Hi,
I
am
trying
to
get
hold
of
centre
management
to
report
an
incident
that
happened
at
Bredasdorp
The
Pavillion
Centre
yesterday.
My
family
and
I
went
to
the
Spur
for
lunch
but
I
quickly
went
outside
and
decided
to
use
the
public
restrooms
which
are
downstairs
next
to
the
downstairs
parking
area.
I
went
into
the
bathroom
cubicle
and
as
I
sat
down
I
heard
a
door
lock.
I
didn't
think
much
of
it
at
the
time
as
I
assumed
it
was
someone
entering
another
cubicle
in
the
bathroom.
When
I
came
out
of
my
cubicle
though
I
realised
that
no
one
else
was
with
me
in
the
bathroom
and
the
entrance
&
exit
door
had
actually
been
locked
from
the
outside.
Note
this
was
around
2pm
and
mall
was
going
to
close
only
at
3pm.
Luckily
I
had
my
cellphone
with
me
so
I
was
able
to
call
my
husband
who
then
got
hold
of
the
security
guy
to
open
for
me.
The
whole
scenario
sounds
dodgy
though.
The
male
bathroom
that's
situated
right
opposite
the
female
bathroom
was
not
locked.
The
2
security
guards
who
came
to
open
for
me
were
giggling
and
just
said
sorry
man,
sorry
man.
I
need
to
bring
this
incident
under
the
attention
of
management.
They
need
to
find
out
why
only
the
female
bathroom
was
locked
and
why
was
it
locked
30
minutes
before
the
mall
had
closed.
I
believe
I
was
fortunate
to
have
a
phone
with
me
yesterday.
Should
that
have
been
a
minor
person
or
even
someone
without
a
cellphone
what
exactly
could
have
gone
wrong
in
this
scenario.
If
anyone
can
help
with
contact
details
to
escalate
the
matter
it
would
be
highly
appreciated.
I
tried
all
numbers
on
google
but
to
no
avail.
The
calls
eventually
goes
to
voicemail.
