certain areas. Very close to transportation.

Went there to see what's available to eat and to see how the vibe /lime was going. It was busy enough with a significant number of patrons buying food items on a Saturday night...I settled for fruits...the coconut / fruit vendor was quite service oriented....will be going back there soon.

Get place for recreational activities. There a cricket nets. Aerobic activities in the morning and evening. A ground for running and walking. Exercise equipment and a water refilling station where you can refill your 1 gallon and 5 gallon bottles with alkaline water. There is also a food court in the evening on the compound offering from doubles to gyros to wings and fries , smoothie, burgers, coconut πŸ₯₯water. Lots of parking

So we went to the food village very first time visiting and it was really nice Especially because it's closer than cross crossing Great food options but they close at 10pm

Eddie Hart Savanah is a great compound that has many attractions such as a huge Savanah as well as a lot of vendors to quench those appetites. In all a very nice place to have a afternoon of physical activities with the family.

Not much to say here really. It's a Savannah, it's what you'd expect it to be. I've seen multiple children's football matches, going on all at the same time here. It's big, so if you want to walk/jog/run, you'll definitely get a work out.

  • 5/5 STETSON M. 2 years ago on Google
Went to the food strip... it far surpasses the buzz of activity at the cross right now and is still growing.. Good food and vibes.

Plenty of food options. Great atmosphere. Didn't see any washroom facilities.

I have exercised here quite often and it's a really nice spot with the food vendors and the many people you can meet. The bathrooms can be better, and it would be great if they can implement a system for keeping the bags of those who want to workout after work and do not have a car to keep their bag(like a locker system where they charge money to hold your bag and give you a key). Not sure if that would be possible but either way, this is a great place.

Nice street food at Eddie Hart grounds- tacos, burgers, grilled food, soups, caribbean fusion options, smoothies, doubles etc. Take the family out in the evening and get something to eat, in a cool, casual environment.

Outdoorsy street food vibe. Great variety. Always courteous vendors. Supporting local never tasted so good. Great spot to tailgate and enjoy your eats.

Relaxing but the toilet facilities need to be open, for the public to utilize.
