    As a busy working mother, who definitely doesn't have time for additional hobbies, training with Jai is the only thing I will find the time for. Every session I come out with renewed energy and feel like my muscles have been worked to their limit without feeling utterly broken. He doesn't just care about any physical targets I might have, but wants to help me understand what is happening that stops me from reaching these goals. I struggle to open up and although I've found it hard, Jai has respected all boundaries without question. Every session is a new mega workout and a chance to do something just for me. It's been a journey already and I'm excited to see where it takes me next! If you want to work for something and be completely supported along the way, Jai is the trainer you need.

    Jai has been everything I seeked in a personal trainer and more. There are no huge over promises, no repetitive workouts, no boring sessions. Every session is different but the constant is that every time I leave feeling a better person. My goals are physical but they absolutely need to be supported by mental strength building and progression and Jai is so so good at this. I joke that it’s therapy and PT rolled into one, the dream for me! If you want a supportive, encouraging, fun, realistic but super committed PT, Jai is honestly the best person for you.     I started considering the idea of personal training when I had my daughter in 2018. I did my research and I decided Jai was probably the best option in Huntingdonshire. However, I hadn't exercised for years and I was too worried about my lack of energy and strength, old injuries, aches and pains and my c-section ... I believed I just couldn't do it. It actually took me 4 years to make the decision to start looking after myself again! And I was right, Jai is absolutely brilliant at helping you to change self-beliefs. He's supportive, enthusiastic and he makes sure every session is different and FUN! We've been training for around 3 months and I already feel stronger, more active and very motivated. Jai is helping me to re-train my brain and to discover all the things I'm capable of doing. So happy I found you Ninja Jai! Thank you :)

    Jai Garcia is an outstanding personal trainer, and as a professional woman, I couldn't be happier with the experience I've had working with him. Jai's knowledge and expertise in fitness and exercise science are truly impressive, and he's been able to tailor a program that fits my specific needs and goals perfectly. But what really sets Jai apart is his communication skills and his ability to listen. He takes the time to understand my concerns and goals, and he explains exercise techniques and concepts in a way that is easy to understand. Jai is also incredibly flexible, which is crucial for me with my busy schedule, and he's always been able to accommodate my needs. What I appreciate most about Jai, though, is his motivation and encouragement. He's positive, supportive, and truly invested in my success. With Jai's help, I've been able to stay on track and achieve my fitness goals. Jai's empathy and understanding are also evident in his approach to whole-body health. He recognizes the unique challenges that professional women face in balancing work and personal life, and he's been a valuable resource in helping me address nutrition and stress management in addition to my fitness goals.     I started training with Jai after a long break from regular exercise due to health problems. Jai soon earned my trust with his friendly, non-judgemental approach and great sense of humour and I realised very quickly that he most definitely is NOT your average personal trainer. Jai’s sessions are intelligently planned and structured to maximise fun and variety and as a result I can clearly see my progression both within and between my sessions. And even though I’m working really hard the hour always just flies by! There are lots of friendly check-ins during the week which really help to keep me motivated and feel supported, not just with my nutrition and activity but also psychologically. Now, after just a few weeks, I feel much healthier and happier and my training sessions are the highlight of my week. I am so grateful. Thank you so much Jai!

    Jai has been amazing in my attempt to lose inches. Very fun and interactive and just great banter in general. He loves to customize his sessions for his clients, like i love football so we play football if i do well in sessions. Also he helped me deal with family issues and the issues with my anxiety which have helped me to get passed issues at school and at home.

    Jai has helped my husband a great deal after his stroke The exercises he gives George are tailored to his needs The muscles in his left leg are starting to come back and the strength is improving Jai is teaching techniques so that he can get up from the floor if he falls I can’t thank Jai enough for the help and encouragement he gives George

    I started with Jai a couple of weeks ago, really nervous about taking the first steps to shed excess weight in my fitness journey. I have very poor cardiovascular fitness and minimal core strength, but Jai is just wonderfully reassuring. He called me back the evening I texted, found out my goals and agreed to take me on. Since then he's been holding me accountable every day for mood, sleep, diet and activity, and I've already seen the first few pounds start to drop. It's really motivating to be so supported with an individualised plan to meet my goals, and encouraged every day but especially on the bad days, even if that involves being coaxed into doing an exercise that looks suspiciously like a sit-up! Jai is easily contactable and flexible on arrangements for sessions around my shift pattern. Would highly recommend reaching out to Jai for anyone looking to invest in their health and fitness!
