Just come back from holiday with G B Tours using ur coach The bus driver Was Michelle who was brilliant nothing too much trouble for her. I have had her before and she was the same but other people hadn't and same best driver they had ever had. Very polite, caring person.

Its been 8 months, and yet I still have your drivers sitting outside my house illegally idling as early at 7-8 in the morning... please sort this out. Its not fair on the people who have to live with it

Used this company`s 22 seater bus recently for a special night out, no problems at all, nice clean bus and all went to plan. Brilliant service, thank you.

Fantastic service from all at Lakeside from reception to our late evening return. A special mention for our driver Neil and helper Margaret. The coach was immaculate each morning. No easy task when we had been visiting farms. Even Neil's 'jokes ' kept us entertained. Many thanks all. The bed sharers (Nekl will know) 😉

We have just returned from a GB Tours holiday to Scarborough and Whitby! Our coach driver was Michelle who was amazing! She was informative, helpful and above all friendly! We would thoroughly recommend!

I recently used Lakeside for an airport run for a large group of friends to go to Manchester. The service both times was perfect and the coaches were new, clean and the drivers were pleasant and helpful with loading cases etc. In addition and to my surprise on our return journey I forgot to tip the driver, who again had been brilliant, but in my rush to get the family off and into the house at 4am in the morning, it just slipped my mind. When I remembered in the morning I text him to apologise and ask if I could send the money to the Co bank and he get it from them. His response was, and I quote “ It was my pleasure to bring you back home safely and that will not be necessary, thank you for using Lakeside Coaches” In the world we live in today, I thought that needed a special mention !!! Thank you Aiden and Lakeside, I’ll recommend you to everyone I know. Simon

They operate the 21 bus. The drivers just skip bus stops they are meant to stop at leaving people stranded for hours till the next one hopefully stops.

Fantastic service from lakeside coaches for the not so local school trip to Chester zoo, big shout out to the driver Craig Evans who went above and beyond to make children and staff comfortable whilst getting them there and back safely. Many thanks lakeside coaches great work again.

Absolutely amazing customer service by this company! We were taken from Edinburgh down to Oswestry and back in a brilliant manner with upmost professionalism :) would highly recommend for long journeys and every other coach hire you may need! The buses are comfortable with on-board facilities too if you need and drivers can provide plenty of comfort breaks where necessary.

Awful driver coach load of people pulling out in front of us. Hes excuse we were in his blind spot, ok so why didnt he stop at the give way sign that's very clearly sign marked AND CHECK, clearly our right of way but hes big bus attitude little car will stop, highly unprofessional driver, total disregard for his passengers. Drivers attitude stinks, I hope that's not how he deals with the company's customers

After returning to Avonmouth. We were greeted by lakeside coaches the driver ( will ) was the most obnoxious personal I have ever had the misfortune to meet ! My wife arrived at the coach first as I was directed to the wrong coach she was extremely upset I asked the driver what was wrong and why was my wife upset he muttered something not wanting to get in to an argument I said to him I would make a complaint when we got back. His answer was do what you want. We boarded the bus and was greeted by Loosy we later found out to be his wife. On board for a day out she took are names and in not a nice manner told we were at the back of the coach this is a refutable company with excellent feedback ! Perhaps driver (will ) should be given a refresher course in people skills ! Are lovely holiday was spoilt by this drivers attitude. I will think twice before using this company again and will most certainly make no recommendations.

Booked a bus for son's 14th a trip to Alton towers with cousins. Very comfy coaches and always looking very clean. They allowed us to decorate the bus ( within reason) drivers all polite and friendly. Always up for a chat.

Just wanted to tell you how impressed we were with Michele (your driver) when we went to Longleat With Gb Tours 10 out of TEN in every respect. Coach was so comfortable and cool on a very hot couple of days. Nothing to complain about.
