Where to start! As soon as I stepped foot into Mia Sposa, Joy made me feel totally at easy with her no pressure approach. Joy let me & my guests look around the store & even advised that there was no pressure to try on a dress if I didn’t see anything I liked. However, that was not the case, I tried on a number of dresses & found “the one”. I retuned a few months later for my alterations which took longer than normal, through NO fault of Mia Sposa or Joy. I had lost a little too much weight on the lead up to the wedding, therefore, the dress needed 3 fittings in total. Despite the extra fittings & the additional alterations I wanted, I knew I was in safe hands every step of the way & the dress was perfect on the day. The service I received from Joy, the In-house seamstress & the rest of the girls was second to none! I could not recommend Mia Sposa enough! Thank you so much!

I had the best experience at Mia Sposa! I met with Karen a year before my big day, she was amazing. So bubbly and relaxed. My guests and I were allowed to look at the dresses in our own time (something which isn’t always allowed in other shops). I found my dream dress and returned a few months later for my alterations. A few hiccups on my behalf as I’d lost a lot of weight but Karen and Joy assured me all would be perfect in the end and it was! I can’t recommend these ladies enough, thank you for making my experience so memorable. Karen I’ll be in soon to drop off the cheese scones I promised! Love Rebecca x

Outstanding service, magnificent dresses, and staff go above and beyond to feel make you feel special. The staff at Mia Sposa were incredible. We got an outstanding service, and Karen went above and beyond in many ways to make sure we were all happy with our dresses. The experience as a whole was wonderful, we were made to feel incredibly special and nothing a was a bother. Staff make you feel relaxed, we have never been hurried and are lovely people to be around. I couldn’t speak any higher of this company (and I am a hard person to please) and I would confidently recommend them to anyone. Also on a side note as a wheelchair user they were easily accessible and amended their practice so as mother of the bride I was involved in everything. Thank you Mia Sposa you were wonderful

I loved this shop, the layout is lovely and so much space to try dresses on. The lady I dealt with was so lovely, couldn't have been more helpful and understanding of exactly what I wanted. Fitting and alterations were perfect and I would recommend them to everyone. First class experience.

Bought my wedding dress from Mia Sposa Bridal early this year in the online sample sale and dress came in amazing condition as described. They sent the dress all the way to london. The team, in particular, Joy, was so lovely and helped me through the process. Thank you so much!

I had the best experience with Mia Sposa and ended up with the most perfect dress. It was the third bridal shop I visited but experience-wise it's on another level. The shop is large and beautiful with lots of different style dresses to look at. It is appointment only and I was the only bride there. I didn't feel any time pressure or any rush. Joy encouraged me to wander around on my own and choose dresses to try, and then she gave me her suggestions. She has a complete no-pressure approach and encouraged me to take time to think about the dress if I wasn't completely sure and come back for a second appointment if needed. She offered advice based on her expertise and at no point did it feel that she was being disingenuous or saying things to encourage me to purchase a dress (unlike my experience in other bridal shops!). My Mom was face timing as she lives abroad and Joy was happy to hold my phone to give her full views of the dresses. The dress I bought is so beautiful and detailed, and the seamstress altered it to fit me perfectly. I attended for 2 fittings nearer the time of the wedding which were easy to arrange. Joy was happy to pack the dress for me in a suitcase, as I got married abroad, so I could just pick it up and it was all ready to go. The whole experience was made easy by Joy and the team, and I didn't feel stressed at all during the process. I would 100% recommend Mia Sposa for any brides looking for their dream dress.

Really really poor experience. Assumed my mum was me when we arrived and therefore assumed my future mother in law was my mums mum. Everyone was mortified. Tiny fitting room space and the assistant insisted on staying in the room while I was changing, the fitting room was also hovering at around a thousand degrees. All of the dresses are tiny so you feel huge after the first try on. Why not buy bigger samples and just pin smaller women into them? I’m only a twelve but left feeling positively obese. Not only the above but the lady assisting us slapped my hand away when I went to take a dress off the hanger in the fitting room, she also told me to ‘shut up’ when expressing my fears about the dresses she had selected for me. All of which were tiny. Mia Sposa could learn a huge amount from the smaller high street shops who can’t do enough to make you feel like an actual bride while looking to spend huge amounts of money. We were told to try Wed2Be instead as clearly there wasn’t anything other than tiny super sparkly dresses on offer. We had three thousand pounds to spend and I wouldn’t spend a single penny with this awful place. Nor will I recommend their services to anyone. Simply terrible from start to finish.

The staff at Mia Sposa were very welcoming and accommodating to my needs in a dress! They were willing to spend time to help me choose the right dress for me and the shop was exclusively for each bride per appointment. There was a wide range of different dresses and shapes to suit all styles and the shop itself was lovely and inviting!

I didn't have the best experience here unfortunately. Went to try on wedding dresses for the first time and felt like the whole experience was a little superficial, not many questions where asked, no advise given at all around the dresses that I picked. I picked 5 dresses myself and tried them on one after another, identifying features I liked and disliked, and that was it. No advise given around what would suit me, how we could change dresses, recommending a different dress I hadn't spotted, or even just talking me through the dress that I was currently wearing. Once I had been through my 5 dresses I felt ushered out as the next bride was waiting. My family suggested to slip back into one of the earlier dresses however they had already all been put away and I could not even get a second look. Not sure if this was because I mentioned I had never tried on dresses before or because it was rushed because of Christmas time because other reviews had been good but I left feeling disappointed and not at all wanting to return.

I can't recommend the girls at Mia Sposa enough. They have been so helpful and supportive during the whole process from choosing my dress to collecting it the week of the wedding. They went above and beyond including texting me on our wedding day to send good wishes which is such a thoughtful touch!

Great selection of dresses in lots of different styles. Emma the assistant was amazing and so helpful, she gave me honest opinions and really took her time to show me all the dresses within my price range. Made the appointment fun when I was very nervous about trying on different styles. Highly recommend to any bride!

Such a lovely experience. Karen made my appointment so special, and really listened to what I wanted. I had pre chosen two styles to try on, from the website, but we threw some wild cards in there too. With Covid going on at the moment, the appointment felt safe, and social distancing was observed, but this did not take away from how special the appointment still felt. I was 99.9% sure I had found my dress here at Mia, but had a few other appointments booked else-wear that I wanted to attend just to make sure. Karen didn't put any pressure on me, and made me feel so relaxed about returning. Emailing for a second appointment to 'say yes to my dress' was super easy, and Joy was so accommodating to my work schedule, fitting me in. Overall a delightful experience, and I can't wait for my dress to arrive, and my fitting appointment's so I can put it on again!

(Using husbands account) A huge thank you on behalf of myself and my daughter-in-law to be. On our visit Joy listened to Carolyn's requests for her wedding dress and brought them and others she thought Carolyn would like. There was a large and varied selection which we managed to get down to 2. After returning a second time to decide which of the 2 dresses she preferred ( a very difficult decision). The dress decision was made with the help of Karen who has ensured the dress fits perfectly. We honestly can't praise them service and the help we received highly enough from both of you. Such an amazing experience at Mia Sposa. Joy was so lovely and made me feel really comfortable. The dresses & the shop are all beautiful. All in all, exactly what I imagined the experience of trying wedding dresses on would be like - we were even allowed to bring and drink our own fizz!
