I have been a customer of space NK for a while and I've been to this store a few times. I never had a complaint but today it totally put me off. The staff lady that was on the till wasn't friendly at all. Made a big purchase and usually as nice of good gesture they give some free samples especially if you're spending a good amount of money. This lady I almost had to beg for a tiny free sample. Probably will start ordering online instead of going there. Staff totally makes a difference in a store.

HORRIBLE! Absolutely horrible experience I had today ! Went to buy some lipstick there and being thrown out of the store by “ manager “ of the store ( this is what I’ve found out later who she was ) with out any reason what’s ever ....... She came to me with unhappy and aggressive attitude and made me feel uncomfortable telling me off about the lipstick ( which I wanted to buy actually) following me around like I was some kinda thief!!! and then she said I was aggressive, although she was aggressive and unprofessional with a zero knowledge about the product and customer service!!!!!Who the Hell made her a manager there I wonder?!?!?! Store is empty and I’m not surprised !!! Never go there again ! She ruined my day and my attitude towards Space and K in general!!!

I'd give the girl with a slick dark hair 5* if I could. She was lovely and helpful today. Unfortunately, I didn't get a good vibe from other staff members yesterday. No one came to help us or offered any samples when we spent over £100+ with a Ndulge card. Better not visit this store after 5:30pm, no one is interested in serving you or help you choose a right shade. I'd stick to an online shopping or I'll be using our local Nottingham store instead.

I went in for the first time this morning. I bought a bunch of products and the sales lady offered to carry them to the till for me (which was really kind but I could do it). The lady that served me was incredibly kind and helpful- so was the other woman working there- striking up a conversation at the till. I’d definitely go in again.

Every time I go in all the girls are so lovely and welcoming- will definitely keep coming here to purchase my regular things

The workers and the managers are the kindest. Helped my friend and I choose the best blush and lip colors. Thank you so much for making us feel our best ❤️

I went into store on Saturday and received such lovely service from the store manager. I liked that I was able to browse first without being approached immediately, however after about 10 mins was asked if I needed any help and was offered a shade match, which then led to trying quite a few products. All the products were explained - what they were, coverage, best application. But nothing had a hard sell, it was just what the product did etc. I was so pleased with the service and the purchases, will deffo be back.

The staff were very helpful and they had lots of different and viral products

Me and my friend had such a great experience visiting this store, with Sarah (the assistant manager) giving the best service that we wish all shops gave! She knew everything about the products and was able to recommend us items that suited our skin types without being forceful or pushing us into purchasing unnecessary products. We both left feeling so happy with what we'd bought. Thank you so much, I'd only ever shop here for my make-up and skincare now!

I had a lovely time at the Space NK store in Manchester where I came to buy a new foundation and concealer. I believe it was the store manager who served me, she shade matched me perfectly and arranged for the concealer to be delivered to me free of charge as it was out of stock in-store. I signed up for a points card where I was happy to discover I could get a little birthday gift as August is my birthday month :) I will definitely be shopping here again!

One of the rare shops that has got the balance right for letting you browse but being available when you do need help. The assistants certainly know their product lines and I came away happy and looking forward to my next visit.

Loved the experience at Space NK today with the lovely Zoe (blonde hair). She gave us so many tips and tricks and created an amazing look for my friend, making her feel so much more confident with her makeup. Thank you for having such a positive and bright personality Zoe! 👍🏼

Amazing staff, I went on with my little friend who I was babysitting and the staff not only found what I wanted and we had a demonstration but they took care of the little one as well, giving her a little bag of treats, making her part of everything. Would recommend Space nk, not the cheapest but everything lasts twice as long and quality is excellent. Service I will rate six ✨ stars.

The lovely ladies were patient enough to help us choose what we need and also gave us samples to try that we also ended up buying weeks later because they all work for us and are amazing.

This is my first tempted to visit the agency advisor, much better than the WorkingWell (few miles) away from the central [Manchester] library.

Poor, took ages to get help as two staff were talking to each other and ignoring me. Didn’t have the product I wanted in stock. Offered no alternatives, didn’t offer to have it delivered to my address. Doubt I’ll bother visiting the store again. Not a premium experience at all.

Literally the BEST experience ever, Amina at space nk in manchester deserves a raise! she was so so sweet and so helpful, she made our shopping experience and day 10 times better! will definitely be returning :)
