Had
a
cut
and
blow
dry
last
Saturday
and
they
advertise
in
their
window
that
new
customers
that
use
a
specific
hair
stylist
get
a
25%
discount.
Well,
although
I
have
confirmed
it
was
my
first
time
using
their
services
when
I
made
the
booking,
I
didn't
get
any
discount
as
advertised.
Hair
cut
was
average,
not
the
best
nor
the
worst,
a
little
delay
at
the
start
but
end
time
was
earlier
then
stated,
hence
they
didn't
really
use
the
time
allocated
to
me
making
me
think
that
if
they
did
maybe
the
hair
cut
would
have
been
better.
Well,
on
the
booking
confirmation
was
showing
the
time
I
was
booked
for
and
the
time
it
was
supposed
to
finish.
If
my
English
is
not
satisfactory
I
could
just
post
a
picture
with
the
booking
confirmation
so
you
can
see
there
is
clearly
showing
it
is
supposed
to
last
from
x
to
y.
In
other
words
to
make
it
easier
to
understand,
I
was
allocated
one
hour
and
a
half,
but
it
was
all
done
in
one
hour,
probably
on
the
basis
'that
will
do'.
And
I
was
not
even
bothered
that
much
about
that,
but
you
even
have
the
audacity
to
say
you
don't
state
a
finish
time
so
basically
calling
me
a
liar.
Lastly,
I
did
not
realise
when
I
paid
that
I
did
not
receive
the
discount,
but
later
on.
If
I
would
have
been
asked
when
paying
if
it
was
my
first
time,
I
would
have
confirmed
again,
however
I
thought
it
would
show
on
the
booking
and
that's
why
I
trusted
I
was
paying
the
correct
price.
