We stayed in one of the cottages on the beach . Great location BUT I'm going to be fair in all my comments. Simply put for what I pay and what I get it is over priced. 1. Floors has stains 4 years old 2. Microwave and plates are rusted 3. Spiders in roof and lizard poop on wall 4. Dust on all top of cupboards 5. shower has mould and dirt. Given what we pay I expected MUCH BETTER. On the other side, bed linen was always clean as well as fridge, bathroom, etc. Most of place was in relative good order. For what I pay per night this is not even close to what I expect. Prices charged are Cape Town prices, imagine going to a Hotel in CT and you see this?

Friendly staff, clean, fresh linen. Well maintained. We brought our 2 dogs with. No problem. Good security. Lovely .Only problem was the place was advertised as being no smoking, when we arrived we couldn't use the main bedroom because it smelled so strongly of old cigarette smoke. There was also an ashtray lying in the kitchen.

I went there with a group of friends, nine in total. Every room has an en-suite bathroom and shower. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is adequately equipped, but a bit small. Our section of the complex had a nice, large patio for sun-tanning or just relaxing while enjoying the view of Arniston Bay. The site is a two minute walk from the harbour and the hotel. A larger refrigerator would have been welcomed though. Pricing is very affordable.

Beautiful beaches! The room was great however there was constantly sand and dirt falling from the tatch roof and it was freezing! The wind seems to blow straight through.

Beautiful place to have your vacation, especially when you are an angler. Kassiesbaai is the place to be when the tide is turning.

Very nice but need urgent upgrade, like kettle, microwave, paint and fireplace needs new fire grid. Comfortable couch in lounge will be nice and electrical board to be covered. Stove needs to be replaced

Cute from the outside and practical on the inside. Cottages 1-3 are closest to the beach (5 min stroll from these cottages). Reception staff is vary friendly and very accommodating. There unfortunately is no WiFi but I still enjoyed my stay.

Very neat and clean. Staff at the office very helpful and friendly.

Bedding, toilet paper and even coffee is provided. Everything from a enjoyable holiday. Right on the coastal road. Within walking distance to the cave and beach. Hear the sea at night. Some cottages may not have a view, but you can still hear the sea.
