I went in to return a chain I purchased online and as soon as I walked in I was stereotyped by this Asian lady. She was very unprofessional and rude. Her coworker came over to try and help but neither of them seemed like they wanted to help me. They just kept saying they had to call and get more information about my purchase because I didn’t have the correct receipt but I had everything that came in box. I also told them I contacted customer service before hand and had a RMA# for my return which was giving to me by customer service. Half hour later they just kept making excuses long story short I went to Daniel’s Jewelers in West Covina and was helped in less than 10 minutes with no hassle at all.

The sales persons here in this store are pretty nice and puente hills mall has a special place in my heart because I grew up in the area and had many fond memories built hanging out in this mall before it is turning into a ghost town. The store manager was very helpful and nice. I spoke to Vicky over the phone on one of the days after I made several purchases prior and she had promised me a price offer; however, when I arrived, she stated that I can't buy the same necklace for a lower price even though it was promised over the phone. How can she say that the price is too low to sell to me when she was going to sell it to someone else for that price? I think she's a very nice person but that situation turned me off. I had made multiple purchases and would continue to do so, but I'm a person of my word. If I'm set on something then I would promise to deliver it. Changing up words and promises is a turn off for me. This may be my last purchase. There are many jewelry stores with good prices comparable to its value. I appreciated all the other times they had assisted me but after this situation, it didn't make me feel good as a customer.

Always is a pleasure to come and buy on Daniel's the employees are so friendly I'm glad the Nancy still work for this company thanks Nancy for Always givi 100% on what you do.

Although I went to the mall for other reasons I got this urge to go into Daniel's to look at some wedding bands for my husband sure enough they got me persuaded me to get a ring for him and I turn around and got myself across a beautiful cross that I'm thankful for and the most important thing that I got approved credit I have not been in Daniels since I was very young so I was blessed with credit that I can afford and a ring for my husband and a necklace for me

I must say, the best representation of customer service I've seen In a long time. From the minute I walked in Vicky and Melany were very helpful and patient. I was offered water while processing my purchase. The generosity was bar none. As a consumer, you know the ugly feeling when you leave a store after making a purchase and felt like items or were forced on you. That was not the case here. I left my visit feeling content knowing I found everything I needed. Above and beyond friendliness and very welcoming was the atmosphere of the store. Those are the qualities what makes customers want to come back and tell others. Low prices will go so far. Let me also say this, I've been to other stores where if they didn't have a particular item then they leave you with that. Vicky was helpful enough to search up my item and tell me I could still purchase it and pick it up a later date. Sometimes we need help deciding what we want but don't want to feel like we're being oversold anything. Melany was very kind in walking me through what it was I was looking for. Definitely will be returning to this store for the holidays!

My husband and daughter was trying to surprise me with something for my birthday. When I got to Daniel's after shopping at others stores, I was greeted by the most nicest women Vicky. She greeted me Happy birthday offered us water and also shared her birthday (her birthday was this coming Monday 10/24). Not only was she so nice and generous but she made my husband who normally gets treated badly or judged because of his appearance, with such respect and was so kind to him. Vicky and Melany both made him feel welcomed and comfortable. That to me speaks volume. We definitely will be back if not to shop just to come say hi. Both gracious and beautiful women who were the most nicest and caring. They truly made our experience shopping at this store so magical and effortless. They took great care of us and I know they will take care of you.

Wonderful Experience with this specific location….. it was my first time opening credit with them and I did not regret one bit….. they have a beautiful team that makes u feel safe and comfortable especially my favorite Vicky she treats me almost like I’m her daughter! I love it here!!!!!

This store has an okay selection of items. Customer service is okay as well. Large selection of men's watches. I will return to this location for more Christmas shopping!
