Horrendous! I have been a patient at manor dental for many years and I am currently undergoing Invisalign there. I’ve never had any problems until Thursday when I had a hygienist appointment. The woman was rude and patronising from the start. I was specifically booked in by the dentist a week before to remove glue left over from Invisalign. She told me ‘ it wasn’t her job to do that and the dentist should’ve done it’. Other than being rude and condescending throughout she caused so much damage to my gums and teeth I was left dripping in blood. At one point I pointed out I had veneers as she seemed like she was trying to pull them off. She responded ‘ I know. I’ve done this job many years I know what veneers look like.’ She seemed hell bent on causing as much pain and bleeding as possible. I’ve also just noticed the review below which shows this seems to be a regular practice for her. Literally the worst experience I have ever had at a dental appointment. I’ve just been seen by the dream team at Manor Dental! After having a bad experience years ago at another practice I’ve been reluctant ever since. The girls at Manor Dental made me feel welcome and were super efficient in their work which was also done to a high standard, restoring my faith in Dentists… hallelujah! Highly recommended.

I joined this practice after my previous local dentist retired, and was anxious about the change having been there since I was in primary school! However from the moment I walked through the door everyone at Manor made me feel so welcome and at ease. The team on reception are very friendly and obliging, even when I had to change an appointment last minute they sorted it out with a smile. The dentist I have is calm and professional, and I have felt very safe there throughout the COVID pandemic due to their high standards of hygiene and stringent procedures. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the practice to any of my friends or family!

Please AVOID at all costs… my cost has been £3200 and my teeth are now worse than before treatment. Constant appointment changes,90 minute appointment for mouldings had to be duplicated as done incorrectly. Absolutely awful temporary front teeth. Had to return three times! Wrong size, shape, colour. When I finally had my vaneers fitted they did not match at all. My bridge fell out eating beans and I have been left with a huge gap in my mouth. My white fillings are yellow with reminants of the old silver fillings still. And one filling has came out altogether. Paid £450 for teeth whitening which I can not use now. Was given an appointment with the lead dentist who agreed to start treatment again, they rang as cancelled as I was on my way. Did not call back and I had to chase three times. Still not a single call from the practise manager. Absolutely appalling I am so upset. Refund requested and have now contacted the dental complaint service. Three thousand pound plus down, and left with yellow temporary teeth which fall out as I speak. Both pics are after treatment… Last requested a refund four weeks ago. STILL no response at all.

Worst hygine appointment I have ever had. First of all, the tools that were used were out of date compared to other clinics in Manchester. Moreover, the dentist had no awareness and understanding on how to conduct a proper hygine service. She has caused serious pain and internal bleeding to my gum which caused me to nearly faint and sit with a headache for hours. I came for a hygine appointment not a torture experience. Most importantly, a large chunk of my gum skin was damaged during the hygine appointment causing serious injury to my teeth. When I addressed the issue the nurse had no idea why that happened and showed no accountability for her actions. Terrible experience, never go there

I've registered at a number of dental practices, and the quality of care seems to vary greatly. Manor Dental is about 30 minutes' drive from my current address, but I've stayed with them due to the level of service I've consistently received from them. All the staff are quite lovely, but in particular I'd like to give a shoutout to Mollie the hygienist who went above and beyond during my first session with her!

I was taken care of from the moment of my first appointment. The dentist was kind and friendly and talked me through all of the options available to me with regards to my treatment. I was given plenty of time to make a decision and I have been really happy with the results. My new smile has really improved my confidence and I would definitely recommend MDC!

I had my first ever appointment at this dentist, it was with the hygienist and the whole process was great. The staff were very polite and friendly, the hygienist was lovely as well and gave me some advice. Would definitely recommend!

Love this practice!! They are so professional and caring. I was worried about going to the dentist during Covid but I didn’t need to worry, they had everything covered and I felt very safe in their care. They have been open all through the lockdowns from May 2020 and I have had all my dental treatment carried out safely and professionally. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE!!!

Amazing service, amazing dentists and lovely staff! I was very scared and anxious about my first visit as I hadn't been at a dentist for a good few years due to a bit of a dentist phobia and bad experiences I've had at other dental practices, but the ladies at Manor Dental Care have been fantastic and took away that fear. I am finally happy with my smile again. Would highly recommend!

I’ve been with Manor for a number of years now and received nothing but the best treatment, advice and support. Reception staff are efficient and courteous and the dental technicians and hygienists provide the best possible care. Billy Jean is a fantastic hygienist, my teeth feel immaculate every time I leave the practice and she is a lovely woman who is fantastic with patients! Fantastic dental practice and couldn't recommend more!

A very dissatisfied client. A simple appointment to try, slightly configure and pick up my new retainers which should have taken less than 10 minutes took almost one hour. I had taken my old retainers to my previous appointment the week before and requested for new ones to be made, I was assured the practice would be able to make exactly if not very similar retainers as my old ones as my impressions were being taken. During my appointment today I was given the incorrect product - which I had specifically asked not to receive! Dentist and technician failed to provide the product and service I paid for, very disappointing.

Have been attending Manor Dental since 2015 and I am impressed with dental treatment including an implant from Anjali to the highest of standards. Helen
