I’d highly recommend City Aesthetics Clinic! I have Botox with Diane and she’s such a lovely person, she talks through exactly what your aim is or what you want done and explains everything in detail. She will advise you what the outcome will be before she’d do anything, she makes you feel relaxed and most of all, important! There’s no rush, it has a very laid back atmosphere. When entering the reception area, in which is immaculate! Sam & Jessica, the receptionists, give you a lovely warm welcome! Then you go through to see (in my case Diane) and have your consultation and talk through what you’d like and when. I’m over the moon with my results!! I’d recommend to anyone considering or a little ensure, it’s such a lovely place & amazing staff!! Thank yous so much! ❤️

She patiently explained every step of the process, ensuring that all my questions were answered before we began. The actual procedure went incredibly well; I didn't experience any complications or discomfort at all. She gave an excellent consultation where she discussed the treatment and risks in depth and didn’t make me feel pressured in the slightest! I can highly recommend, nothing was to much trouble for the staff. Diane was very professional at all times, there was never any rush or pressure to continue, following the initial consultation. I have used another service in the past; however, this has superseded those. I also find that the outcome appears to be much improved from previous treatments, from another venue. I have no hesitation in recommending this clinic and I will continue to use this clinic again in the future.

Lovely welcoming atmosphere, Jane & Diane are masters at what they do and I cannot recommend the clinic enough. If you are considering fillers or Botox then these are the people to speak to, they are knowledgeable and give you an honest assessment of what effects to expect from the various treatments, and I personally could not be happier with the results. Jane and Dianne are both brilliant at what they do. I previously had a bad experience with Botox at another clinic and was a little nervous to get it done again. I was made to feel incredibly comfortable and decided to try again with them. The results have been amazing and I couldn't be happier. I was so happy in fact I decided to try lip fillers and again the results have been amazing. I am so pleased to have found a clinic with incredibly high standards. Highly recommend.

My initial consultation was great, from entering to leaving. All staff were friendly and professional, and it was a wonderful first visit. There was no pressure at any point to book on for treatments and my concentration was targeted towards my needs. Will be visiting again.
