this place is a joke! I went there after falling off a ladder at work. They sent me home with ice packs on my wrist and told me to go back to work. I had a cut on my face that was not properly cleaned out and glued shut. My wife ended up taking me to the ER and I have two broken wrists. The cut got infected because it still had a piece of asphalt in it. Dr says it should of never been glued in the first place but stitched. If Concerta would of taken the time to clean it out they would of found the asphalt still embedded. The care and treat there was so bad that i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!! I wouldn’t even give them a half star

Everyone was very helpful and performed in their roles at a timely fashion. It was this beautiful AA nurse at the desk helping me find the verification on my phone. I wanted to ask her out but I was nervous. Anywho I was satisfied with the servitude at that location. Keep up the great work!!!

I waited almost 3 hours to be seen for a drug test and the lady that performed it, made a rude comment about me getting 2 test done for 2 different jobs. She said I was being “extra”. She was all over the place forgetting to give me paperwork etc. Yesterday I got a email from one of the jobs that my offer was rescinded because my drug test was never completed. I called Concentra and they said there was a error or something that messed up the test. They said I would have to come back. My thing is the job already rescinded the offer because of this! I’m so frustrated because I don’t have time to go back up there due to my work schedule and them closing at 5 and not open on weekends! The lady was nonchalant like “just come back and redo it” I told her it’s not that simple. I asked for a supervisor and someone offered to call the job. The job called me and said they will give me more time and sent me a email to retake the test. I went to St.Luke instead and they were more organized and had less wait time. Plus the close at 6 and open on weekends! I would highly suggest going to them! This still inconvenient for me because the job says I got 2 days to take the test so I couldn’t wait until the weekend! I’m only giving 2 stars because of the lady that offered to call the job and she left them a detailed voicemail about the mess up on their end! I will NEVER go back here though!!!

The nurse who took my physical was surly and downright nasty. Can’t remember a nurse so unpleasant—I will give her the benefit of the doubt and presume she was having a bad day. When I tried to call the office for information the day before my visit, no one picked up for several hours. When I arrived I understood why—the receptionist was clearly on personal calls.

Those women are fine with me great personality makes a beautiful woman to me, especially sierra and my greeter and the door opener and the Dr was cool Thank you I got the Job Steve Sigg

This was the most horrible experience I have a had at a clinic. I arrived around 8:02 AM and wasn't called until 9:25AM. I was the third person there. Two of the guys needed to be examined to return to work and I was there for my physical and Dot. The computer was malfunctioning, they lost my paperwork. I had to give more urine because the nurse forgot to do the strip test and when I return their was a patient in the room with all of my personal belongings. I notice that the nurses were unhappy because of not having what they need. For example you guys only have one scale in the building, one blood pressure machine. Not sure what was going on that day but I was very very displeased. Oh yeah please let me say that communication from the doctor's is horrible as well. The only good thing I can say is that the Director of nursing is a nice and patience woman.

The office was completely understaffed and not managing patient check in with an expeditious process. The waiting room was dirty and smelled very unpleasant. There was less than 8 people waiting for services and it took over an hour to be seen for a simple urinalysis. There seemed to be a great deal of people not knowing what they were doing. At check-in there were three people who we’re trying to figure out how to change my patient profile information. During my drug test the tech was corrected several times in the procedures of collecting my specimen. After my specimen was collected it was to be an instant test, however, they did not allow me to see my specimen loaded into the test machine or see the calibration certificate of the machine. I was rushed out of the exam room very rudely because there business hours had ended. This review forced me to give them one star or I was unable to post my experience. I would not go to this urgent care facility or take my dog there. I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the lack of integrity in which they conducted my drug test. The lack of patient compassion was horrible. I do not recommend. Fail❌🚫🚷

The two women who conducted most of my exam were absolutely great. One was training the other. They were professional, polite, pleasant, and informative. The doctor was also everyone of those things. I was in and out quickly. It was a very good experience.

Fast, friendly service. I went for my new employee TB test I was in and out within 15-20 minutes both visits. Staff was efficient and working, no one was standing around talking or not working. Wish I knew about this urgent care site before.

Said that there was a one to one and a half hour wait for walk ins. Ended up waiting 4 hours for a simple n95 mask fitting. They also make you wait at least an hour even if you have an appointment. This place is unreasonably overbooked and understaffed. Do not come here...

This is the worst I've ever experienced. I waited 4 hours for a physical, and they had the nerves to ask me why was my blood pressure so high. I dont think any of them knew how to take it. Don't come here if you are injured. They are also seriously under staffed.I⁹ wish I could give them half ofa star.

First of all PT should not be a hour long. The therapist has multiple clients and leaves me to attend to another person. That's annoying. I've had PT before and the therapist stayed with me for 30 minutes three times a week. When I first came to get checked from a work injury I waited a hour in the exam room before the doctor came in. Today after a hour PT I'm waiting on doctor 30 minutes in exam room and after she puts info in computer she left out to get papers off printer and has not come back yet. I am tired. I was at work at 4am and I am ready to go home. Next time I'll go see my own doctor. And the exam table has butt prints from someone before me. They did tear off the used paper. Nasty.

I got all of my testing done which was great. Only thing I did not like was that I was the ONLY PATIENT LEFT after close while everyone else WAS GONE. I was done with my testing at 2:30p.m. After that I was in a room for 3 hours and the doctor was the only one who finished the rest of my physical. It was one nurse who checked on me and asked if I was okay and that’s what I appreciate. The front desk ladies that were there let’s get to that. I’m texting my boyfriend the whole time I’m there because I started feeling nervous. Do you know how many things happen to people in clinics and hospitals and what if that did happen to me? Short staffing or not there were other people there that had one thing to get don’t and got out and I was there until 5:30p.m. My boyfriend knocked on the glass because he noticed there were employees leaving and the windows were closing. The front desk ladies acted like they did not see him multiple times. He knocked on the glass louder and finally one lady with a limp came to the door and made it seem like it was okay that I was still in there being seen AFTER CLOSE. I should have not been there 3 hours after close when I was basically done with my testing.

I received a call earlier that day .my appt was changed to an hour later.i was thankful for the call.i had a very short wait , relieved an injection in two fingers, I am improving every day.Thanks for the great care

I scheduled an appointment for 2pm on a Tuesday (physical, fit test, blood work), because it was the only one available by my deadline the next day. At 1:10pm, I called and asked if I could come in earlier because I was in the area; the associate told me to stick to my scheduled time. It’s currently 2:53pm; It took me 50 minutes to fill out the designated paperwork (so I could have come earlier, based on the amount of time it takes), and I still haven’t been called back. I had to cancel another appointment I made for 3:30pm that I will be charged $100 for. The lack of communication and efficiency leaves vast room for improvement, and I’ll know to go somewhere else next time.

I arrived at 10:30am for a work physical and drug screening with all the paperwork required. There were roughly 2 people in line ahead of me. I did not leave until 3pm! This is TERRIBLE “efficiency”.

The staff there were very polite and friendly. The lab tech who drew my blood was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions that I had. Thanks for the great experience.

I recently had a medical examination at this clinic and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite paying for a full examination, the clinic was unable to provide me with my results in a timely manner. I had to make multiple calls to follow up on my report, and even then, the clinic was unable to solve the issue. Luckly, I had my situation solved in the fastest way possible because my wife is a nurse and has knowledge on the procedure. Without her help, I would have been left waiting for my results for an indefinite period of time. As a paying customer, I expected better service from this clinic. It is unacceptable that they were not able to deliver on their promise to provide me with accurate and timely medical information. I found it frustrating that my concerns were not addressed, and that I was left feeling uncertain about my health status. Overall, I would caution others against using this clinic for their medical needs. If you value timely and accurate medical information, then this clinic is simply not up to par. Save yourself the frustration and seek out a more reliable and trustworthy provider

I was treated with kindness and professionalism. Brian, the X-Ray tech was excellent. He was professional, gentle and did a great job educating me and caring for my broken hand.

Went in for TB test on Fri. Had to return on Mon for it to be looked at. Would have liked for the test to be read same day instead of having to take a few hours off work to come in for a quick read on a different day. Otherwise, the service was great and staff was super courteous.

I am not happy with the care I am receiving at this location. Check in for appointment times has been more than 20 minutes. Waiting in line for 20+ minutes just to check in for your appointment isn't ok. The office staff is not helpful and often rude. It was a month before I was told I did not need to wait in the check-in line for PT. Whenever I skip the line and let staff know I am there for PT and it's like I am doing something wrong and given attitude. I called to ask to speak to someone about my care so that we could make a plan. I was left on hold seven minutes before I was hung up on. I called back and was immediately placed on hold. When they picked back up, after being on hold for an additional three minutes, I was told that the people who do that are not available and to call back later. I requested to leave my name and number so that Concentra could call me back I was met with resistance. The office staff did not relay my message or someone chose not to respond because I never got a call back. Sent a complaint to corporate and did not receive a response. Physical Therapist is good. Too bad it’s so poorly run.

They have always greeted me and treated me with the utmost respect. I’ve never encountered any negativity nor disrespect to anyone. I’ve been coming to this location for the past 5 weeks. They make me feel like I’m a part of the family. Thank you for being so nice. Love you guys and God Bless!

Staff was nice, but it took 2 hours to obtain a basic physical, urine drug screen, 1 lab draw, quick eye exam, & mask fit test. I was the 1st to sign in and was there for 2 hours. I’ve had these performed at multiple facilities before and everything took 30 minutes maximum.

Fantastic and Friendly! Just finished my health screening with nurse Jennifer Durham. She was polite and respectful with always a great smile. The vaccine was not felt at all and the blood draw was perfectly done.Thank you Concerta for a great service!

Everyone was really nice there! The front desk girls, the nurse, and the doctor that saw me afterwards. The first time the wait was over an hour, but even though they were almost closing, they were still nice the whole time. Much better experience than going to st. Luke’s urgent care when j in had to go for a work comp injury. Glad my new employer uses your company. I have already told my school nurse at the school I am leaving that they should switch to using your company.

I had to come here for pre employment physical and blood work. I was there for 4 hours. Not once did anyone let me know that it was taking longer (which I would have been fine with). Then when I went to leave I was told they had to make sure my blood work was drawn (it had been drawn 1hour previously) then had to make sure the paperwork for it wasn’t misplaced. Along with other issues happening, I FINALLY was able to leave. I would never recommend anyone to go to Concentra.

I normally don’t write bad reviews but what an awful experience. This is a Concentra problem everywhere you go. 4 hour wait!!!!! And you will wait even with an appointment. Disorganized. They had me come back and the tech left in the middle of my vital signs to check something. They are apparently understaffed which is everywhere in medicine but no one has 3 hours to wait for a physical. Almost sent my labs without a label. Doctor took an hour to see me once I was brought back. Ridiculous.

Staff was pleasant, efficient and professional. The Dr. was great and I was seen and out of the office in 1 hour, from beginning to end. The Manager Shawn, came in, made sure I had an awesome experience and she was truly terrific. I came here years ago and the service was less than good, but I was very impressed with the staff and the service that I received today. Thanks Shawn for such an amazing experience. The wait time was excessively long. The staff overall was friendly but not exactly in any sort of hurry. I went for a pre-employment drug screen and it took over two hours. By the time my number was called it was a rather "urgent" situation. The tech wandered off after I was taken to the toilet that had someone else's paper in it already. I tried to flush and there was a near flood. No toilet paper. She came back. I recapped. She said I could wait for the next area to open (not an option) or roll with it and she'd grab paper for me. She came back with a box of tissues. The whole thing was 100% awkward and took way too long. Friendly, sure. Efficient and sanitary? No.

I was being treated for a dog bite. The doctor who cleaned and wrapped it up was fine, but other then that, I didn't care for my experience both times. I felt like waiting to see the doctor took too long. Both times, I felt awkward.

If you have anything to do but you have to be seen reschedule your plans. I arrived at this urgent care before it opened, i was the 4th person in the door to get a physical for my job I was in the there for 3 hours for something that literally took 5 mins. People coming in after me were seen before me and once I was placed in a room I was literally in there waiting for an hour, if I had known it took that long I would have asked my job to send me elsewhere definitely choose another location this place is beyond busy.

It's an excellent care facility. I went there to get my medical card for my CDL. The medical staff was friendly, it was a nice place and the process was quick and got my medical card in no time. One note: At Concentra, I think that one of the best ways to get the quickest service and to avoid lines, is to fill out the paperwork in advance and set up an appointment if it's possible; so that you could walk right in, get what you need and then go on with your day.

I came here for immigration physicals. Generally, the experience is good. There's a bit of a waiting time even if you have appointment. The process was quick and smooth once they called you in. I gave one star less for sticking me 3x to draw my blood. Overall, i would still recommend this facility for your immigration physicals needs because its a one stop shop, patients doesn't have to go to other facilities to do vaccines and lab works unlike other clinics. I just hope they can just send the results through mail for convenience.

The people were nice, the place was clean, the wait wasn’t too bad. In and out in about an hour for an employer drug screen. I wouldn’t mind if I had to go there again.

I haven't been to Concerta ever. I have been through other urgent cares not for myself but for someone I was with, and I have to say this Concerta was absolutely wonderful. They were friendly professional and really quick. I've been good to them over and over again.

Was referred to this location for a pre-employment physical and drug screen. I arrived when they opened at 0800, was quickly greeted and registered. Staff was friendly and answered the questions I had. I was there for 2 hours and 47 minutes. The doctor that saw me was in the room for less than 2 minutes. I understand that some people had appointments (which I was told over the phone I didn't need) and a couple of people have more urgent needs than me....but none of that was communicated to me during my wait. There also seemed to be some confusion as to what testing I needed even though that information was listed on multiple forms that they had me fill out. Idk... just a frustrating experience. I guess go there out of necessity, buy be prepared for whatever happens. filled out on multiple forms. Nice facility

Be prepared to wait your turn. It is after all an Urgent care and employees can sometimes be limited. With that, every time I have been here it has to do for work. The staff at the front are professional. The staff, once called, are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The doctor is thorough, patient and pleasant as well.
