    I usually don’t eat inside of this mcdonal because I know this area is not really safe and let me tell u I’m eating inside just right now and I don’t feel comfortable eating with my children’s I sow a men get inside and sit in the other side of the restaurant them he move close to me and he’s not eating of waiting for food. Manager walk around and didn’t said anything or ask him if he’s not eating leave and I food manager and I know of you no taken anything from the place you are not allow to be in there but here they are scare to tell him leave . I don’t recommend this place at all more for eat with your children’s because is not safe and the manager doesn’t care about people safety inside .

    Strangers walking around the drive-thru asking people for money and when you say no they hit your car. DO BETTER!!! GET SECURITY. If i could give 0 stars-- I would.

    I had a terrible experience with the Brentwood McDonald's🍟🍔🍦 I ordered my food from the app and I had a hard time getting my order. They couldn't give me a refund or my order because I didn't have a vehicle to go through the drive thru so they refused to help me after I had paid and waited 30 mins. I literally had to call the 👮police and have them retrieve my order ridiculous👿👎 worse McDonald's ever.

    Every time they claim “our ice cream machine is not working” very unprofessional as they do not want to keep up with the maintenance for the machine. This is not how you run a business with taking shortcuts.

    Cannot believe this. I understand if they are busy and forgot to put one or two stuff. But getting whole different order which contains food that I don’t even eat. So careless and unprofessional. Got to know when I reached home. Paid almost $25 and got stuff which cost around 15. Please check your food and then move your car from the drive through.

    almost got robbed at 2:43am from a a car that wasn't running, a homeless person walking from behind the menu, and a man chasing me as I sped away. The employees are in more danger. Needs to get ride of the drive thru barrier and have active security in the area.

    They messed up my order even after a double check of it .one question how can you mess up a easy order . Two big kids meals chicken nuggets 6 pieces 2 apple slices kids toys 6 pure honey packets plus the big mac family meal that's 2 big mac's 3 medium fries one no salt 2 easy on the salt the 20 piece chicken nuggets and the bundles of 2 fish and 2 small fries 3 dollars and 50 cents each are priced at this is crazy then the drinks were super easy 1 doctor pepper and 5 sweet teas .How on earth can they mess up this order and yes I ordered it like that word for word. Smh I'm so super upset. Don't think I'll go to another McDonald's again

    Just go to a different McDonald's. This one can't get even the simplest orders right. "No ketchup" instead i got a plain burger with ketchup.

    This is a 24-hour location. During the day it's not so bad. But at night it can often take 30 minutes to get through drive-thru. Overall one of the slower McDonald's in the area. If you're looking for McDonald's in the area then I would go to the one in Commack. It's a much smaller location but the service is incredibly fast compared to this location. Also oftentimes at night the young staff get attitudes and are unfriendly.

    The simple order I place every weekend for my father (McChicken +slivered onions, and less mayo) is wrong 50% of the time. But the price keeps going up! The McBums hanging around the property asking for money or food is annoying.

    All of the staff are very friendly and helpful as well. They don’t really bother you as long as you don’t bother the patron’s you’re welcome to stay and hang out or people watch until close. Sometimes’ there is security present but since the town or whoever demolished the seating at the bus stop right after the Brentwood train track’s I haven’t seen security in the restaurant. The price’s are also WAYYYYY belter than the McDonald’s in Commack for example. Commack’s McDonald’s price’s on almost everything is at least $0.30-$1 more and staff isn’t as friendly or helpful.

    I lived in Brentwood all my life I love McDonald's I'm still living here why is it any other McDonald's that I go to they have coupons that you can buy for the kids when I go to Brentwood McDonald's they always say they don't have none always can anybody tell me why . The coupons helps out people that constantly work and will help them with the kids financially so anywhere I go for coupons they always have it but except Brentwood McDonald's in New York. That's not fair

    The never have cookies late at night. Workers at night are not pleasant at all. They always forget items you purchase. They always have half hour to hour Stent where the don't take orders. Different experience in the day time and in the Brentwood location 5 min down the road.

    I have mixed feelings about this McDonald's location. I think the biggest issue that affects my review is that there is a lack of CONSISTENCY. There are days where everything tastes fresh, and other days when things taste stale. I've noticed the best time to go is during lunch time. I assume that's when it's at its best because they're constantly making new food to accommodate the lunch rush. Overall, I continue coming back because staff is always nice to us.

    Came here a lot when I went to school and was always satisfied with the service then, and even now, I still find the service here to be above average. The staff is always nice, the order accuracy is usually on point unlike other locations, and I enjoy my time being here. I would come here again for sure whenever I am in the area. To anyone who would like to eat at a McDonald's in Brentwood, come to this location, never failed to be the best one in the area.

    Super nice staff and very kind folks who work there. Me, my son and his friend came in right when they were closing thier dining room after looking for a while to sit down at a place to have something to eat without luck because other places nearby were closed or had no seating areas. They opened thier door to us and were super pleasant and very accommodating. Very good experience for us and the food was good and the place was very comfortable. Nicest McDonald's I have ever been too!! 😀

    5/25/22 first time there and I dunno if I'll be back that way anytime soon. From this one instance this was the best McDonalds I've been to. The inside was clean and the DQP had a nice sear that I haven't had before from any other McDonalds aaaaand they were generous with the extra pickle

    I went to get breakfast one day a couple weeks ago and they messed my order up. I wanted 2 bacon egg and cheese griddles and then we got them and left. By the time we went to eat them like an hour later we realized they were mcmuffins. We called them up and they replaced them with the mcgriddles. They also let us keep the mcmuffins and gave us the mcgriddles. And 3 cookies. Now the other day went to get a couple more but they ended breakfast a hour earlier now. I hate that. I wish mcgriddles were sold all day long. My favorite breakfast ever.

    I dropped a soda and a kind older hispanic man reassured me that it was all okay and he’d clean it up. He also was very kind and handed me straws and the cover for the sofa. Very kind and made my day. Hope he gets the recognition he deserves!

    I was so embarrassed.. everyone and I mean everyone, was lost, joking about, laughing, not a care in the world, like straight up 🤡 🤡 's. Ray kroc would be rolling over in his grave if he saw how lazy, useless Ill mannered and inhospitable the business he built and how our society has become. I waited 10min for an ice cream cone. Nothing was getting done, the liberal magoo has spread incontaneably. It was a circus act🎪 lots of animals wondering about without any discipline or spankings, very dangerous, it makes me uneasy To even go out to eat... makes me sick! R.i.P Ray Kroc, Chivalry is dead.
