    If I could I would rate them 0! I ordered the personalised headphones end of November. After chasing them on number of times enquiring about when the parcel will be delivered I was told the parcel was lost in transit. I was then asked if I wanted to reorder. Being very clear this was a Xmas present I asked how long I would have to wait for the item to be delivered. I was told last week it would take 5 days to get the product ready for shipping. After 5 days I had to email again to ask if the item was shipped to then being told it will be another 2-3 days for it to be ready. No chance of getting this for Xmas despite ordering end of November. I feel I was completely misled by the adverts on Instagram and social media! Awful service, be aware! I requested a refund at this point so I hope this will be received!

    SCAMMERS I ordered the item on 4th October, today is 22 nd October still no item, one of the team Konstantis keeps emailing saying wait few days ....a joke .Today he shocked me as he send email saying can you go and chase Royal mail for your item lol . You guys keep the money as you are professional scammers.

    I would give a zero if possible. Avoid this company as their customer care is apalling. I ordered a personalised boot bag on 9th December as a Christmas present for my 7-year old son from his grandparents, after claims on the Toxicfox website that the item would be delivered in time for Christmas. Several emails later and 2 days before a planned postal strike the item was finally dispatched (without tracking information) via Royal Mail. The company has now acknowledged that the item won't be here in time for Christmas but has stated that it was dispatched on time by a suitable method for delivery before Christmas. When a company makes claims on their website that items will arrive in time for Christmas and there are postal strikes associated with a particular provider, the onus is on them to find a suitable alternative delivery method to ensure their claims are met and the item arrives on time. There are plenty of other couriers that could have been used. We now have a 7 year old boy with no Christmas present from his grandparents 2 days before Christmas Day.

    Terrible Company - would trust Evri more than this company! I ordered one tote bag on 30th November as a Christmas gift and it has still not been shipped despite promises it would be shipped today. After waiting 15 days I was told wait another 5 days! I was then promised faithfully it would be shipped today. It has not. The care team are absolutely useless. Apparently it takes 24 hours to receive a response from them - I have waited 3 days and still no response. They are very active on social media still stating that you can order and receive delivery in time for Christmas which is in 6 days, yet my order from 19 days ago has not even been shipped never mind received. This company really do not care about customers in the slightest, as long as they have taken your money.

    Do not order from this company. Ordered a personalised bag on November 25th. Delivery at the time was despatched within 7 working days. It’s now the 13th of December and still haven’t seen then parcel. I totally understand the strikes at the minute but I have been emailing for an update to which I got a reply to say my parcel has been lost. Since then I have had no replies back from my emails about getting a new one resent or a refund. So they have my money and I have no refund or product! Awful customer service- Avoid!

    I have ordered, Towels, Chopping boards, Hoodies for the grandchildren as well as a lunch box over the past few months and love them all. They are as presents for other people and I think the quality and value for money is great. They are unusual, and fun, and lets face it, that's what we all need this year right? One chopping board arrived smashed, and after 1 email conversation with customer services I had a replacement within days.... they even reduced my postage costs because I bought so many things. Not many companies do that. I have nothing but good feedback to give as I have always been treated courteously and prompt. 1 very happy customer.

    I love this fleece blanket so much! It's warm and cosy and was a lovely gift!Also bought my niece a phone case and she absolutely adores it so I'll definitely be bacl!

    I’ve ordered a few products from the ClaireaBella range over the years and the quality is amazing my son and daughter also love the fact they can have a mini them on their items. I also love the looks and compliments you get when your out with your products. Also the customer service is amazing. Highly recommended.

    I ordered a travel bag for a work trip on the understanding it would be dispatched on a certain date as stated when I ordered. It is now a week later and it's still in production. I won't be using the bag now as I travel this week, they won't cancel the order so I'm stuck with a travel bag and no more travel! I'm sure the products are very nice but if you order please allow plenty of time for delivery!

    Purchased a towel from this company when the item arrived. It was discoloured with different colour dies on the towel which didn’t match the design. I ordered contacted the company who said they were very sorry but as it was around Christmas time they wouldn’t be time to get me a replacement, so they will give me a partial refund which I accepted only to be told in a later email that they had decided that they were going to give me a partial refund and the dye in the towel were part of the design I was basically told to go away and wasn’t getting any replacement or any partial refund, please be warned not to waste your money buying from this company as it is a complete rip-off and Customer Service is atrocious

    I've ordered 3 lots of towels they arrived very quickly and they are really nice no problem with those I ordered 2 travel bags on the 16th January still have not received I've emailed 3 times chasing the order they say still in production

    Toxic fox has been amazing, I ordered a customised towel from here and it turned out wonderful. At first I ordered the wrong size and when emailing they replied extremely quick and gave me a code to use to change my order so that I would only have to pay the extra charge for a larger size which I think was a great help. I also ordered another customised item that I unfortunately didn’t receive and when contacting them they replied very fast and tried to track my order which they couldn’t do so they have reordered my purchase and have kept me up to date on my product. Amazing company really recommend

    I ordered 2 personalised onsies on 17th December for my daughters for Xmas. Only 1 arrived, I gave it tige as thought maybe they are sending separately. I then emailed after Xmas, I received a response as to which one I was missing and have not heard back since, despite emailing another 3 times. I'm absolutely fuming as they aren't cheap at £30 each. I would avoid ordering from this company ever again and wish I had read the reviews first! I'm hoping to get some resolution and I won't stop contacting until I do as I don't have money to waste. Im so upset and my daughter is upset as her sister got one and she didnt.

    Really poor service... Item is late and still says in production. Don't give false delivery expectations. Birthday gift is now ruined.... *Give more realistic timeframes* Very disappointed. Would not use again! I ordered in good time and still it's not arrived. 0/10

    Ordered 9/1 with estimated despatch of 16/1. Did not turn up until 28/1. Pointless as was a gift for a party of the morning of 28/1 so had to run out and buy something last minute. Every time i chased they just said it was with production. Very poor quality product, not worth the money. Would not recommend

    I cannot describe the amazing customer service that I received with this company. From start to finish and the final jute bag, simply excellent. I will definitely buy again and I highly recommend them.

    I had two beach towels made. Not the greatest quality tbf (not very thick) but they come away with us twice a year and we love them! Update! Just had passport cover and luggage tag made. Ordered and received within a week! All perfect and so pleased!

    I bought a suitcase large had nothing but problems after changing the code to one I wanted, emailed for help and all I keep getting us instructions on how to use a key to enable me to unlock my zip, which we have bought I've then pressed the red button down to reset a different code, put the zips in it again messed the code up put the new code in and still won't unlock my zips, I've had to use the key again to release my zips, I've now sent another email stating this and now await a further reply, I've asked for a replacement suitcase but keep getting useless emails back.

    I've ordered a towel, mug and Christmas bauble from this company. Usually delivered quickly, I think the items are of a good quality and pretty reasonable. If you like spending time, creating your little character, to look like yourself, family or friends, then you'll love this novel idea.

    Avoid!!! Low quality products and bad customer service. I bought cristmas ball for £15 but it look as for 20p. It was defective/damage. Seller agreed to send me refund. 2 weeks later, I didn't receive nothing and he stop to respond !

    I recently purchased a travel bag absolutely love it, I used to squeeze everything in my hand bag but this takes all your bits and pieces with room to spare, it even has an accessible compartment at front for all your holiday paperwork like passport etc, I totally love the personalised touch and love so much plan on treating my mates with a personalised travel bag for their Xmas, highly recommend

    Very good customer service. Placed my order and realised I forgot to add my personalisation text so I emailed toxicfox, they replied instantly and amended my order. Very quick response and my product was delivered quickly, the quality looks really good. Would always recommend this company. Thank you
