I tried to make a purchase of £150 in here last week, having identified the items I wanted to buy. The young assistant at the till informed me that she was not able to serve me as she was too busy with other customers - customers who were quietly browsing and not actively requiring assistance. Over the next 5 minutes I watched this member of staff twiddling her thumbs behind the till, checking her phone and applying lip balm. I left and spent that £150 with a competitor business. As a long time customer of ESJ, to say that I was disappointed with this very poor level of service is putting it mildly. Management should be aware that staff on the shop floor are losing sales.

Had two diamond rings mended, reshaped, polished and one rhodium plated. They took just under 2 weeks to do which was below the estimated time and the rings look stunning, honestly they look better than they did when they were brand new! Both rings had a line at the back where they have previously been resized, that is now gone and they don't look like they've had any work done at all. So grateful. All of that for £100 I thought was pretty reasonable.

Everybody is so friendly and welcoming! Took my beloved ring to be resized - had a call a week later telling me it was ready to be collected, faster than I imagined! When I collected my ring it looked brand new, so shiny and beautiful, and most of all it now fits perfectly. The jeweller has done an incredible job. Highly recommend, and have already recommended to friends and family. Thank you so much ES!

Very disappointed with our experience today, My wife and I called in to the shop and browsed the very nice jewellery searching for my mothers 85th birthday present. We settled on a lovely necklace and agreed to buy it. When we got to the till, we were told the price had increased from the displayed price by another £19 (very nearly a 33% increase}. I asked them to honour the advertised price which they refused, despite repeated requests. The Manager eventually agreed a less than generous £5 concession. As we were short on time, we reluctantly agreed, but left feeling completely taken advantage of. I returned explaining that, according to Trading Standards, it is illegal to charge more than the displayed price, but she was unrepentant. This will be my last visit.

Amazing staff! I went in to buy a gift for my girlfriend and I had a specific request in which the staff went above and beyond to help and order the perfect gift which was a beautiful engraved necklace. I also ended up buying my self a chain which I love! Definitely recommend and will be returning.

I just need to make the owner/s aware of the appalling sales staff they employ. I have bought, and had repaired, many items of jewellery over the years from you and always received great service, but wow, today was just shocking. I entered the store at 3.30pm to purchase a Thomas Sabo charm for my niece's upcoming birthday - I viewed the charms for a few minutes and not once did the 2 sales staff ask if I needed assistance, bearing in mind there were no other customers in the store. Eventually I asked if one of them could assist me - neither of them responded to my request and just looked at each other! Clearly neither of them could be bothered to serve me, so at that point I told them to forget my request and regrettably left the store without being able to purchase a charm. Unfortunately I will now have to seek another jewellers for any future purchases.

We recently visited multiple jewellers in Lichfield to buy wedding rings. We chose ES Jewellery as they were friendly and professional when helping us, and had a beautiful pre-set design that we both loved. Throughout the process of our ring creation, ES Jewellery helped us choose the right stones to get our desired colours, and allowed us to add a milgrain edge. When we couldn't decide on the exact stones to use, we were invited in store to see how stones looked in the correct size which helped solidify our choice. Throughout the process, Natasha kept us up to date on what had been done with the rings and what was left to be done. The final rings were absolutely beautiful and exactly what we wanted! ES Jewellery helped us design the perfect rings that had our own personal touches.

Got my necklace repaired here after being fobbed off by another jewellers in Lichfield. The staff were welcoming and professional. They talked me through my options and organised a quote for me which was sensibly priced so I accepted it. I got the necklace back about a week later and its like new, excellent repair and good communication throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to come here again or recommend them.

Steve is amazing. He sorted rings out for our wedding. We were asking for tricky things and nothing was too much trouble. He goes out of his way to help. His attention to detail is incredible. He is reasonably priced and good at what he does. The whole team are wonderful. Thank you.

Amazing service from all the staff at ES Jewellery. I had a wedding band custom made to fit my engagement ring as I couldn't find one anywhere else. The service was brilliant from start to finish and my ring is perfect! The price was really reasonable and cheaper than we'd found elsewhere. My engagement ring even got a polish! Thanks, again.

Brilliant service, staff are always welcoming and helpful. They give you space to browse but are always at hand when you need them. I always use them to get my jewellery cleaned and rings redipped. Prices are great and my jewellery always comes back beautiful. Highly recommended!

Steve at ES is fantastic. He recently made some jewellery from my late Mum’s collection. Myself and daughter have got beautiful rings from the precious diamonds and recently my daughter turned 21 so earrings and necklace made from the remaining diamonds and sapphires. Recently brought my engagement ring to them to be repaired - of which I was quite anxious after another jeweller elsewhere making a terrible job of it and all but destroying the ring. The repair was done much quicker than expected, and upon retrieving the ring from the shop yesterday I can happily say it looks better than ever. Very professionally done, beautifully cleaned and replated. Thank you so much as I couldn't be without this ring.

Had to have my wedding ring cut off to remove. Had it repaired here, lasted 2 weeks before it split in the same place. Took it back to be repaired again, only to be told they can repair it but No guarantee it on how long it would last as the gold has worn away of 25 years! Is he taking the p!!!. Don't take your ring here if you want it repaired as guarantee only lasts until you leave the shop.

Nicky and Mike were absolute stars this morning with my wife, she needed to have her Engagement and Wedding Ring cut off after they became stuck on and we couldn’t remove them any other way, Mike saw us straight away and was such a gentleman and reassured my wife that everything would be okay, he worked perfectly and had the rings off in no time! Nicky was such a reassuring presence and was perfect at keeping my wife calm through the whole thing as she was feeling extremely nervous and emotional. We will be forever thankful to both of you for the kindness and incredible service you showed to us, thank you!

Came in with friend to look at the Pandora. Having a conversation around the charms not having individual prices on them like in Pandora shops. The lady turned around and abruptly snapped at us stating that we are a stockist not an actual Pandora shop. It was a private conversation and my friend who is autistic finds it difficult to ask for prices ect and always friends it easier if they are displayed. Even so there was no need to be rude to us, make us feel uncomfortable, we ended up buying from Tamworth instead.

Steve did an amazing job of remodelling my ring to hold my nan’s diamond. He was very informative in explaining the best way to enhance my ring and I felt very much that he was thinking about what was best for me and the ring, rather than the profit he’d make. Thank you!
