I have attended Bradley‘s physio for over 20 years. Over that period of time I have always encountered a good quality standard of service and treatment. More recently, I attended due to sciatica problems. James was excellent. He was very thorough at the initial consultation and treated my condition accordingly. His approach was professional but yet at the same time friendly, putting myself at ease. The exercises he asked me to do worked extremely well. After several sessions I had fully recovered with no pain whatsoever. Thanks James, any other problems I may have in the future I will certainly be asking for you.

Would highly recommend Bradley Physio. After first going to the Rochdale branch and seeing James he treated me for my Plantar Fasciitis which had been troubling me for over a year. He recommended shock wave treatment and after the last session said it should start to ease in 3 to 4 weeks. After 3 weeks the pain went and hasn't returned. Just lately had a real problem with my glutes which caused real sciatic pain all the way down both legs, again James treated me for this and gave me excercises to do at home and 3 weeks later the pain has gone. I can't recommend James enough, his knowledge in physiotherapy is brilliant and he makes you feel relaxed and comfortable with his friendly manner.

I’ve been getting physio on my back with Rebecca for some time now, after my mum recommended her following treatment with her. Rebecca has certainly improved my back from when I first started my journey. She is so friendly and reassuring and definitely makes the effort to develop a rapport with her clients. The reception staff in the Rochdale clinic have always been so welcoming and helpful too, always greeting you by name. Would definitely recommend the clinic and Rebecca.

was recommended by a friend, the first few sessions were good but when he started to get frustrated with me because his treatment wasn't helping my problem it all went downhill from there. He accused me of scowling at him when i was actually just wincing from the pain the machine he put me on was causing me. This i thought was rather odd. He made me feel like i was telling lies when he asked me to straighten my leg and i couldn't because of the nerve pain i was in. He basically cut my sessions because he 'didnt want to waste my money' but 'there was no way i would be operated on' . I managed to get an operation a few months later thankfully because the disc was pressing on my nerves which was a result of me not being able to straighten my leg. its a shame really because he was recommended but i wouldnt go back because of how he made me feel when i was already at my worst.

I would highly recommend Bradley Physio. The team are friendly and go above and beyond to help. I was in terrible pain with my neck and Kiera and James have been great throughout. Great service.

I would recommend (and have done to many people already) how fantastic Bradley Physio are. The team are friendly, caring and determined to get their patients better. The clinic in Rochdale where I go is spotlessly clean and reception staff are chatty and always offer you a hot or cold drink before your session. I have also taken Pilates classes in their basement studio which really helped with my stiff back. If you are looking for a physio in Rochdale I wouldn’t bother looking any further than there.

Bradley Physio is ideally situated close to my home, making consultations time-saving, and often arranged at short notice. James, the therapist currently attending to my rehab is approachable and professional in both presentation and demeanour. The treatments and suggested follow-up exercises prove to be effective in developing long-term pain relief and future injury minimisation and I would recommend this practice to anyone in the area seeking quality physiotherapy.

3rd time (in 20 years) I've been to Bradleys for Physio. James has overseen my care on this occasion, in my view he was excellent, he gets down to the core of the problem, in my case, pain and loss of flexibility, signs of frozen shoulder. James is always pleasant and a friendly face. After a few weeks of treatment I am recovering nicely. Sincere thanks.

My third appointment yesterday for treatment of a shoulder injury. I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted by Patrick the physio who was chatting with the receptionist. I waited in a room for 12mins after my appointment started until he came in. As it was my third visit, I wanted to have my injury properly assessed and not be left in the room again with a heat pad or a tens machine. I had to insist several times on being examined at all, almost to the point of arguing, and then was given a cursory exam very reluctantly. Suddenly told yet again that I needed a heat pad on ‘just for 5 mins’ and Patrick left the room. 15 mins later reappears. I insist again on an actual physical exam, and then without completing the exam, suddenly he puts the tens machine on and disappears for at least 20 mins. On his return, I tried one final time to get a complete exam, pointing to areas around my shoulder blade, lats and deep upper arm where my pain is. Begrudgingly an exam was started again, revealed more injury which Patrick seemed surprised to find, and he gave it deep pressure treatment for a few minutes. The rest of the exam was never completed and suddenly the appt was over. After 3 appts, I have still not had a complete exam to assess my shoulder injury. Honestly, a waste of time and money. Believe what everyone says that Patrick spends 10-15 mins of your appointment in the room with you. I came because I thought a rugby physio would be perfect for shoulder injury. There are much better private physios available.

Great experience (sort of). Hobbled in to Bradley' with severe pain in my lower back, 4 sessions with Kiera manipulating and stretching and my pain is gone, I'm back to normal in 7 days,

I have been attending Bradley Physio for a good number of years for corrective treatment and maintenance, for which I have a session every few weeks to keep me on top of things after a long standing problem. Treatment is always first class and very professional, and I also feel like the staff have become friends.

Over the years Bradley's has been my first choice for sports injury physio and they have never let me down. I always get a good diagnosis and explanation of the injury and of the proposed treatment. The surgery is always bright and clean and all staff very professional.

I've been few times at the clinic and the treatment was fine ( to be fair ) i woke up this morning sick and couldn't attend to my appointment at 10:30 and they charged me for it!! I explained on my phone early morning to the receptionist that I was sick but she wasn't helpful. Also, I just noticed that they say the charge is £45 while I just found they charged me each visit £48. If there was a view less than 1 star I would choose it . Shame on them doing this to regular customer
