We
were
very
much
looking
forward
to
having
breakfast
at
pier69.
The
reviews
were
so
great....HOWEVER..we
were
extremly
disappointed,
let's
break
it
down:
Service
-
the
waitress
was
friendly
but
seemed
not
really
interested
in
her
guests.
Service
-
the
food
gets
delivered
mostly
by
junior
staff
that
seems
not
to
be
trained.
Here
are
2
examples
(1)
the
girl
who
brought
the
food
did
not
put
it
in
front
of
each
of
us
and
then
she
gave
the
cutlery
and
almost
hit
my
husband
in
the
face
with
it
she
literally
just
threw
everything
on
the
table.
(2)
the
cappuccino
comes
with
tap
water,
the
girl
saw
we
have
a
bottle
of
sparkling
on
the
table
and
just
took
the
tap
water
back
again.
The
second
time
I
asked
her
that
WE
would
like
to
have
the
tap
water
and
she
asked
me
"really",
gave
me
the
glass
but
not
my
husband.

Food:
let's
start
with
the
positive,
the
shasuka
was
good.
HOWEVER
the
etagere
was
not
worth
the
money,
the
meet
and
cheese
was
without
any
love,
finesse
or
even
esthetics
put
on
the
plate.
The
pickled
ham
was
in
a
ball,
not
even
taken
apart,
the
honey
was
if
you
ask
returned
by
a
previous
guest
and
put
back
on
my
plate,
it
was
crumbled
as
well
as
the
corner
was
bend
upwards
as
if
someone
thought
about
opening
it...
All
in
all
a
extremely
disappointing
experience-
not
sure
why
it
was
praised
so
much.
The
second
star
I
do
give
because
the
cappuccino
as
well
as
the
harriss
tasted
good
