((Thanks
to
Nick
for
calling
me
and
addressing
my
concerns))
we
need
more
stores
with
such
great
leaders.
My
overall
all
experience
is
good.
It
could
be
better
if
the
receptionists
attitude
were
better.
The
two
coaches
i
worked
with
are
amazing
and
super
energetic!
I
like
how
they
push
the
trainees
to
do
their
best
of
the
best!
The
studio
is
super
clean,
the
equipment
is
very
clean
and
new.
And
everyone
there
is
friendly.
However,
after
my
first
free
class,
the
receptionist
kept
pressing
me
to
register,
which
was
completely
uncomfortable.
I
had
to
tell
her
more
than
5
times
that
I
need
to
think
about,
I
have
other
things
to
consider
before
make
this
commitment.
However,
she
kept
pressing
more
and
more.
When
i
politely
told
her:
“thanks,
but
i
still
need
to
think
about
it”
she
was
unpleasant!
I
don’t
know
what
kind
of
advertising
this.
Also,
another
receptionist
her
attitude
was
really,
and
I
mean
it,
really
unprofessional.
I
know
that
sometimes
we
don’t
feel
like
to
work,
but
we
have
to,
at
least,
to
be
polite
with
customers.
Frankly,
i
am
not
sure
if
her
attitude
was
because
of
my
name
and
race?
Not
sure..
but
she
was
polite
with
others!
Additionally,
I
read
in
the
website
that
heart
rate
monitor
is
included
in
the
price,
however,
it
turned
out
that
I
have
to
pay
$5
every
class
to
use
the
monitor
or
to
purchase
my
own
from
them
for
+100
dollar.
This
is
not
what
i
read,
and
i
wish
if
they
can
clarify
this
in
their
website.
Last
point,
when
I
tried
to
cancel
a
class
this
morning
the
notification
says
“
you
COULD
be
charged
for
canceling
the
class”
The
word
could
means
that
you
may
also
not
be
charged.
However
I
was
charged
for
$12
even
though
there
was
no
waiting
list
for
this
class.
You
have
to
change
the
wording
of
your
terms
and
condition,
and
draft
it
well
to
not
confuse
the
consumers.
