    I can't believe I'm writing a review on a "fast food" place, but I absolutely have to in this case. First of all it's my kids favourite fast food restaurant in general and I'm happy about it because the quality of the food here is good in my impression. Having said that, the real deal about this particular branch is the out of the ordinary staff. I have a child with special needs and she was accepted here as a queen! Super nice and attentive people work here. The way they treat their customers is like family. You know what, i can even feel it in the food. We bounded with Cody and had some very interesting talks every time my child chooses to come here, she's like "i hope Cody is there". Bless you all and see soon

    I’ve never felt as unwelcome as I do in this store today. The counter people did not smile, did not say hello, did not say welcome, did not say a word. They had frowns on their faces and acted as if I was bothering them by coming in. After ordering, I was (kinda) given a receipt (tossed on counter) and nothing was said. Amazing. This is not what people expect from Chick Fil A. I will be looking for another location tomorrow to start visiting. Pictured are the counter people that I encountered.     I have never felt so awkward in a Chikfila. Not only did they mess up our order the employees at the front counter were short, seemed annoyed at having to take our order and did not smile or welcome us once. While we were eating the manager decided it was good time to clean and wax the floor which created a very weird eating experience. Usually with this level of unprofessional behavior I assume it trickles down from the top management. This is the most soulless Chikfila I have ever experienced and am slightly embarrassed for the company as a whole having to have this store represent their franchise.

    Very inviting and personable! The staff took time to explain the menu & recommend items! Love this! ❤️ They also bring your food to your table. Highly recommend the Mac n Cheese 🧀 😋 They earn all 5 Stars 🌟 🤩

    Normally they get my order correct at the drive thru with no problem. Today not so much. I was charged wrong & given a small side instead of the medium that I ordered along with another item I didn't order or want.

    I assume it's just me and not them. They have quite a crowd whenever I go there but the chicken is just not worth talking about. And I'm not a fan of the waffle fries or any of their dips. They're clearly doing something right but I just can't get into it

    I have probably eaten at dozens of Chick-fil-A's several hundred times over the years since they first started. This one is by far the absolute worst and this is the first time I have ever had to do a negative review for Chick-fil-A. I ordered food for four people and everything was there except salad dressing. So I went back up to the counter to ask for the salad dressing and the cashier ignored me while they waited on another customer, then they continued to ignore me after taking the other customer's order and went back to the kitchen. Meanwhile another employee walks right by me standing there and ignores me as if I weren't even there. So finally I decided to look to see if the salad dressing was behind the counter so I could get it myself and not have to disturb anyone. No dressing there. So I saw the guy that was running the register standing in the kitchen and I walked to the kitchen door to ask him for the salad dressing. Then the same employee that had just ignored me and walked right past me, suddenly yells from  the other side of the restaurant hey you can't be behind the counter! Well of course at that point I was pretty irritated since I would not have had to be behind the counter if he wouldn't have ignored me just 60 seconds earlier and would have bothered to do his job and ask if he could help me! So then I walk to the other side of the counter and he decides that that wasn't where he wanted me to stand even though that was basically where I stood when they took my order just 5 minutes earlier.😂  He told me he wanted me on the other end of the counter and refused to get the salad dressing for me . Finally eventually they called out a manager and I explained to him that all I wanted was salad dressing and this kid wanted to make an issue of something that should have never been an issue! The sad thing is that Chick-fil-A is so desperate for employees just like everyone else, that they will continue to hire kids with bad attitudes and no concept of customer service which will destroy their reputation.

    I don't understand how they get your order wrong and feel like just giving you what you ordered is sufficient. Nevermind the inconvenience of getting all the way home and having the wrong food. No drink or cookie just to say sorry for the inconvenience. Actually the 2nd worse Chick-fil-A I have been to.

    Food was delicious. A team member named Kevin went above and beyond with his service. I did not feel like a customer, but like a guest in a friend’s home. Will definitely be back

    The customer service was excellent. After I received the wrong order, the worker/Team leader, named Rockky, professionally resolved the issue I had by providing compensation for this mistake. I am very satisfied! 5/5!
