This hotel went over exceeded my expectations! Trent checked me in and he was so pleasant to talk to and blew me away with his great customer service. Every employee I encountered during my 4 day stay said “hello” or “good morning” and all with a smile. The hotel was quiet throughout the day and night. The only problem I had was the parking at night got crowded because people would park at the pub and walk over. I really think the Hoyle should invest in something to hang on mirror so you would know you is a guest or not and gave them towed. Other than that I was amazed of how well the hotel was cleaned, smelled great throughout halls and lobby, the unlimited refills of the drinks, great staff and the location was wonder! Keep up the FANTASTIC WORK!

The service was great staff very friendly. We had a handicap room for my husband. They were very good at putting a shower chair in the shower as I had requested and the shower truly was handicap accessible. The only thing I would do is have a small table or something like that in the room because there was no place to put our clothes when we took a shower. Also, if there would be some kind of hook or rack next to the shower, so wet bath towel could be put next to the shower so it can be reached from the shower. The room was very clean and well-kept. I did like the hard floors our suitcases wrote on it much better, and it felt cleaner. I also would’ve liked more outlets so that we could plug-in more than one appliance in the bathroom. The only outlets in the room were on the lamps, unless the lamps were plugged in, already plugged into them or the clock.

The Choice Hotel in St. Louis is very special! Upon arrival the front desk was very friendly and professional. Regardless of who was at the desk at any time, they were always pleasant. The breakfasts were filling and quite a variety to choose from. They make sure everything is clean and presentable. The rooms were beyond compare. Upgraded fixtures and molding made them really stand out. Well attired. The linens were fresh and supple making it easy to dry off. The walk in shower was the grand finale. I would recommend this location to anyone. You made my 4 night stay very memorable!

Listen up, folks! Comfort and Suites in St. Louis is the real deal. From the get-go, their customer service was rock solid—no-nonsense and straight to the point. Stepping into our room felt like entering a well-organized workshop; everything in its right place, spick and span. Come sunrise, the breakfast was a hearty fuel-up that even the hungriest of men would nod in approval of. The prime location? Perfect for a quick hop to some quality shopping and all the top local spots. If you're in town and looking for a genuine, no-frills stay, this is your place. Don't waste another minute searching.

What can you say about this place and it's employees. PERFECTION!!! From the time my wife and I got there until we checked out, it was a stress free and relaxing stay. Quiet at night, beds were comfortable, breakfast was excellent and the complimetary sodas was a nice perk. It was great to see employees doing their job well and they all were nice and friendly. If you are not happy here you might just be one of those people who just cant be pleased by anything.

The Sunset Hills Comfort Suites exceeded our expectations. From the front desk service to the bright, clean reception areas, we immediately felt good about our choice. Our room was immaculate, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was quite clean. We were especially impressed with the pool and fitness area--the surfaces were polished, the air was fresh, and the amenities were convenient. It will be our choice every time we visit our family in St. Louis.

The stay here was superb. I was so struck by the extra effort at plantings and landscaping along the front entrance. The hotel footprint is a bit unconventional but the owners made the most of the outdoor space to make it feel bright and welcoming. The facilities were excellent and the staff way above what I’ve encountered at some other hotels. Definitely recommend staying here!

Was supposed to have a two night stay here that ended up being only a one night stay and our trip ending early. I woke up in the middle of the night to find a roach in our bathroom. We let the hotel staff know before we left and instead of doing anything they sent us an email telling us if we give them a perfect review that they will give us hotel points.

We made this a pit stop on our way to vacation and it was one of the best choices. As soon as we walked in the check-in was super clean. Within minutes we were greeted by two and were helped immediately. We were offered our Marketplace goodies and the room fit our traveling family of six perfectly. The beds were solid foam but I loved it. Breakfast was fabulous and the people working it were friendly as well. We could not hear a thing through the walls so it was a great nights sleep and I 'd gladly return.

We went to St. Louis zoo and grants farm this weekend and this place is the perfect middle between both and all the good shopping and restaurants you can think of. This hotel is clean, beautiful and perfect all the way around. Nobody bothers you if you need something you just call or text them for services or questions. The breakfast was amazing so many different choices. I will stay here again and again, I highly recommend staying here.

Nice spacious rooms that are very clean. They have a great breakfast. The staff is very cordial and helpful. The location is convenient to downtown St. Louis. There are several good places to eat within walking distance. Also conveniently located next to Bass Pro Outlet and shopping plaza.

Nice, new hotel. Staff was nice and helpful. Even helped us get tickets to the St Louis Aquarium. One odd aspect was that the bathroom had a sliding door. Definitely not sound proof and let light into the sleeping area at night. Also didn’t have a handle on the bathroom side of the door. We would still stay there again.

Room was beautiful, bathroom was clean and lovely. Hotel seemed new, and was well cared-for, clean, and well decorated. Front desk person was kind and pleasant. Snack room was a delight! Location was good for us, travelling from Kansas City to St. Louis to visit the Arch the next morning.

Friendly and helpful employees working here! Our room was spacious, updated and clean. We loved that there was no carpet in the room and no pets allowed. I have severe allergies to dogs and cats and it's a challenge not to have an asthma attack at other chain hotels. No issues here. Not an issue with hotel but the patrons for restaurant next door using choice parking spaces.

We loved this property! It did not feel unsafe. The room was immaculately clean. I did not see anything wrong or dirty about the room at all. Spotless! The pool was nice, the breakfast was very busy and ran out of food fast but the employees were getting food out fast and really working hard. It was so tasty! loved the breakfast potatoes. Check-in was quick and easy as well as checkout.

Our 2 adults and four children slept comfortably in the 2 queen suite with the pull out sofa. The room was spotless and not having carpet seems generally more sanitary to us. The kids enjoyed the pool and workout room. Standard offerings for a continental breakfast, but above average. Great stay and an economical option.

I love this hotel. They take guest experience seriously and if you need anything they will do their best to accommodate. Room is beautiful with couch and nice bed. Everything is clean. Also as a choice rewards member I appreciate that they actually do concierge properly for gold+ members. Not many choice hotels take their job of hotel management as seriously as this and I really appreciate that.

Last minute stay booked here. The place is amazing. Breakfast was good, rooms were so clean & beds were very comfortable. Staff was super helpful & friendly. The young man that checked us in even came & helped when the TV remote when I had problems. Definitely recommend. & will return in the future.

We just returned from our second stay at this location and continue to be impressed with this facility. It's close enough to hop on to highways to move around the St Louis area, yet set in a neighborhood with restaurants and stores within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the place is the cleanest Choice property we've ever stayed in. It's clear the staff is proud of their place and it shows!

This hotel had a super clean and crisp feel to it. Comfortable beds too. Appreciated access to the soda machine as well. The only thing we would suggest to improve our experience is to include an extra blanket in the room to add more weight to the very thin blanket on the bed and add shelving in the shower to hold more things. Other than that, a fine stay.

I like the Comfort Suites brand! This one in particular is spectacular! They have gone to great lengths to beautify the property with flowers and plants. The rooms are clean and spacious, and I especially liked the shower. Breakfast was good, but not replenished as we hoped. The Irish restaurant right next door was awesome and Bass Pro Shops is just down the street. We chose this motel because of its location in this community. We'd hope to return.

Room is always clean, staff friendly! We went with our son and he loved the pool and the breakfast was great in the morning. It’s a close proximity to other things and a central location for us! We definitely will book again!

Hotel was beautifully decorated inside and out. Very clean through out the hotel. Room was clean and refreshed. We ordered handicap for me and was nice flat shower entrance with nice shower chair. Not a bench. Breakfast was continental but fresh. This will always be our hotel in St. Louis

Great location... away from the busy area but not a far drive to top destinations. Staff was welcoming and friendly. We loved the bright lighting throughout the hotel. Smelled and looked very clean upon arrival. Beds were comfortable and the hot breakfast in the morning was great.

This hotel is very nice and clean! As soon as you walk through the doors you can smell the cleanliness. The breakfast was amazing and we enjoyed the pool. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay in a safe neighborhood. Check-in was easy. Our room was clean and very comfortable. I love the tile floors instead of carpet that tends to get dirty. Shower was nice and water pressure was great. (The only thing I would recommend is another shelf in the shower to hold shampoo and body wash. Wasn’t a huge deal but would’ve been nice). Hotel was very quiet with minimal noise in the hallway. Definitely will stay again when I’m this area! Highly recommend!

The room was very nice and spotless. The bed, pillows and linens were snuggly. The pool was great and the pool room was neat and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more than satisfactory. There was a Catholic Church one mile away so I was able to go to Mass the next morning before continuing my travels. Thank You for everything.

Wonderful hotel. Clean, lots of pillows, comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was great! Hot food. Large selection. First hotel I've ever been at that had complimentary fountain drinks. Pool was a little strong with chlorine, but it felt good after a long day.

This hotel was all around a great choice! I’m particular about where I stay and this hotel and staff went above and beyond! It was very clean and well appointed in our room. The people who checked us in and out were attentive and had good people skills-very professional. Their new landscaping that was going in yesterday will look really nice. Thumbs up to this Comfort suites.

Our room was awesome, with a bonus area, which included a nice lounger sofa. The staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous, the hot breakfast is always a bonus. The location was in a very nice part of town with easy access to multiple interstates, with plenty of restaurant choices nearby. The only complaint I would have is, they have still not returned to daily housekeeping, unless you specifically request it, I think it’s time we return to normal.

This location is next door to a bar that plays live music every weekend. Staff was not forthcoming about that and we were not able to change rooms. We were traveling with children and staff saw our kids with us at check in and still said nothing. Our room faced the bar and we were up until at least 1:30. When I approached staff the following morning, their response was I should have checked their website because they mention the bar in their description. Well if one books the room through the Choice hotels app, that is not the case. Be warned, staff will not be sympathetic to you. Thanks to the one gentleman that at least apologized. Otherwise the hotel is clean and comfortable, we stayed last year with no issues. Maybe try a Monday instead!

The hotel is new and kept very clean. The lobby is inviting. We stayed for three nights and enjoyed the spacious room. Free breakfast is a great perk. Breakfast was very tasty better than most. My only issue was that I requested housekeeping but our room was not cleaned. (I did make request the day before as required.) The hotel is in a good location close to Grant's farm, Magic House and the tasty Ted Drew's. Overall a great value.

We have stayed here several times. Newer hotel! Excellent location. Beautiful flowers and landscaping. Large parking area. Room very clean and breakfast is good. Staff very friendly. Just a few suggestions: 1. Towels are very thin. Slightly thicker would be nice. 2. Coffee machine pours out a set amount. It would be nice to have control of the amount you want. You would have less spillage. 3. Need an additional shelf in the shower for your personal items. Would definitely stay there again!

It was clean, breakfast was good, the decoration was really nice, my room was very spacious with a full couch, and I don't have any complaints. I don't know how this is only a 2 star hotel. Someone hit my car in the parking lot overnight, and because they had well working cameras, we were able to locate the guy and have his insurance cover it. Staff were very nice about the situation. It was also nice having so many food options and stores nearby. The area felt very safe. If you're staying here, I also highly recommend making the drive to grants farm because it's not too far and it's also fantastic!

Loved it here! Excellent location near to several shops and eateries. Lively area, but not noisy at all. Only there is some major construction going on next door (probably a new hotel being built), so there will be that noise during the day hours. But honestly, it did not disturb me at all. I hardly noticed it. The service, though, was excellent. Breakfast standard. Gym reasonably good. Since the hotel is recently built, everything about it screams new. My room was king bed, with a pull out sofa. After booking, I inquired about that and they informed me that some of the king rooms are so equipped, so they left a note on my reservation to hold one of these for me. I was very pleased about that. They gave me extra bedding for it and all to make it even more comfortable. You'll like it here.
