There are a lot of selections of products and stocks for art and craft. Although, some of their stocks online weren't in the store. I got a free £5 voucher via email with no minimum spend. It's a huge store. I went here because it's quite close to where I work.

Went for wool and dolls house parts, plenty of variety of wool, cost a little more than I wanted 2 pay tbh however they no longer sell bits for in dolls houses and I belive they were the only place in Stockport to buy what I wanted ill have to go out of town now

Staff levels were a little disappointing when trying to find someone for help. Was deceived and told they were short , only for four more to emerge from somewhere when I questioned the situation.

One of the nicest Hobbycraft stores around. Two floors of heavenly crafts. Really bright and airy. Great to browse. Car park is very convenient

This store has become our go to shop for craft supplies, which includes baking equipment and ingredients, as well as bits and pieces for our Cricut machines. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, and always happy to help.

Ok if you are stuck for something specific but mostly the products are pound shop quality at higher prices. Fabric is very expensive. Disabled parking on site and accessible entrance and layout. Small lift hidden away at the back down a corridor to get to first floor. Busy shop, lots of toys too.

Staff very helpful. Check-out can at times appear slow though staff quick to open 'extra' tills. Beware of precinct carparking charges.

I dropped by the other during my lunch break for a quick browse and ended up with a £100 car park fine! Using premises of a so-called “retail park” which in reality is an obscure “car-park fine trap” business shows very little appreciation for your customers. NOT HAPPY. WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN.

I found it very expensive, little choice in the yarn section, in my opinion no budget yarns available. The lift is also not well signposted. The member of staff I asked seemed irritated at being asked if they had one. Far too few staff at tills over 8mins in a queue waiting and only 6 in the store. There were some nice crafting ideas for children at reasonable price and the shop is a bright and light space.

Great place to buy a lot of craft materials and also some model making kits. Upstairs is dedicated to sewing and knitting. There is also seasonal kits to make suitable decorations at Christmas, Easter, Halloween etc..though sold generally in the relevant season. The only draw back is that there can be big ques.

Great for getting everything you need for arts and crafts although a little pricey, lots of choice and well laid out to find what you need. The staff are also really helpful and willing to help out with any questions.

Big store with lots of arts, crafts pretty much anything needed for birthdays, weddings we call in on a few occasions for things needed. We have been in a lot lately due to sorting my daughters 18th, staff are very friendly one lady that works there is always smiling and chatting (older lady) we found an easel online comparing prices which was the same price as instore I'd rather pick up than have things delayed in delivery from Amazon.

Love the selection but very pricey. Crafting isnt a cheap hobby. But the choices are fantastic. Friendly staff helps alot.

Great place for picking up stuff. I usually go for the baking items which is generally quite well stocked. Staff always at hand to help and answer questions

Hobbycraft isn't the cheapest place to get your craft and art equipment but quality brands are sold here as well shops own brand. Love coming here as it's spacious, multi floored with a variety of stock that changes with special events and seasonal celebrations. Always looking for bargains on items I might want. Staff are very helpful and polite. Store is always clean and presentable. You are able to pick up mostly everything you need. This store usual runs small group sessions but I have not had to the pleasure of.

Love, love this store! I am obsessed with art so for me this is the place to go ;) always great products for any season. If you buying online they deliver very quickly :)

Really good selection of materials for crafts, art and all sorts of odds and ends that get repurposed. Wander round and discover stuff you never knew existed but you may want to buy some time in the future to sort a problem.

Choices are quite good. There's a lot of stock. Unfortunately less Christmas fabric this year... less fabric altogether. The cutting table is in a better position but there is not a lot of options and no sewing advent calendar pieces anymore. Lift appears to be out of bounds behind a locked door. A little bit disappointed. However, lots of workshops available and online ideas with QR codes.

Signage could be improved. Sign says art upstairs when it is downstairs. Staff very helpful and good variety of items

I had a problem at the till, used my £5 free voucher, checked my receipt and realised I'd lost £1.10. They reversed the transaction and I bought another item to go over the £5 so I paid the difference. Thank you to the two very understandable assistants

Yarn range is poor, mostly acrylic with very little actual wool. Unusual to find things here that aren't available elsewhere cheaper. One staff member made eye contact at the til, served the person before me and then started generally tidying while I stood waiting to purchase something. Not a great experience.

Not very much for Christmas for crafters so a little disappointing there but the usual shopping was successful. Lovely and friendly staff as usual. A little hard to get my mobility scooter around some parts of the shop.

Love this Hobby Craft. It's my local but always has everything I need. There are more niche and specific retailers for art supplies in town but as an all in one can't fault it. Prices are a little marked up but can't be like it is and not expect a little over charge. Such a huge selection of anything and everything arts, crafts and hobby related so bang on. Customer service is also on point if you ever need a hand.

To Elaine who helped me out with a issue I was having. I have been used to a top down loader on my brother machine and didn’t know what I was doing with a side load machine. I presumed it was faulty and went in. Elaine helped me out showing me what I needed to do to get it going again and was even going to see if she could repair it if needed. A credit to the store and amazing customer service. I now have a machine working so I can finish off my project. Definitely go back
