Overall the rooms were okay. They we‘re clean and simple but without love or athmosphere. The kitchen is extremely horrible ! We‘re 5 min away from the sea and they serve deep fried frozen calamari! Meat as well not fresh and cooked way too long despite medium rare order ! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

Lack of generator or solar power is a great challenge

We booked in January 2022 after cancelling few items due to Covid protocols. We had a great stay, staff friendly and helpful and still remembered us. We asked for a lunch booking for 19 February as we celebrated a birthday and anniversary. Wow the hospitality was spot on again, the table was set beautifully with tablecloth, napkins flowers and decor to make it extra special. Thank you All for your awesomeness!!! Highly recommended!!

Did not know about this place before coming here...I was pleasantly surprised. Lovely place good food friendly people and just an amazing experience.

The Dunes was a lovely experience. Their portions of food are huge, staff friendly and certainly a nice venue for conferences and events!

I really enjoyed my stay at The Dunes. The buffet breakfast was amazing, and the place was very clean. Rooms are fairly basic, but with enough of what you need (besides a microwave), and they have room service every morning. They have a pool which looks amazing, but unfortunately the weather wasn't ideal for a swim during my stay. It is a 5 minute drive to the beach My only complaint was that the games room was quite a mess and my feedback regarding this was not attended to

The rooms were big and open. Very neat and tidy, clean. Majority of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back there again.

Place too expensive for what they have to offer and cleanliness of rooms is not up to standard

Wonderfully relaxed, friendly, helpful staff always with a smile. Great breakfasts. Comfortable rooms with all you need. A happy place for the kids with loads of space to run, to swim and be free. Just outside of Arniston, close enough to get to the beach in no time at all.

The hospitality and service here are beyond expectation. When we told them that we are Muslim, they set up a halal section at the breakfast for us. Over our stay the staff attends to our call and service request without delay. What a superb place.

Very friendly staff. Accommodations ranges from standard rooms to executive rooms. It is perfectly situated to visit neighboring towns an explore HiddenGems surrounding areas. It has conference facilities. Has its own activities to keep family busy like gym, game room, pool area., squash courts etc.

Would have rated it a 3.5 if possible. Staff was very helpful and friendly! Breakfast was good and rooms spacious. Wifi didn't work and room wasn't ready when we arrived around 14:30. Also the room stank due to cigarette smoke. A bit out of town, but it is a quick drive to the beach.
