Fantastic massage and spa located in the heart of chester (1st floor). Great customer service, we were lucky enough to get a last minute appointment for a couples massage, very much needed after a long weekend. The massages were fantastic and we really enjoyed the speciality tea provided afterwards. Limited parking not on site due to location. Will 100% be going again and would recommend.

This was dreamy! Booked a last minute couples deep tissue massage after climbing snowdon the day before. We were in agony, and this definitely helped. We left feeling absolutely amazing and definitely more relaxed. We were late to the appointment due to unseen circumstances, the staff were amazing and made sure we still received the whole hour which we were extremely grateful for. We were offered a drink on arrival and also had a refreshing one after the massage with a little treat. The room was very clean and smelt amazing, it was a relaxing atmosphere from start to finish. This place is top. The staff are very friendly and warm whilst keeping a good level of proffesionalism. They keep the dignity and safety of their clients top of the list. The experience was very relaxing with a lovely post session Bael tea and macaroon provided. The space is kept lovely and clean including the toilet which is a big plus for me. I felt the prices are very reasonable. I would highly reccomend this place for massage and treatments.

I had a wonderful experience at I-Siam Thai Massage, and am already looking forward to returning. For me it offers the perfect combination of professional massage, in a luxurious setting (salon itself and massage rooms), very reasonable prices, and friendly and attentive service. Highly recommend!

My friend and I booked a couples deep tissue massage so we could have the treatment together during our day out in Chester. The staff were friendly and professional and the massage was incredible! We requested female masseuses which they were happy to accommodate. The 60 minute deep tissue was really firm as requested and afterwards I felt great! The studio was clean, relaxing and overall a wonderful place. I can’t wait to go back for another treatment.

We had a lovely massage with Korn and Jane! We called quite late but they managed to book us in the last minute and give us an amazing massage. Teh environment was very clean and organized and they even offered us tea in the end. Lovely experience!

I went for a 30 minute back, neck, and shoulder massage with Korn. It was so perfect. The massage was so nice and really helped me to relax. The venue is so beautifully decorated with relaxing music and nice smells throughout. Korn was very friendly and struck the perfect balance between conversation and allowing me to focus on relaxing. They also provided a nice cup of tea and a macaroon after which was such a lovely touch. Next time I will be back for a bit longer as 30 minutes went so quick! :D

The best massage! The location is easy to access, the salon is very clean and peaceful. I went several times for deep tissue massage, reflexo and my husband had cupping as well. I always went to Mona, she is soooo good, powerful lady 🫣🤩 My husband went to different persons and he was always happy. Great service! I can't recommend it enough. I hope they have a full schedule daily, because they deserve it👍 ♥️♥️♥️

ne of the best massages I have ever had. It was so relaxing and I feel like a new woman! Very good value for money as well. They offer you a lovely cup of Thai tea and a coconut cookie which just ties up this experience perfectly. Will definitely be back very soon!

An amazing ambiance with very professional staff. My massage with Korn was exceptional and was able to provide a strong sports massage. He was very adaptable and responsive. All in all an excellent experience.

I had a deep tissue massage which damaged my foot. Many months has passed and my foot still hurts as a result of the massage (I think she did something to my tendon). Do not think they are professionally trained.

I had a wonderful 75-minute hot stone massage with Jenny. The venue is really tastefully decorated and the treatment room that I was in had a calm and relaxing feel. I was made to feel very welcome and was invited to stay for a refreshing drink after my treatment. The massage was amazing and I'm looking forward to going back 🙌
