I don’t know why this is rated as a 3 star hotel, THIS SHOULD BE A 5 STAR HOTEL! We have been treated so well here. Every single staff member we have met has been so kind and gracious and accommodating. I have never felt so welcome and taken care of at a hotel. I would recommend this place a million times. We had our boat departure time change he day we checked out and the wonderful management and staff insisted that we leave our luggage with them and stay to use the amenities while we wait. They fixed our room keys for us with a smile, gave me extra conditioner for my extra long hair. The continental breakfast was magnificent, delicious and so well maintained. The room was perfect and super clean. The room had a microwave, refrigerator, hangers, coffee machine, the works! The pool was amazing, and the outdoor lounge area was so cozy and beautiful! This place is anything you could need in a hotel and customer service is unmatched! I will be coming back again. I will never stay at another hotel when I am in this area. Best experience ever!

I really have zero complaints. Customer service was phenomenal, and rooms were quiet for the most part. Walls are thin but not the worst I have heard. (Heard someone praying next door, but it was muffled) Breakfast was good, it's safe, lots of cameras and conveniently place off the highway. Will definitely return.

Our kids are all in university, so we had not been together or shared a trip since prior to Covid lockdown. so this spring break weekend wanted just a few days to relax with all of them. We booked four rooms in hopes to get rooms as close together or 2 rooms on each floor. we got all rooms close to each other for safety reasons. The General Manager Jacob was fabulous…. He is the rarity of white glove treatment for smaller hotels, you would expect his service and commitment found at 5 star hotels and he treats the property with every detail. When we visit the beach again for weekend trips this is our go to place from now on.. thanks Jacob and staff for being part of a family memory….

Check in was quick, friendly staff. The room was great, walls thin could hear very boisterous guys next to me for an hour. Breakfast area looked very nice but breakfast was disappointing. Empty areas, had pancake making station but no pancake mix, had heat lamp but no food item under it, eggs tasteless, sausage was lukewarm, hash browns soggy and stuck to pan. It is a nice facility, looks very new, nice outdoor patio area.

Great place. Affordable . CLEAN. Nice people. Cute, clean pool. Pretty place. Great breakfast. Best hotel I've ever been to for the price. If I came through again. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Definitely reccomend.

New nicely decorated hotel, very classy. There are many extras you wouldn't expect at a BW, like a coffee machine and biscotti at the coffee bar! Friendly staff. Clean. Welcoming.

Up front. Debbie was an awesome person. Very friendly and very helpful with all my questions. Got us checked in very easy. We liked this hotel so much we will be back in April.

This will be our go to place when visiting our family. It was kept up like it was brand new. Very clean with exceptional staff that cared about our happiness and needs. Thank you for a pleasant stay, we will be back.

Clean & Neat environment. This is a 3 start hotel but it providing 5 star facilities. Breakfast too good. Hospitality of front desk what not everything seems awesome. Washrooms & Rooms are very clean. Highly recommended , Surfside beach also 10min away. They are providing Tesla charger port , really excited & happy for the stay. My kids loved the pool. Enjoyed a lot.

Clean hotel, great staff. Mrs. Kellie was a pleasure to meet, she worked at the front counter the day of my stay. She is what I call the face of the establishment and she does a fine job. Some owners don't realize how important the role is of the person you first meet when entering any establishment. She represents the hotel well and is very kind.

The BEST Staff we have had at any hotel group or hotel we have ever stayed at. Everyone was nice and accomodating. Reallyade it an enjoyable stay. The room and facilities were new and clean. But would stay for the staff even if they were not. 10/10

Beautiful rooms. Cozy. Friendly employees. Would highly recommend! 10/10 And a wonderful breakfast selection. Great for solo travel, with family, holidays, or for business trips.
