Claims many of their reviews are from local competitors. Will even go as far as to say they will contact the police. When the truth of the matter is, Jane Rippon openly trolls businesses on Facebook. As a member of the GMC I would expect a lot more that silly behaviour over business.

First time at Rippon Medical Services and they were amazing. I went with a plan of what I wanted but after a great chat with Dr Rippon he gave me great advice on what was actually the best course of action to take. Everyone makes you feel welcome, safe and at ease which was fantastic. After a great chat with Dr Rippon we discussed areas I hated about myself and he gave me hope that these issues can easily be dealt with and gave me all the information I need to get the work done and get my confidence back. An all round amazing experience and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you for everything.

Jane put me at ease throughout the process and was indeed very caring of my wellbeing post operative. BEST MEDICAL CARE IVE EVER HAD! Im beyond grateful for Jane and Dr Rippon's help with my treatment, they're both truly fantastic. I had an issue for a while with what I was told by my regular GP was a cyst but which they wouldn't remove. I was so upset about it because it really knocked my confidence as I result, so I looked into going private, which is when I came across Rippon Medical Services and was relieved to find that they would sort the issue out, although it wasn't a cyst like my previous GP had told me. It was an abscess, that wouldn't heal properly because of am overhealing scar tissue. Dr Rippon treated me and did the surgery with the help of Jane who put me at ease through the whole process. Even the aftercare has been phenomenal. I'm ever so thankful for your medical care, you both are truly wonderful, and I'm forever grateful 🙏🏻

Since I moved to the UK from Miami I have searched & searched for a cosmetic clinic that could fulfill the standards I was used to in the USA. Dr Rippon is on par with the best of the best in the USA. High standards & fabulous manner with his patients. If your looking at using rippon medical services then please read on ...... the staff at the facility are very polite and helpful. Very knowledgeable and professional. To get there was extremely easy also. A car park conveniently on the front door step . I booked an appointment to have a cyst removed from my head and couldn't be more happy with the results. From talking on the phone and having an appointment the same week and having it removed. The procedure was pain free also. I would not hesitate in using rippon medical services again and will be recommending to friends and family.

Following a complication after visiting another well known practice in Carlisle I was shocked that I wasn't even able to have a phone consult with the Dr and whilst I was given advice, nobody could see me for at least 5 days. One distraught phone call to Rippons and I was slotted in the very next day and given the option of attending first thing if symptoms had worsened.
