Where should I start? I have spent a whole year and few months in this development. At the beginning there was nice staff and all the services where great, suddenly staff started to leave and I don’t wonder why... Rudy was a great best concierge, providing always a great customer service compare to the staff working in the morning were unfriendly and no professional. Staff drinks outside the premises with tenants, I understand we all need leisure but not at the doors of our workplace. Me being a pet owner, I was taking my doggie to the backyard and found poo of other dogs all the time to the point I stopped using the communal spaces. I reported to the concierge/receptionist female and she replies “I don’t even have a dog and I don’t have to clean dog’s disposals”... now I think that while I was paying a high sum for a rent this is not the right customer service I would expect! I could not wait to leave, unfortunately Covid stopped me of leaving right when my contract was finishing however as soon as restrictions were lifted I was so glad I could move. Staff at the front desk don’t even greet you or say hi, this is essential to built a good report with residents. Help is little and I always felt not welcome, I was not the only resident with this issues...This review will probably be removed in a couple of days...

One of the best places I've lived at. The staff make this place feel like home and the reception/common area is very homey. The apartments are super nice and modern with good amenities. Sometimes struggle to heat up with the spaced out heaters though. I wish there was more parking for the apartments but I don't really care at the same time because there's a lot of free street parking so it doesn't really matter, but this can be an issue if you have a really nice car. I always enjoyed the free coffee. The security factor of the place was good. Being able to text or call a guard if I felt unsafe was always nice. The location was always great but of course what comes with that location is higher pricing. Its up to you if that's worth it or not. Its at least not outrageously priced like some other apartment complexes. Overall I liked living here.

First, I have to say that it's a great location very close to tram stop Cornbrook and they have free coffee (if the machine is working). But for the price you are paying, you would imagine that you would get exceptional service. I moved in September 2021. One of the first things I noticed is that there is no ventilation and even if with a little bit of sun the flat is like a greenhouse. You cannot literally breath. Also the windows cannot be opened only a bit so that limits the fresh air. The flats are nice and modern. When I moved there was an excellent employee at the concierge called Vanja. She left a couple of months later. Since then the customer service is terrible. There are all the time new people, they have no idea of how anything works. They only have to pick up the phones (which they never do), maintain the coffee machine, which is always broken or out of something. There is always am issue with the parcels. Many times during the year their system crashes. But the worst is their behaviour and arrogance. They never smile or say hello/good morning. They always seem unwilling or bored to help. Many of them are rude especially the manager. They are very disorganised and they don't even show new staff how things operate. Also to note we wanted to renew our tenancy agreement. We were trying to reach them for 2 months. And they only replied at the end. But what annoyed me is that they asked to increase the rent and as it wasn't a direct debit I forgot to update it. So we paid 40 pounds less without knowing it. And immediately the following day they contacted us for the money. So when it's about paying them, they will respond. Also, currently these days the elevator is not working. So we have one for two blocks of flats and as you can imagine there are delays and huge inconvenience. In my opinion, they need better management.

Lovely flats. 1 Beds aren't designed that great regarding noise and temperature but high quality materials used and reception area is what draws you in. The maintenance, and some of the staff's unfriendliness/rudeness and unapproachable management are what lets this place down (with a couple of exceptions). Warning to anyone considering working/living here : they have no-one on site to help if anything breaks down during the weekend. It is a 30 day wait that they place you in a priority queue. Of course, they don't tell you this when viewing. And there is only 1 off-site contractor per 333 flats.

Moved a couple of people in and out of these apartments. Parking for a van isn't the best as double yellows on both sides.

Nice apartments and very modern building complex, but why build something like this without providing loading bays? There must be hundreds of deliveries here every week but nowhere for drivers to legally park to drop-off or collect.

I really enjoyed living at The Trilogy. The apartments are modern and clean, the foyer area looks great and we never had to deal with disruptive neighbours or any major problems. It's very close to Cornbrook tram stop so convenient for travel, but the area isn't too busy and congested like the previous city centre apartment we lived in. Our fellow tenants were always friendly and we built up a great relationship with the staff. Hannah in particular is an asset to The Trilogy! We always had a good chat and she went above and beyond when we needed anything. My dog misses her and the love and attention he got from everyone when we went past reception.

Great location, but that's pretty much it... Building insulation is very poor, which means flats are cold in the winter (heating is electric, expect very high bills) and very hot in the summer (windows cannot be opened fully). Our bath tap kept leaking, instead of trying to fix the problem permanently, they kept replacing it with ones from unoccupied flats. We moved out 2 months ago and still waiting to get our deposit back. At this point I'm absolutely appalled by Trilogy's management - we sent 5 emails, had no response. Going through the process of getting it back with TDS and Trilogy wants to charge us for cleaning and a new mattress. It seems they forgot they provided us with inventory photos when we moved in as stains are clearly visible and were there prior to us moving in. We believe we left the flat clean, asked for more information regarding the cleaning that was done, but as mentioned previously, 2 months after our move out date, there's still no response from building's management.

WORST MANAGEMENT TEAM EVER! Especially the lady with the ginger hair. I believe she keeps parcels for herself. All she does is lie. I had something delivered by mistake as I do take full responsibility for. She goes to tell me she sent it back… OK cool. I’m contacting carrier they said they dropped it off. I contact The Trilogy back and now she saying she put in the parcel room and someone has took it. I just feel like why would you put it in the parcel room when you know I don’t stay there. At least contact me via cellphone that you see on the package. They just need better management as that what they do at my apartment building when it’s the incorrect address. She arrogant and non-helpful. If you ever want anything of value never ship there because it WILL GET STOLEN.
