This place is clutch! I'm staying at a hotel near by and not much food options to eat in the area. The food is good! I actually purchased meals for lunch and dinner, same day. Ordered the rare steak and spring rolls. 😋 The staff is very friendly! Plenty of parking in the area.

OLD REVIEW (The pho and beef sandwich was very tasty. In loooove! The man who served us was very friendly.) I DONT recommend this place! Will NEVER come back. After my first visit to this restaurant, I left a good review. Now I’m changing. We began to dine at this place often, but yesterday I was just disappointed! In a sandwich that I ordered many times before, yesterday I saw LIVER for the first time! The taste was disgusting and it did not contain all the ingredients as before. Pho was brought with pork meat, I never eat pork! We always ordered beef and the soup itself was not the same as before, tasteless. Service was bad! The woman did not remember our order, it is better for her to write it down so that she remembers everything correctly.

A Vietnamese's restaurant. Really friendly, and delicious foods. When you go to Washington DC, you can't just see one monument. You should go here. Absolutely can not miss.

Fantastic customer service! I truly enjoyed the beautiful relaxed bar-like themed restaurant. I had a delicious chicken noodle soup with some vegetable shrimp eggrolls; accompanied by a mango boba to calm the spiced nerves 😋

Came here 5 years ago or so and it was amazing. Came here recently and the experience was not great. They're undergoing renovations so the interior isn't great to look at, the staff are not very friendly, and the food isn't the best. Furthermore, they were out of a few menu items we wanted to try. Overall, the experience was bad and I cannot recommend this to anyone. It's one star because I did get something to eat eventually and I didn't get sick from it. Although I never got my drinks.

Probably the first pho place that I’ve been to where I didn’t look up any reviews prior, but I was not disappointed. The place was dead at lunch time, but the pho was solid. Only issue was the fact that there are flies EVERYWHERE. I thought it was just a few lingering around me because I had food at my table, but when you take a look at the walls, they’re covered in flies. I recommend getting take out rather than dining in.

Soup was slimy and not good (meatball was white and supper slimy). It’s really sad because this was my favorite place to get pho. I informed the waiter and he said it’s okay, and I just went to check out and still charge me my full price. even though I didn’t even took a bite of that soup. Left all food with out touching it

i order pho, first time ordering there, went home, started eating and found hair and dead fly in my food, went back to complain and showed them the hair and fly in my food and they proceeded to argue me down that it was my fault that hair (my hair is wrapped up and braided btw) n the hair is not my texture im black, and they even seen the dead fly on the onions, and then they called their boss and she tried to call the police on me. Horrible service. They will never get my money ever again in life.

Popped in for a quick bowl of pho. Service was quick. Atmosphere was welcoming. Pho was very good.

I gave this restaurant one star because I really like fish sauce there. I'm not comfortable with the service because I think it's superficial and doesn't care much about customers. I don't like the vegetable portion because it's too unwashed and smells weird.

Didn’t feel welcomed, service was very slow even though we were one of two tables seated. When the waiter finally got around to taking our order he was out of all types of noodles. Would have been nice to know upfront. Very frustrating. We ordered sandwiches instead and the bread was so dry.

Worst service ever! We came in and no one greeted us, then we had to ask for a table and the guy was really rude and said “why don’t you look around? Find it yourself!” I know they were quite busy, but being rude and obnoxious was unacceptable. We finally left the place after 10 minutes watching the waitress passing our table many times without even acknowledging us. I’ll never come back here again!

We weren’t impressed by this pho place compared to many of the other choices around here. As others have said, several items on the menu were unavailable, and the pho itself was among the most mediocre to disappointing I’ve had anywhere. It was bland and only had hints of the aromatic notes that you’d typically expect lots of. Also, the one appetizer that we ended up settling on — fried spring rolls, after being told that all fresh cold spring rolls were unavailable — was clearly fried in old oil. I don’t think we’re planning a return trip.

Once we got the correct food, it was delicious. But there were many problems. Our order was taken incorrectly, and one dish was not what we ordered, and we had to send it back.The chicken in the second dish was not cooked, so we had to send it back, as well. The mens bathroom was disgusting and unsanitary. The prices on the menu are several dollars cheaper than what was on our final check. We also did not receive a discount for the inconvenience and the young woman was unable to over ride the price discrepencies. She was very apologetic. Hopefully, we do not get sick from the undercooked chicken, and all these problems get sorted out in time..

They have decent food and the host was nice. However, the grill quail I got wasn't cooked evenly. It was still raw in the middle. We also had a banh mi (sandwich) with shrimp. The shrimps still had the shell on them. Not sure I would come back now.

Pho was ok. Service not good. Egg roll was strange looking and disgusting. My daughter's food was partially frozen. They asked for cash because they said their machine didn't have connection (which I didn't understand because they had cable). My daughter had to go to the bank before we could eat. No we did not complain. We ate what we could and left. We will not be going back.

Not worth it. Odd portions. I ordered a vegetable fried rice and they clearly burnt the rice. It had burnt pieces and a burned smoked flavor in it. Do not recommend this place.

The beef in my pho was red, and even after submerging the meat for 10 minutes it did not fully cook. The broth may not have been hot enough. After doing some Google searching, I concluded that it was not a good idea to eat meat that was still red.

Terrible service. I waited 5 minutes at a table before someone said anything to me. I waited another twenty minutes for food that never came. I eventually just left because they continued to ignore me. When I asked about my food, the server went to check on it but never gave me an update.

Good food but, service is slow. They got our order wrong, brought out dishes one at a time. Could be great if they figured out the service.

I ordered food to go- I ordered 5 small Pho soups with out onion. Upon checking the order at the restaurant, I realized they all had onions- cool, no biggie. GUESS WHAT ELSE I FOUND? a friendly cockroach, not 1 BUT two. I managed to only get a picture of 1, squished in by the lid. When I placed the side down opened the lid, that squished one ran out and went about its business. Following that, another one was found hanging in the bottom of the noodles. I was able to get a refund immediately, the owner was notified, but it seems this is a recurring issue. She was extremely nonchalant about it. I would absolutely not recommend this to any one. I can only imagen what goes on in the kitchen.

Bad service will never come here again old man in the front didn’t want to make my sandwich well done or add extra veggies after I offered to pay… I’ve been here before but the server who has good customer service skills wasn't here today unfortunately. I was a regular customer but I will not be coming back wouldn’t recommend this place. And they’re racist even though everyone who comes here is Hispanic….. very sad and as I walk out her starts screaming racist things in his language. Beware of old man with grey hair and glasses he’s rude and disgusting and NASTY

First Time visiting this location for lunch. I thought I had found a new pho spot for me and my coworkers. We arrived and we were the only ppl in the restaurant . We order our food. Normally I am very understanding of the wait time when it’s a busy atmosphere but today no one else was in the restaurant. It took almost 45 mins to receive out food, on top of that I was given the wrong pho. I asked the gentleman to kindly take it back and bring the correct pho. I also order a summer roll to go no shrimp. The gentleman brought the order with shrimp. I asked him to take it back and off my bill. I asked him to put my pho to go and bring the bill since I was on my lunch break and I needed to leave.He was just walking around as if he was confused and lost. He finally brought my to go items and bill. I notice that he never took off the summer roll. We spoke to a manager and she is going to proceed to tell me well I don’t know if you know he doesn’t speak English. If the server didn’t understand he should have asked for help from a colleague. It defeats the purpose to have someone taking orders and they don’t understand the customer. The service was just terrible over all. I will not be returning.
