My
wife
attended
Leeds
This
is
my
clinic
for
a
NIPT
test
and
the
level
of
care
was
atrocious.
The
level
of
care,
compassion
and
ability
to
answer
questions
was
terrible,
we
expected
a
completely
different
experience
for
an
anxious
second
time
Mum
who
has
already
gone
through
IVF
to
achieve
pregnancy.
No
chance
was
given
by
the
sonographer
to
ask
questions.
The
blood
test
left
my
wife
traumatised.
She
entered
the
room
where
she
was
told
to
go
and
sit
on
an
unstable
chair
after
which
she
had
iterated
he
phobia
of
needles.
This
was
dismissed
and
remained
in
a
chair
next
to
the
bed.
The
nurse
inserted
the
needle
in
to
my
wife's
arm,
but
again
this
was
not
done
correctly
and
my
wife
had
blood
dripping
down
her
arm
and
on
to
her
leg.
My
wife
started
to
feel
faint
and
again
this
was
dismissed
by
the
nurse.
The
nurse
then
removed
the
needle
and
asked
if
she
wanted
a
glass
of
water
of
which
my
wife
responded
with
"yes
please"
and
that
is
where
the
care
ended.
The
nurse
left
the
room
and
was
nowhere
to
be
found,
my
wife
fainted
and
had
it
not
been
for
her
friend,
she
would
have
received
zero
additional
care.
It
was
apparent
this
was
going
to
happen
as
her
ears
then
began
to
feel
like
I
was
under
water,
our
22
month
old
son
crying
for
her
in
his
push
chair
and
my
wife
was
unable
to
care
because
she
had
fainted.
Thank
god
she
had
someone
there
to
help
calm
our
son
and
keep
her
upright
on
that
chair.
Her
friend
cleaned
up
the
blood
and
had
to
shout
to
reception
for
help
which
took
a
while
to
come.
She
then
needing
to
be
sick
and
all
that
could
be
found
was
a
sharps
bin.
She
had
to
collapse
a
tissue
box
to
use
as
a
fan
to
cool
down
as
she
profusely
sweated,
the
"nurse"
eventually
came
down
from
upstairs
after
she
called
and
just
opened
a
slight
crack
in
a
window
and
offered
me
another
water
and
nothing
else.
I
then
got
to
reception
to
pay
and
she
was
asked
to
get
her
card
our
to
pay
whilst
trembling
and
shaking
after
the
ordeal
shed
encountered.
My
wife
works
in
a
practice
that
involves
needles
(although
she
doesn't
administer)
so
she
is
aware
of
the
level
of
care
and
understanding
that
is
required.
Therapists
should
check
and
ensure
clients
are
feeling
ok,
however
this
wasn't
the
case.
We
have
nothing
positive
to
say
about
the
place,
we
will
never
return
nor
recommend
to
use.
We
are
beyond
disgusted
with
the
extremely
poor
care
and
would
encourage
people
to
read
this
before
attending/booking.
There
are
other
places
that
could
and
will
look
after
their
clients
better.
For
paying
£350
for
the
test,
we'd
have
assumed
a
greater
level
of
care
would
be
administered,
but
unfortunately
this
was
severely
lacking
