This is a great place to stay for a night or two in Cape Agulhas. This B&B is run by one of the most amazing, down-to-earth, lovely couples (Mr. John and Mrs. Suzie). They both have 20+ years of hospitality experience and welcome every guest with their friendliness and warmth of love. Breakfast is simple and very delicious. There is a fantastic second-hand book store on the property run by John who has a vast knowledge of the reading world. This property is well-located and near to all the attractions and small shops nearby. Highly recommended to all types of travelers visiting this beautiful little village.

Great accommodation, great breakfast and an excellent location. John and Suzie are very welcoming hosts who make the experience feel like a home away from home. Would also highly recommend popping in at the bookstore if you are in the L'agulhas/Struisbaai area.

The owner John and his wife are great hosts and very accommodating. They also make a hearty breakfast. There is a fantastic second hand book store on the property. It is in a great location. Did not stay at the Bed & Breakfast but it looks absolutely lovely. I visited the 2nd hand book store which is also situated on the premises. What a pleasure to browse through the books. They are all alphabetically categorised & there is such a wide variety to choose from. All books are also filed on the computer so the owner can easily tell you if he has it or not. Perfect place to buy some books to enjoy on your holiday in Struisbaai 😊

John & Susie, you are the very best!!! Excellent choice for a larger group. Book all 4 rooms and feel at home away from home.

It has been a great stay at Beachcombers Bed and Breakfast. The rooms are a tiny bit small but very nicely furnished. The breakfast was amazing. Probably the best on our whole trip. Claudette is a lovely and very thoughtful host. We enjoyed our stay very much.

What a stunning b&b! We stayed over on new years eve, and Claudette, the owner, was just so delightful and helpful in giving us the low down on the area and where to explore... The b&b is perfectly situated close to the best tidal pools in L'aghulus. The small details of the rooms were just so well thought out, from the decor to the amazing breakfast, we would definitely come stay again!

Not rating the B and B because I didn't stay there, rather the second hand book shop which is fabulous and very reasonably priced. Definitely worth a visit if you enjoy reading. There is a fairly large and diverse non fiction section.

Brand new fittings in bathroom and kitchen and excellent hosts. Plus a book-exchange to die for.

Claudette the owner has a genuine customer-friendly attitude. The perfect host! Her huge and delicious breakfast is the best way to kick off the first episode of the day :-) Awesome! Beachcombers is perfectly situated to explore the area and worth to stay for a few days. However, improving acoustics would help. We could hear the conversation over breakfast in our room.

So I went for the books. Beachcomber have cutest second hand bookshop. The books look brand new and are really nice prices. A must stop for all readers in the area

A very nice place to stay at the Southern Tip of Africa. We stayed one night, which was enough to get the "southernmost" flavour. Great value for the money, and we got the first floor apartment which would have easily housed the kids, had they come with us. The little used bookstore that John runs is a nice added bonus.

Such a beautiful place to stay at. The room sits atop a second hand bookstore which is perfect for booklovers (aka Me). Relativelt close to the sea. A perfect beach cottage.
