I worked with Chason, Sarah, and Thomas and each one was very helpful in helping improving my lower back pain during pregnancy. As someone that is not an athlete and just wanted to get to a pain free existence, I found the environment at ReVerve to be welcoming, relaxed, and less “gym like” than a lot of PT clinics.

I've been training with Chason at ReVerve PT for more than 3 years now and we have done so much good work! I usually do 1/2 training: bands, weights, compound movements and cardio circuits with Neufit Neubie EMS and Blood Flow Restriction technologies as added stimulus! Second half is always manual work on shoulder/ calves and knees-- and always with positive impact on feeling, mobility and performance (I'm a javelin thrower and Kettlebell lifter). Highly, highly recommend Chason and ReVerve PT for all seeking to be better with movement and life!

After working with multiple PTs over the last 10-15 years I found Reverve. Chason is great to work with and I appreciate that he pays attention to the little details and makes minor tweaks to ensure you are doing the movement correctly. If you are looking for a great PT look no farther than Chason! In fact, I like Reverve enough to travel 10 miles in the wrong direction, after work, only to drive 25 miles in the other direction to get home after PT - totally worth it!

Im an IFBB Professional bodybuilder who injured my back weight training a year and a half ago. I've worked with Chason at ReVerve for a total of 16 months after that and can say my recovery from working with him has been absolutely amazing. He understands the kind of work us competitors put our bodies through and he works to get us back to our healthiest state to be able to continue doing what we love. Chason also works with those who aren't competitive athletes and does an amazing job with them. I've referred a few friends and they all have come back with positive feedback and stories of recovery.

I've been going to ReVerve for years and am so thankful that they exist! I've tried a handful of other physical therapist before them and no one else has been able to help. Chason and his team are also familiar with my issues that have included snowboarding injuries, training stress and strain, bad muscle pulls, and helping my body get ready for multi-week hiking treks. Very knowledgable and kind people who are there to help your bodies heal and get in the proper condition for happy living!

I had a difficult time finding a physical therapist that would see me with an injury to treat. Chason was the only PT I found that really listened to the issues I was trying to prevent and wanted to help work on a plan to address them. Since that initial appointment, I've been consistently back to see Chason, Sarah, and Thomas and I always leave with a plan to get stronger and work on the problem spots that have given me trouble.

I raked leaves off my entire sidewalk today and I realized that due to my back injury I had not been able to do that in YEARS. I went to four PTs and two specialists before I found Chason. He didn't judge me when I came to him (crying) at the absolute end of my rope and he's been a rock of guidance and support through my recovery. We have such a fun time and I feel good about taking up running and tennis again since I know my body will recover with Chason helping me. His team is awesome (shout out to Katherine and Thomas!) Even if it's out of your way, you should go see Chason. He can help when other therapists can't.

I've been a patient of Chason's and ReVerve for several years. When my body shouts about something, these are the first folks I call. They have helped me with simple issues (I slept wrong and this neck pain just won't go away) to more complex issues (building a strong/stable back after surgery). They never make me feel like I've messed up, but rather give me tools and advice to keep my body healthy and feeling great!

I love that Chason and Reverve are supporting the Pioneer Square Neighborhood with their services. Even better, though, is the service Chason and his team are able to provide. I came to Chason prior to knee replacement a couple years ago. I will continue to see Chason, Thomas and/or Sarah for continued support. There's nothing better than a team knowing you and your needs. Thanks ReVerve!!!

After breaking my ankle and a slower than normal healing period, I was very glad to finally be out of the boot and in to physical therapy. However, progress with "regular" PT eluded me. I plateaued quickly and was left with a shocking lack of function in my ankle and foot. I was so discouraged and depressed. Was this the new normal? I knew a more progressive and comprehensive intervention was needed if I was ever going to be able to practice yoga again. A friend recommended Chason at ReVerve PT. As soon as my first appointment, I knew I was in excellent hands. He immediately implemented modalities that my previous therapy had not utilized AND he also helped me work on my mentality around injury and recovery. You don't get that with "regular" rehab. Throughout my work with Chason and team at ReVerve, I felt very seen, understood, and heard. I can't imagine what my mobility would have looked like had I not found ReVerve and I am happy to report I am back to a regular yoga practice!

I came in mainly for help with broken wrist recovery but also had some nagging issues with plantar fasciitis and shoulder pain. After a few months of PT my wrist was back to 100% and I'm running/lifting weights again without any foot or shoulder pain. Would definitely recommend Reverve to others!

I have been going to ReVerve for over two years now. My health condition is fairly complex -- I have the most aggressive form of MS (PPMS). By definition, that means an optimal outcome is really to just slow the progressive nature of the disease down (not an easy task!)...it sucks but at least I'm doing something about it by working with Chason/team leveraging their unique skill set and cutting edge equipment to be able to combat a neurological chronic generative disease like MS...and it is a disease which really can only be serviced by a very small circle of PT therapists in WA state and even the world. Nevertheless, I find it hard to believe any of those guys would possess the same empathy for their clients as ReVerve! I would (and have) recommended Chason/his shop in a heartbeat and without hesitation especially for those who have a unique medical condition like MS. It is not a form of hyperbole to say I love working with Chason (pretty much my exclusive therapist) and Sarah (she has pinch hit for a some sessions over the years)! Thank you Reverve!!!

I saw Chason over the course of several months to get help with a chronic neck injury. Chason is very thorough and utilizes multiple tools including NeuFit (I found this really helpful), myofacial release, and movement & exercise recommendations. I appreciated his level of attention to the complexity of the problem - he is definitely not the PT that just gives rote exercises. He's really investigating the issue and looking for holistic solutions.

This place is great! I will definitely be back when needed. I was dealing with plantar fasciitis. I showed up not being able to stand without discomfort and running was not even an option. Thomas was able to help me get back on my feet! I am now running and exercising all over again. Thank God for this place! The knowledge of the staff is incredible, I attended plenty of places before finding ReVerve. I got to work with Dr. Li and he immediately put together a plan. He was responsive and informative. The instructions were always clear. He motivated and challenged me to get better every week. I had a great time! Always left satisfied and excited to return. I drove nearly two hours every week, that's how much I enjoyed it and believed in the work. I will continue to share experience working with Thomas Li and the ReVerve team.

Highly recommend! I worked with Thomas and Sarah to improve my knee, which I messed up while powerlifting and hiking. I was staying in Seattle for a bit over a month, and they provided quite a few helpful exercises and therapeutic tips to take care of my knee during the short time I was there. My knee feels substantially stronger now. Thank you!!!

My sport's medicine doctor requested I receive physical therapy after a fall and resulting knee injury. I am so happy there is a top notch place for physical therapy on the waterfront in Pioneer Square. Whether you live or work downtown, this is the place to go. I've had physical therapy a few times before and it is very helpful for a quicker and more complete recovery. I can't thank my professional and attentive physical therapist, Thomas, enough. He was super tuned into my needs, has a great personality and really listens to your concerns. Way to go ReVerve - so glad you are in the neighborhood.

This place has been great! I have had some minor knee issues over the past few years and I worked with Thomas to get my knee feeling better and more confident when playing sports! I have been working with Dr. Li for the past few months and have received a lot of help from him. He provided me a great manual therapy and lots of useful exercises to keep me healthy in the future. Everyone from ReVerve is very helpful for everything from the physical therapy itself to understanding billing. I plan on coming back if I ever need any more physical therapy!

Chason was fantastic! I managed to nearly tear my MCL and also seriously stressed my ACL in a silly game of tag. Chason developed a recovery plan that made it so I healed as quickly as possible and was even able to go on a surf retreat 6 weeks after my injury. I highly recommend his services!

Chason is an amazing physical therapist! I have been working with him for the last 3 months for chronic shoulder pain. He is very friendly and kind and it’s evident that he truly cares for his patients. He has worked with me to create a plan of treatment and gives me exercises that I can do at home, and my shoulder is feeling the best it has in years! He really works to get to the root cause of issues, explains everything to me so that I can understand why I do the exercises that I do, and works with long-term goals in mind so that my body can be strong and pain-free for many years to come!

Chason fixed my shoulder and all my other life problems! (Well, mostly my shoulder.) I started PT for a rotator cuff tear with another "chain" clinic. I felt like they just had me going through a checklist and were not giving me any personal attention. ReVerve was just the opposite. Chason asked all the right questions to determine how the injury was affecting my lifestyle and what my goals were. I ended up going to ReVerve before and after my rotator cuff surgery. The sessions were unique and pushed me just hard enough. I could feel progress after each one. At the end, my shoulder was in better shape than it was before my injury. I feel stronger and wiser than before. Without a doubt, I would recommend Chason and ReVerve to anyone looking for help.

I would like to share my experience with Chason, my physical therapist. I have multiple sclerosis, and my motor and balance skills have been affected negatively. Chason always takes the time to look for special exercises helpful for my condition and he worries a lot about your specifics needs. He is also very emphatic. I highly recommend him.

I am getting excellent physical therapy with “ReVerve” located on Alaskan Way in Seattle. An unexpected health challenge known as Spina Bifida Meningocele showed up for me in 2014. In other words, it is a loss of nerve function in the back of my legs, calves and bottom of my feet. The ReVerve physical therapists are fabulous and have helped me to find a way to reinvigorate and maintain the muscles that have atrophied so I can function better in my day-to-day life! They provide a variety of services, give them a call if you want a competent, friendly and knowledgeable group of professionals.

I started having issues with my shoulder a few years back. It was causing pain that radiated all the way down to my wrist, which distracted me at work and made it difficult to sleep. It even hurt to adjust the volume in the car. Initially, I went to see a Sports Medicine doctor who did some imaging, gave me a cortisone injection, and referred me to PT. The first therapist I saw was located in a big stuffy medical facility which wasn't pleasant to go to, and I just wasn't getting great results, so I started looking for other options. Reverve seemed like a unique option close to my office, and at the time, it was just Chason with no other staff and a handful of rave reviews. I decided I'd give it a shot, and I'm so glad I did, because I'm in a much better state these days. Chason gave me a program that got me to feeling 80% better within just a few months, to the point where my shoulder wasn't bugging me at rest, and since then, we've worked on remodeling the tissue for permanent relief and strengthening. Along the way, he's also been able to help with other old man issues that have come up - like the time I couldn't look up without terrible pain (that was quite scary, but he loaned me a cervical traction device and gave me some exercises which cleared it up quickly), wrist and thumb pain, knee/hip troubles related to hiking, etc. Speaking of the cervical traction device - he has all the latest and greatest PT technology and techniques, like the Neufit, blood flow restriction, etc. And finally, it is worth noting he and his staff have had a lot of patience in dealing with my insurance and making that part of the process smooth for me. I highly recommend Reverve to anyone! Whether you are experiencing pain in your joints or you just want to get ahead of it with learning proper movement patterns, your life will change for the better if you pay them a visit.

Chason is extremely knowledgable about how to recover from injury and pain and incorporates a wide range of therapies to meet his patients’ needs. I’ve been working with Chason for the last six months and am in a much better place with my tendonitis than I was when I started. I have appreciated Chason’s steady guidance and have learned a lot about how to keep building capacity and strength in the future. Chason met me where I was and I really felt like he was invested in my success.
