Everything I had from here was amazing, the food is consistent and the customer service is very nice and welcoming. Beautiful view of the sea wall! Coffee was amazing, ice cream, dessert, great pizza and pasta! Can't go wrong here no matter what you get. 🤗

It was the best restaurant for me during my trip to Galveston Beach. Especially, I liked Lemon Butter pasta perfectly. The pizza was really big and the cheese was so delicious. The child also ate deliciously. The staff were very friendly. There was Gelato in the store, but I want to try it next time I visit there.

Our server was Thomas, and he gave impeccable service. He was kind, funny, charming, and was the most attentive server we have had in a long time. I have celiac and am on a strict gluten free diet. The staff were very accommodating in knowing which menu items could be made to order gluten free. I got a gluten free lasagna pizza and when I tell you it is by far the BEST GF pizza I have ever had in my life...it's no joke. On non GF we also got an Italian pizza, it was a little greasy but the ingredients were on point fresh and delicious! Our group also got a margarita pizza that I was told was out of this world crazy good. And we got the grouper with angel hair and I was told it was the best fish he has ever had. They did not have any gluten free deserts, but the table shared a slice of cheesecake and Italian creme cake and I was told both were supreme perfection. The cost was $134 including 2 hard ciders and 3 soft drinks. 100% reasonable pricing, AMAZING food and stellar service. I love that you have a certified GF kitchen, I felt more than safe selecting from your menu options. I recommend Mario's seawall Italian restaurant to anyone. 10+ stars!! We will be back for sure!

I love this place. I hadn't been on years but decided to go back for a Galveston day trip. The food was delicious and fresh, staff were so friendly and the service was excellent. I miss the lunch buffet they use to have but I understand with covid it'd just not a good decision right now. I cant wait to go back 😁

Very nice food. We got the steak sandwich and the meatball sub. Enjoyed them both. Large menu. Good bread. Nice staff. Great atmosphere. Their patio is beautiful with excellent views of the sea.

2023.07.16- Delicious, fresh, and fun servers. Could only be more Italian if we were in Italy! My eyes closed, and I would not believe the Gulf of Mexico is across the street. Will return next time in Galveston. Our fun elderly waiter was attentive without being intrusive! We enjoyed talking to him!

Outstanding. Food was amazing, some of the best Italian food I have had in quite a long while. I got their medium deep dish The Joey to share with my friend and we struggled to finish it between the two of us but it was heavenly. Their staff is wonderful and there is such history and pride in the place. It is family owned and they truly care. Wonderful dessert selection too, we much enjoyed the Gelato with the summer heat. 10/10 will visit again and is my new favorite restaurant in Galveston hands down.

We loved Mario's!! A quick stop in to have some authentic tasting Italian food with great views of the sea. The pizza was delicious and the atmosphere nice. The staff was also friendly and courteous despite it being packed! A huge tray of cakes and pies passed by our table, and we definitely had some food envy looking at all of the delicious cakes and gelatos!!! Will try next time for sure!

The food was great. They were open on Easter which was amazing for us visitors. The outside patio was nice. You have great views of the ocean. Service was also great. Would definitely come back again.

Honestly, I can not get that amazing smell out of my head as soon as we walked into this smoked pizza fantástico. The display of delicious desserts has you already planning on making room or at least a to-go order for later. I ordered the Pasta Trio which is a portion of three different dishes Chicken Parmesan, Lasagna, and Chicken Alfredo. My adult son Wesley ordered the Spaghetti A La Mario and wow our food was wonderful (we even ordered a pizza and dessert to go to) our server Sinead was absolutely the best she went above and beyond our expectations extremely kind, courteous, and attentive not to mention our window view of the Gulf of Mexico was a perfect accompaniment to an amazing lunch at this generation's owned local family restaurant. We are definitely planning our next Sunday brunch here!

The service was excellent! The place smells amazing from the second you walk through the door and are greeted immediately with a smile. We were seated by the window and had a lovely view of the Gulf of Mexico. Our server Sinead was very kind and attentive with just the best attitude! The food was super fresh and piping hot everything tasted fantastic we didn't have room for dessert but couldn't pass up the opportunity to take something home and ordered a slice of cake to go. We will be stopping by here more often!

So I went here to celebrate my birthday 🎂 and I couldn't pick a better place. To the food, the service and the atmosphere were perfect. Our server, Peter, did an outstanding job. I want to come back time over time again and try something different every time. But it will be hard to get over there, Gnocchi. It's delicious, but I will say I added sausage and meatballs to mine. 😋 I definitely plan on coming back.

Mario's is much better today than our visits long ago! No buffet at lunch anymore but a decent, low-priced lunch menu. Very good charcuterie tray with quality ingredients. Pictured as well is their Seawall Special pizza, also very good! Ask for Arnold, he took great care of us and weathered my picky-eater questions happily!👍 Recommended!!

Absolutely best service in the area and delicious food. I had the pepperoni pizza which was delicious and my wife had spaghetti and she loved it. After our meal we enjoyed a slice of cheesecake and it was the best way to end our night. I regret not taking a picture of it. Thanks Mario’s for the wonderful experience.

You can't go wrong with Mario's Seawall Italian Restaurant! I tried this place out with a buddy many years ago and always make it a stop whenever we're in town. The food is great and our server was extremely nice and professional. Our 2-year-old even chowed down on some calamari for the first time ever. Until next time!

It was our first time to est at Mario's seawall. We started with the cheesy garlic bread and the mozerella sticks. Both were fantastic and the marinara sauce served with them was really good. For main, I had the seafood grill and my husband ordered a pizza. My pasta sauce really needed some flavor. I added salt and pepper and that helped a lot. The pizza was really good. Had a nice char and a great crust that I really like. Our waiter was amazing. I wish I could remember his name. We will for sure be going again sometime.

First time to this location. Overall it wasn't a bad experience. I had the lunch spaghetti and meatballs, a side of the tomato basil soup, and a piece of the the chocolate cake. The spaghetti and meatballs were very good. The tomato basil soup I do not recommend. It was very thick like watered down tomatoes paste. The chocolate cake was very good but way over priced for 9 dollars a slice. I would eat here again and encourage people to try it.

My boyfriend and I visited last night for the very first time, and we were blown away. The hostess lady was beyond welcoming and sweet with us and same goes to our waiter Julian, very attentive, funny and sympathetic. Food was AMAZING, truly Italian cuisine, environment/atmosphere was great as well. This is definitely our new favorite restaurant in Galveston we’re already planning on coming back.

Food was ok.. not missing anything... service took a hit because we got a waiter that ghosted us and another that wad kinda rude when we asked for assistance. Atmosphere is great: indoor and outdoor theme was spot on and with a beach view pretty much anywhere you sit... :)

Love, love, love this place!! We ate there one night and then came back again the next night for dinner. Everything was super fresh and molto delizioso!! We had pasta the first night and tried their pizza the second night. Best spaghetti I have ever had at a restaurant. Lots of menu options. Yummy drink options. We did have a bit of a wait, but it was worth it! Would definitely recommend and go back!

This was a fantastic dining experience. The staff is friendly. The restaurant is very inviting. The food was phenomenal and great portion sizes. Their cake is also yummy. I definitely recommend you checking them out when you're on the island.

Bruce was our waiter earlier this week for dinner, and he gave us EXCEPTIONAL service. I honestly can’t remember the last time we had such an incredible server. My family ordered an appetizer: toasted ravioli, 2 entrees with Caesar salads: pasta with veggies and lobster fettuccine, a pizza, and a dessert: red velvet cake. The food was SO SO good and we greatly appreciated Bruce’s hospitality. Thank you for the perfect dining experience!

Enjoyed the atmosphere, the service and especially the meal. The music was a nice volume, not too loud. Decor is nice. Restaurant was clean. Our waiter was extremely pleasant and professional. The food, Texas Red Fish, was delicious! My favorite restaurant of the ones we ate at while visiting Galveston. I highly recommend eating here.

We came down for vacation and happened to be referred to a little Italian restaurant at the end of the island. We were amazed! The food was outstanding and full of flavor. We had lobster Mac and cheese and the Seafood Mixed grill. Both were amazing. The true star of the show was our new friend, Peter. Peter was so welcoming and gave us a heart-filled tour of the menu, telling us with a warm smile the popular dishes as well as his personal favorites. He had amazing attention to detail, always was attentive, and truly seems to love his work and the people he meets. If you are just visiting or a local, please do yourselves the favor of sitting at one of Peter’s tables. I promise you won’t regret it.

Great home-made Italian food and gelato. My family and I came here for the first time after driving around looking for a good spot. This is most definitely the best choice off the seawall Galveston. Exceptional staff and service. Great portions, kids' meals, and free parking. I highly recommend it. Also, nice patio seating.

This is my favorite pizza place. The service was great. The service girl was very nice and always on point on whatever we needed. The pizza is the best pizza i had. i recommend the Brooklyn style pizza. i love that you can get some pizza and have a nice view of the beach. I would love to come eat here again. my favorite place in Galveston.
