I enjoyed this short hiking trail, it is well marked with little ghosts painted on suitable surfaces, it takes you along the shore and then into the mountain area where the view and the fauna is fantastic. I loved all the flowers from the larger protea to the smallest flower. I hiked solo and at times just stop to listen to the veld sounds. Take along a nice walking stick for some places the slope tends to be tricky. Water is also needed and then a camera to take pictures of all the beauty. Note: There is some history for the trail being called "Spookdraai" which directly translated means "ghost turn" or "ghost bent", consult the Tourism Bureau for more info.

Great place for a Sunday outing on the beach.

Awesome location and views. Breathe taking Lookout point with pool on the mountainous hill behind the guest house. Fantastic service and friendly staff, amenities great and comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast with homemade vetkoek, even during loadshedding, they cooked up a storm with no generator.

The Spookdraai hiking trail gives great views over Agulhas and Struisbaai. Not too difficult. +-2hours depending on your stops.

Best B&B we experienced in a long time. Close to the beach. Spectacular view from the look out swimming pool. Lovely spacious room with king size bed and modern bathroom. Tranquil setting with a 3min drive to the lighthouse. The most southern tip is a stone throw away. We will return.

An absolute gem of a short trail, which has it all - views, scrambling, gorgeous plant life and a great self-guided introduction to many historic places and points of interest. A definite must for any visitor to the area!
