Before going there to stay for 11 nights I was nervous as my current managrment company cares about their own people. And what I got I predicted correctly. It was a rough ride for the 11 day stay. When I arrived I advised the manager I was not taking any nonsense and it better be clean. I had read their reviews. Otherwide I would leave the hotel and then they would be losing my 11 day revenue . I didn’t expect too much as the company that set me up to stay there proves time and time again how little thry care for their people. I was far from being impressed by the rotten high crime area this motel is located in. I was not impressed by three days out of 11 that there was no housekeeping for my room. And I was frightened that the rooms main window had a stick holding it shut as the lock was broken. They said they could not find the right kind of lock the window needed . LOL Yep! O K!! I honestly was so glad when my days were finished. If only Aspire could spend money on better locations they might be able to compete and even charge more. Right now I can not see this Aspire Company competing with the big boys. I give them 5 years and they will be a distant memory in this competitive market. Observing the week end traffic , plus being close to a holiday ,they obviously were hurting for occupancy. and any other people this particular non caring company puts our people in to stay.

Save your time & money plus the hassle renting a room at this motel stay at the (Extended Stay America) address 1635 W Katella Ave, Orange, CA 92867. The (Extended Stay America) offers a much cheaper price at a more convenient location (Starbucks, +5 restaurants, a movie theater all at WALKING DISTANCE) with more offered amenities & a far better parking lot. They charged $120 on Sunday & $140 on Monday at that HIGH price you would think there would be something they offer to have the prices so high. You would think they could offer some basics at the price they're charging maybe some coffee & donuts in the morning or a pool/hot tub to relax in or more than 10 channels that's not free basic cable to watch or some nearby restaurants or entertainment/activities but you find out they literally don't have anything. It's especially disheartening when you realize that even the Motel 6 on Katella have all those amenities on offer at a much cheaper price & at a far more convenient location. Again stay at the (Extended Stay America) on katella next to the movie theater. (FUN FACT) Aspire Inn used to be an apartment complex 3-4 years ago walking in the lobby you'll be able to notice right away from all the unused space.

I stayed for a week,was very quiet,very clean&very fine furnishings. I would recommend this establishment. For business or recreation. I will besending my family from our town here.

Very nice and clean. Smells good and nice employees. Highly recommended. Out of town from Texas and used Priceline, don’t recommend Priceline due to confusion on their part. Great people here for helping Priceline mistake. Thanks

I well never again stay there. I can’t sleep because of the dirty sheets and pillowcases. The towels had rips. The sofa was dirty. This hotel has been the worst hostal I stay in my life. I only stayed here because of the good reviews and the pictures but don’t let the fool you. Plus you could here all the footsteps on the top floor

I live very close to your location and in the last 2 months I have recommended family for 2 visits to your motel. The first stay was very good except when dropping off our guests we noticed the door off the parking lot was open and didn't feel that your guests were very secure. The second family visit to your motel went well except they ran out of toilet paper and couldn't find anyone to provide a roll to them so they ran down to Von's and bought a roll-bad customer service. I am happy you are no longer housing the pregnant women.
