Amazing - I went to see Bhavini out of complete frustration with my knee issues. I was ready to have a further procedure done but Bhavini through her knowledge, patience & encouragement has helped me avoid that completely. I now have complete confidence in my knee and I am pain free for first time in three years. I would recommend her in a heartbeat. Wish I had found her sooner.

Bhavini has been excellent in helping me manage a chronic hamstring problem . She is friendly and has an outgoing personality with lots of patience and works hard to get to the root of the problem

A little slice of nirvana in Bramhall! Oh my goodness - this is exactly what I needed. Bhavini has in just two sessions reawakened my awareness of my body and the need to look after it. I have invisible disabilities which means my balance and hearing are impaired. Bhavini has created a programme that is already giving me back confidence. I am completely committed to working with her to improve my physical and mental health. Thankyou so much.

A thorough assessment and easy to understand diagnosis of the mechanics of my body in relation to a recurring injury. The targeted massage provided some relief from the pain and the suggested exercises will no doubt help to strengthening the areas of weakness. Would definitely recommend!
