This retirement village is the most awesome place. They are taking care of the elderly in the most awesome way.

Did not go to visit someone staying there but took a friend to confirm her place on their waiting list. Spoke to ladies sitting at the entrance lounge and they all had big smiles with friendly chatter. Always great to meet happy people.

To me it feels like my mom was in a prison. People are friendly but the place needs a shape up. Old small TV in the sick bay. No WiFi yet and there was favouritism towards certain patients.

My dad has been a resident at Suideroord for the past 4 years. Every elderly person there is being cared for better than anyone will expect. One hears so often of the elderly being mistreated at places like these but at Suideroord every care is taken to see to every need each resident might have. From excellent, nutritious meals to proper medical care, residents receive the best possible treatment.

Great view from second floor. Convenient accommodation for the elderly.

They did not accommodate my wife as agreed in a double room but placed her in frail care with 4 seriously ill persons who made disturbing noises.

Pleasant atmosphere. Friendly staff. Beautiful residents.... What a pleasure to visit. Everyone so happy

Beautiful building. Used to be very homely but tenants were asked to remove their plants and art from the passages and lounge which leaves it somewhat dreary.
