The nicest group of people work here - from check-in to check-out everyone we encountered from friendly and kind. I took my son in for ear pain on a Sunday morning - he gets a little anxious going to the doctor and everyone was so incredibly kind, patient and comforting. I left feeling so grateful and relieved that we got what we needed and my son was in good spirits. Also, we had our prescription filled at the clinic - only waited about 10 minutes. Super easy and convenient.

I visited the other day and I can say, without a doubt that this place is by far the best urgent care i’ve ever been to. I got seen super fast and the lady at the front desk was super helpful, extremely kind and explained everything thoroughly. All of the nurses and doctors that I saw were all very patient, respectful and friendly as well. They took care of me very quickly and answered all of the questions that I had in a way that I could understand. They figured out what I needed to feel better immediately and I already started feeling better later that same day. If you choose to visit an urgent care I suggest you go to this location!

I was in yesterday and was severely dehydrated after throwing up for 17 hours straight. The girl that checked me in was so sweet. She sped through the checking in process to get me into a room asap. It was storming out and she noticed I was soaked from the walk in and she immediately got me a blanket and pillow and adjusted the bed for me. Then a paramedic walked in and started an iv bag for me and gave me nausea medicine. She was also very nice and attentive. Then the doctor came in who was also nice and listened to me rattle off my symptoms and he immediately started blood and urine work. After I had finished the iv bag I had felt so much better and was able to start the check out process. The man who removed my iv made sure to explain what all he was doing and how it would feel before he did it. I was in really bad shape when I first got there and everyone was so nice and worked quickly to get me feeling better. I was probably only there for an hour to an hour and a half because of how quickly they got me feeling better. Thank you so much to everyone who treated me on 6/18 in the evening!

I would highly recommend this Urgent Care location to anyone needing medical attention. The entire staff was patient and had the best bedside manner for someone who is deathly afraid of needles and ended up having blood drawn, two IVs and multiple procedures. Everything was clearly explained and I received the medication needed to alleviate my symptoms.

I went in for something rather minor, but had the potential of being more. They confirmed... minor. But... I think the entire process was maybe 30-45 minutes. I got in line online and was #6. A 15 minute drive and as I pulled in, "You are #2, please come in." As far as medical "appointments", perfect. I've been here a couple of times and have never waited long at all. All the staff that I have dealt with have been very compassionate and understanding.

All staff were very friendly. The nurse practitioner, Jennifer, was very sensitive to my son’s anxiousness about having his toe examined. She was efficient & explained everything in detail to us. Medicine my son needed was ordered promptly. Without having a scheduled appointment, we were in and out in less than an hour. So glad we chose MedCare!

Friendly invironment. Cream of the crop Dr's. Technicians. Best attitude and best listeners. They always smiling. Put me at complete ease. Attended my every need. Personally I think Dr. Mollie Spire is the best!! The shot and the medicine started working immediately. They told me ahead of everything they did. Even to the point if there is anything else that I need checking out to let them they would take care of it. I feel like I just can't say enough good things about the two facilities. I will say that I wish they had more equipment at the South County Facility. Because of the outstanding service I received and the amount of pain I was in I didn't get upset about having to go to 2 different facilities.

Super friendly staff, even first thing in the morning. Easy online check-in. They seemed to have a regular there. They smiled and welcomed her and called her by name. Just a nice vibe in the office and they were able to get me in and out relatively quickly with what I needed.

My experience with Urgent Care on 1/2 & 1/5 2023 was Absolutely amazing . The Doctors & staff took great care of my problem, they explained everything in detailed and also called me as a follow up to check on my condition. I Love going to Urgent care because I know that the treatment they give you is the BEST!!! And that’s why when ever I can’t get to my own Primary Physician Urgent Care will alway be the place that I will go and I definitely will recommend them to any one who’s looking for great care when they can’t get to their own Doctors . Urgent Care will take care of You!

We were in Charleston on a vacation and my husband developed an infection on his elbow. Being out of state I had no idea where to go. I called our insurance and they suggested this place as it was in our network. I am so glad that they suggested this place as the first on the list of providers. The front staff was so polite and check in was so quick and easy. Once back to a room the doctor was absolutely one of the best ever. The nurses were so friendly and you could tell everyone loved their job! The doctor drained the elbow and gave my husband an antibiotic for infection. He also cultured it for further issues. The doctor did everything i would have expected. I would highly recommend this facility!

I had a severe laceration in my scalp. My wife called ahead, and when I walked in the door and a room was already prepared. The service was fast, everyone was incredibly polite and patient with me, answered all my questions, and provided great service. I have relatives in the medical services fields and they all said the treatment looks excellent. This place is great!

A family member has been seeing a lot of doctors and medical professionals over the past year and it never ceases to amaze me how bad service has been. However, my visit to Total Access Urgent Care on Friday was absolutely different. Even though they were very busy, they got me to a room very quickly and kept checking on me until I could be seen. The PA spent a lot of time with me and asked many many questions. He treated me with respect and was very thorough. The x-tech was fast, efficient, and kind. The difference between them and what my family member has been experiencing is like night and day. I highly recommend this Urgent Care facility and thank them for the efficiency, professionalism, and kindness.

The receptionist was smiling. She greeted me with care actually love she works for someone about me, and as I proceeded to the back, the ladies were very kind and courteous, and when I saw the doctor, they didn’t believe me that I had an abscess in my mouth but they wanted to be safe than sorry so I went to the emergency room and it was true. I had an abscess that had burst in my mouth and I didn’t have a stroke, so I was kind of upset with that, but other than that their bedside at the doctors bedside manner was fantastic

Everyone was so nice and helpful. I was having chest pain so I was seen right away. I would highly recommend going on the website to get in a queue, otherwise I was 9th in line. I was there for about 2 hours since there was a lot of testing to be done and the issue wasn't shown until later. There was a tech and nurse in training, but they were being supervised. This might be wary to people, but my friend who's an EMT in training said that it's a good thing because everything they do gets double checked. A consensus was formed and I was able to leave. The doctor came in about 3 times to go over testing results each time the results were in and she gave me an overview of what was wrong. She asked if I had any questions, but wasn't hurrying me along like I feel most places do. She was thorough and nice. If anything happens to me again (hopefully not!) I will definitely come back to this location.

Process is so easy checking in on app and waiting your turn. Got me right in. Kevin Hawk referred my family and it's our go-to for quick medical treatment. Staff is amazing!

Doctor Ryan Stone was extremely kind and informative. He walked me through every step of my examination and kept me posted on wait time. He seemed genuinely concerned about my well-being, and I would definitely go and see him again. The x-ray technician was courteous as well which speaks to the culture of the staff.

I was able to book an appointment and got in on time. I was treated previously at a different urgent care but my condition got worse. The PA at total Access was very thorough and explained everything. I am much better now. I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care.

Excellent care by all staff! I was seen quickly and everyone was friendly and professional. It's also nice that you can purchase your Rx there so you don't have to waste time taking the Rx to another pharmacy and waiting for it to get filled.

I came in with a severe cough I had been dealing with for 4 weeks. The staff was empathetic and professional. They provided the necessary tests/treatments needed to help me feel better and get me on the road to recovery.

Excellent service at this TAUC. Registering online and monitoring my place in line on my phone was super easy. All staff were super friendly. I was there for ears clogged with earwax. The task of removing the earwax proved to be more difficult than expected. But, Brianna was fantastic. She got the job done with professionalism and determination. Service at this location was excellent with friendly staff and fast, professional care. You will be well served at this location.

The Staff was WONDERFUL, especially Daniel, the doctor who saw me. He had about the best and most caring "bedside manner" I've experienced, including my regular group of doctors. Everyone was very processional, highly competent, and truly pleasant. Naturally, it took some time to wrap things up, but their reservation system worked extremely well, so I wasn't sitting around in a waiting room waiting to get in. I've only used and urgent care facility a couple of times and, frankly, it was a MUCH better experience than I expected. I'd use them again without hesitation.

I was in and out in 1 hour which was awesome! The check-in coordinator was very kind and knowledgeable. It did not take long for the doctor to come into the room once I was taken back. The doctor was kind and truly seemed to care. She put in a prescription for me and even offered to refill my albuterol (I have asthma). I will definitely go here again and would recommend it to others.

Nobody looks forward to getting sick or needing to find treatment quickly, but it’s a comfort to know there’s a place to go when that happens. I’ve had to come to this location on multiple occasions and every time have nothing but a positive experience. Quick in and out (if you use their online check-in process) and always feel like my concerns are addressed. Hoping you don’t need to visit this place in the future but if you do, know that you are in good hands!

I needed to update my TB skin test. I look for somewhere to get it done at a reasonable price and came across Total Access Urgent Care. I made the call and the voice on the other end was so bubbly and pleasant, that it caught me off guard. I loved that! So I made an appointment after hearing the fee as well. Once I arrived I received the same friendly, welcoming and warm smiles greeting me. The service was quick and simple. I am so appreciative of the kindness and professionalism I received on the phone and in person. Total Access Urgent Care on Manchester Rock Hill Rocks!! I did share my awesome experience with the staff while there. They made me feel care and showed compassion. I don't normally leave reviews, but our experience here was so wonderful that I need to. We were on vacation in STL and needed to take one of our kids to urgent care. I called several and had trouble getting an appointment. From the moment I called Total Access to the appointment itself and so on, every single person I interacted with was truly amazing. The staff were kind, helpful, and friendly. The medical staff - doctor, techs, nurses - were friendly, thoughtful, and knowledgable. I can't recommend this place enough.

I went in because I fell at work and hurt my back. I was able to fill out the paperwork online and reserve a spot. They sent me a text so I didn't have to wait inside. Everyone was friendly. I had x-rays done quickly and saw the Dr within a short period after. It was under an hour in and out. Follow up was just as good. I recommend this office if you need urgent care and don't want to sit around a waiting room all day. The staff is great.

The staff at this location were so kind and understanding and made sure I was comfortable. Another location had sent me for an ultrasound and they heard my frustrations and reassured me. I can’t remember the woman’s name who did my ultrasound, but she was fantastic. She made me very comfortable and made me feel very validated. Truly a kind soul.

I got there pretty late. They were supposed to close in 30 minutes, but they signed me in with no problem or complaints about the time. I filled out some paperwork in the waiting room before being shown to an exam room. I waited in the exam room about 45 minutes. Once the doctor arrived, he examined the injury and quickly removed the glass. They were very efficient. I would definitely recommend this urgent care facility.

Check in person was friendly and welcoming. Intake was professional and knowledgeable. Completed nasal swabs with dignity and respect. I was greeted warmly in exam room, waited only 5-8 minutes for physician who listened to my symptoms and diagnosed. Received Rx w explanation. Room was clean and organized. Appreciated all of it, as I am an RN and pay attention! Good job!

I went in with extreme pain and the entire staff was amazingly compassionate and wonderfully helpful. They were short staffed and yet still polite and pleasant to work with. The registration process is effortless and despite being short staffed, the wait time was minimal. Everything was done to make sure my pain would relieved and I am so grateful! I even had to ask them to transfer my prescriptions and no one complained, they just got it done. I’ve visited this facility once before and that was a good experience as well. I absolutely recommend this facility for immediate care. They also took great care of my Mom a few years ago and diagnosed her in time to make sure her gallbladder removed before it became detrimental. Cheers to the entire staff! I brought my 7 yr old here a few weeks before Christmas 2022 to make sure his flu wasn’t turning into RSV. They were able to test him on site which was great! Very quick and easy. I’m now here at the urgent care myself for a double ear infection- ouch! Just got my steroid shot to help with swelling and waiting to get my Rx to be filled. They don’t run it through insurance but I was told $30 or so for both. Saves me a trip to the pharmacy. NP came in within 10 minutes of me being in the room- I called and was put on the schedule around noon then just watched my place in line from home and came in. Super easy!

The receiving contacts and medical staff are excellent. While waiting for the appropriate medical attention one of the assistants came in to update me. The gentleman at the front was very pleasant and joyful. The registration person was very pleasant. They worked as a team and their dispositions were greatly appreciated because it brought a feeling of ease. Great job!

My nurse practitioner Dawn was knowledgeable, professional and had great bedside manner. She was great! It took me three hours total from getting in line online, filling out paperwork, waiting in the waiting room, checking my vitals, seeing the NP, getting Rx filled to discharge. When you’re not feeling well, it felt like a longtime.

A seamless, efficient process from start to finish. I set up my appointment online, was given a queue number, notified when to drive to the facility and enter to register. Shortly after, was shown to an examination room, Covid PCR test was given, results were received, then I was discharged. Total elapsed time from making the appointment to leaving Total Access Urgent Care was 2 hours. All staff members were kind, friendly, and helpful. Thanks to all who made this visit an easy one. The rapid results were especially appreciated.

I got on their wait list in the morning, and when my number came up, I couldn't leave work for another hour. They made it very easy for me, asking me to let them know when I was on my way and then seeing me very shortly after I arrived. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful with clear explanations of what was happening. A great nurse practitioner took care of my issue, and then I had two follow-ups with nurses to check my healing. I could not have asked for a better experience.

The staff are professional, extremely helpful, and prompt. I find the doctors are very attentive, helpful and caring. I highly recommend this particular Urgent Care. That has not been my experience at other Urgent Care facilities. This one in particular just has super great staffing.

I visited the Total Access facility in Rock Hill last Friday. My Dr. Recommended a CT scan and they were able to provide this. The staff was friendly, professional and thorough. I was able to leave with the results of my blood work, urine sample and CT scan including a disc of the scan. Thank you Total Access for seeing me and taking good care of me. Cynthia

I was very impressed by the kindness of the staff. There was not much waiting the day I was there. They did testing for covid which was negative and gave appropriate medication. I felt better by the next day. I highly recommend this urgent care clinic!

this is my first visit EVER to an urgent care. I arrived, as it was opening and was greeted promptly and put in the queue, and given instructions on when to return, and how to check my place in line. The queue moved pretty quickly, and I was processed immediately when I returned. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, and kept me informed every step along the way. They were professional and caring and thorough. an excellent experience.

We called ahead to find out how long of a wait there was, but due to my situation, they told me I wouldn’t have to wait. I was in severe pain and couldn’t move without hurting. They took me in right away with no hesitation. Everyone there was as so helpful and nice, taking care of me every step of the way (even if I was screaming in pain and crushing their hands). They did everything they could to make me comfortable and to figure out what was going on. Even nurses who weren’t tending to me checked on me to make sure how I was doing, and to just tell me they hoped I would feel better soon. The urgent care in Rock Hill is amazing! The people working there are amazing! I will always come back to this location. Thank you all for everything that you did for me! You are all truly the best!

The staff was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Lots of people were in the waiting room when I arrived, however, the wait was short. I received great service from the receptionist and the attending doctor. I am very grateful for the care that I was given and I'm actually looking forward to my follow-up visit.

I could not imagine a better experience than I had. Sign in was easy.I did not wait long at all until I was seen. The doctor is familiar with me and diagnosed me properly. My prescription was waiting for me and ready at my pharmacy of choice before I walked in the door. One day after my visit and already noticing marked improvement! Thanks to the whole staff.

Absolutely amazing experience here. Our two year old hurt her arm around the house playing late Friday evening, so I went online to “Save our Spot in Line” for 7pm. We got there 10 mins prior to our appointment and they took us back on time. We saw Eugene who is a PA there and he was exceptional. He took the time to ask us questions about our daughter and was gentle in his examination of her. Upon his review we realized that she had nursemaids elbow from swinging on the treadmill at our house. Eugene was able to pop her elbow back in place and we headed home for the evening. All of the staff here was incredible, and I’m so thankful for all that they did for us.

After going to two other urgent care facilities, neither of which could provide services, we found TAUC. Immediately, the young lady at the front desk approached, got a wheelchair and got me to an exam room. I was seen/cared for by at least 5 individuals...each extremely professional and understanding. The doctor was very thorough, and several tests were conducted.

Aside from a bit of a wait (through the online check-in), all the staff were friendly and kept me informed at each point in the care process. I was examined by a physician, who was excellent, and it turned out I had fractured a bone in my foot. So I wad glad I went in. In all, a very positive experience and I would highly recommend the Rock Hill TAUC location.

I recently slipped on an oil patch at the service station where they were doing an emission test on my car. I broke five ribs. Your facility at 9556 Manchester took excellent care of me. They admitted me immediately and were very thorough and professional. They did a blood draw and a c t scan and determined the extent of the damage. We have used them in the past and they always do an outstanding job.

I pulled in with a swallow foot and needed an X-ray! It all starts from the front desk, my apologies; but she was absolutely positive off the rip. Then I get called for paperwork and vitals; she too was so inviting and on point. PA was also nice and to the point 🙌🏽 X-ray tech, gentle and sweet! All in 30-40 mins. Understand this is not how it always is; but your staff at this location was AMAZING!!!
