As an estate agent myself, the bar is naturally always high when selling property myself. As a family property was being sold in Manchester being based in London was naturally a worry as I wouldn’t on hand so having confidence in the agent to really look after things was key. Having met four agents, over the visits to the property Charlie of Hibbert Homes really stood out. Not only, did he give me full confidence in how his team would market the property he talked me through in detail his process for managing a sale. Compared to the other local agents I met, it seemed very much a ‘throw it Rightmove and hope for the best approach’. The property has now been under offer for the past 4 weeks, and seems to be nearing an exchange with fingers crossed what seems minimal disturbance.
