Have been going since Dec 22’ and have really liked it. As with big gyms just gotta find the time to go when there’s not many people. Only thing I can say that I wish could be a little better is that most of the time I check in and I don’t even get a look from the staff. There’s only two I can think of that will say “have a good workout” and will also say bye when you leave. Might be small but I definitely feel different when I’m greeted with a smile and a welcome, gives a little pep to the workout which is a great thing! Wish I could have that feeling more there, but the staff keeps the place looking great and I always appreciate that

Mackenzie really went above and beyond showing me the ropes after I upgraded to the black membership! She showed me how to use the hydro massage and even convinced me to try out the tanning beds which is something I’ve never done before. She was very nice and helpful! Had a great workout before that too. Thanks guys!

I live in Columbia Mo, but I visited this location. The tanning beds are amazing here, the staff is friendly and polite and the facilities are extremely clean. I recommend this location to anyone

Nothing like seeing employees in jeans on the treadmill flirting with some woman. Women in hot pink sports bras with the mid drift out. Men working out in jeans and slamming weights. Oh that guy then went and hit on the woman in the sports bra. Staff walked by guy slamming weights multiple times and didn’t say a thing.

I had a horrible experience at this planet fitness location I usually come in the am to take a shower and work out before I head to my 2nd job and I had this employee Gabe follow me in the showers while I was in the shower he was standing just on the other side of the shower if I opened it he would’ve saw everything yelling and cursing at me that I had a over due balance that I wasn’t privy too and that I had to leave immediately in the middle of me showering he was cursing, then accused of me of leaving a dirty pair of underwear on the floor because he just got done cleaning and that it had to be my underwear. I felt completely threatened and uncomfortable and unsafe by this employee and I have been here before but after this time I don’t feel as though it’s a safe environment for me or others with out of raging out of control employees I have never experienced a altercation like this and hope I never do again this was the most threatened I’ve ever felt in my life. This employees name is Gabe and he has dreads I hope something will be done about this behavior and aggression it’s highly unacceptable and unwarranted for this kind of business and establishment. If I could rate my experience 0 stars I would.

Very clean and not crowded.

This place is ok I've been coming to this location the past 2 weeks as a guest and when i come here on the weekends and at night the womens area isn't as clean. Weekday mornings is the only time i see it clean i only ever see 1 person every time cleaning the area, the black girl with the orange hair and she deserves a raise because the stuff i have seen in them stalls should be a crime she always take extra care to clean the stalls before i use them if i see her again im going to offer her a job at my business Im sure you guys isn't paying $18/hr. Janitors make that much. The great resignation isn't happening for no reason. Take care of your people and your facility will reflect it.

Just have to say after being a member for so long I see a lot of staff come and go but finally they have a great manager Eric and he’s not a teenager so he’s a lot more professional and I am a black card member and they treat me very well and it’s always clean ! So thank you for a welcoming environment and getting to know your members !

I'm out of state from upnorth and this Overland, MO location is honestly the absolute best planet fitness I have ever been to. The men's showers are like mini bath suites instead of the usual stalls you see at most PF....also, I noticed the front desk workers were not sitting....the whole time, they were standing and interacting with members..Diverse member demographics and I even heard someone speaking french on the phone.....I felt very relaxed and at home at this location. The next time I come back to St. Louis, I'm coming to this location.

the homie gabe who works overnight is an absolute great employee. helps with lifts when it’s needed, isn’t pushy with it. Absolute great guy, does awesome with the other people I see him talking to.

Loved working out here. But they insisted on wanting in my bank account with routing info. Sorry. I'll give my credit card but you aren't getting in my bank account. Nice knowing ya. Still, it was a good gym for the price. Sorry it ended the way it did.

This place isn’t good for customer service, one guy he told me if you park here I’ll call the police .because I’m driving bobtail tractor not semi truck, and I’m customer any places for plane fitness they allow but guy he’s unwelcome person

I left for Texas and went in and cancelled my membership. I’ve been getting charged for nearly 5 months now. I’m out of state so I can’t go back in and cancel, nor am I allowed to transfer it. It’s impossible to cancel your membership here and I had to go to the bank to stop payment. If I was in Missouri I’d sue. I love the gym but because it’s so hard to cancel I’ll never be returning to their gym again. Unless you want to be locked into a lifetime contract with these guys I’d strongly suggest finding another gym. I almost wonder if they’re having money problems and this is why they hold customers hostage.

Edit* No thank you I don’t want to email anyone. This is the cleanest shower I could find here. All of them are growing mold and looks like they have never been scrubbed. And no I don’t want to speak to the one overnight worker that has no control. That’s awkward to complain about to someone who doesn’t make the cleaning procedures or cares. Im not going to complain to the workers. Planet fitness should be on top of these things as should management.

A clean gym and excellent service from the employees. Very good equipment, the only thing missing is the cage to do squats with the bar since the ones that exist do not allow you to do them correctly.

Canceling my membership as I can’t workout and shower before work. The showers are RANCID! Even with shower shoes it’s too scary! I can’t believe this place is allowed to be operating with such nastiness.

Special shout out to the manager KJ. He’s friendly, attentive and creates a welcoming environment. Love to come this gym!

I enjoy this club. I appreciate the staff and how pleasant they always are. I appreciate Lala and Corey and how they always say hi to me. There are a couple others but I haven't learned everyone's name. (Week days before 2pm usually and weekends have been my regular times. ) But thank you for always being kind to me. Just joined this gym after moving here and after coming all week I’m so pleased with this place. It’s incredibly clean, and the staff is so friendly and attentive

I felt so humiliation on yesterday. I placed my membership on a freeze in September. Talked to a manager about my bill in January. She was kindly to adjust my bill to the proper balance. I felt comfortable on returning the gym on yesterday. I never felt more humiliation by a mean-manager. I know she wasn't the one who I talked too because she was unpleasant and unprofessional. Very rude to her own employee and me. She basically called me a liar to my face. I know when I called back to confirm my balance...it was adjusted. I really believe a manager is the face of a company and if this management style of this facility is acceptable. .I would rather transfer my membership to another location. I was wrong for losing my temper but calling your customer a liar is very disappointing. Btw...I do have the calling log and will call my mobile company to get a transcript.. Returning back to the gym to a unpleasant manager after covid is unpleasant...it takes alot to get me angry.

Great gym with great equipment! Staff and manager were extremely nice and helpful. They worked with me when I forgot my key card and ID. Each piece of cardio equipment has its own television. I highly recommend this location!

Place is usually clean, not too crowded most times I visit. Only dislike is some of the popular machines only have 1 with a little wait. Overall enjoy this Location.

Nice treadmills

Very big Jim with double exercise equipment so if somebody's on one always jump on the other equipment. Always very clean all the equipments very easy to use and locate all the equipment has pictures of how to use so you can work on your technique anf form. They have nice showers, lockers, private changing rooms, tanning beds, HydroMassage beds, reclining massage beds. Staff is always friendly and keeping equipment clean. Very affordable per month only $10 or for the premium membership is only 20 for all the benefits.

Staff willing to work with you, place is pretty clean too. And you can really go whenever because it's not always jam packed.

Great place with all the right amenities. Will continue to stay with this franchise. I work out of town in different cities so this really works great for me!!

they only have red light therapy in a tanning booth, so you can't use it long enough for it to make a difference in your health. Red light therapy needs 10 to 12 minutes You can't stay that long in a tanning booth unless you want skin cancer, so I probably won't be using this gym again

I have never been a fan of the gym, but the class atmosphere and the encouraging words from the other campers as well as the trainers just keep me coming back.

Do yourself a favor and don't come on Wednesday nights it is consistently busy from 9-11 and has the most inconsiderate people: Not reracking weights on smith machines, taking dumbbells to literally as far away from the dumbbell racks and just leaving them (it's a tripping hazard with employees not doing walk thrus very often), weight plates strewn about the floor, people hogging as many cable attachments as possible etc etc pretty much every other night is fine but it seems like the rudest people just converge here on Wednesdays

Got a membership and have been coming for a week now, the atmosphere is nice and there are tons of weights and machines. The staff is always friendly and everything stays clean.

Been to PF in four states and this runs circles around all the others. Large, spacious, more weights, machines, aerobics than any others by far. Welcoming front desk. Clean. Music volume isn’t too loud. Keep up the good work on this model PF!!!

Half the treadmills are broke, missing cup holders, or don't even turn on. The management barely greets you, you can walk by four of them and they won't say hello or goodbye. Will be finding a new membership elsewhere.

I got kinda bummed when I saw planet fitness was the only gym near me (because I haven't been super impressed with the one by my old place) but this one is amazing. By far the nicest gym in the area, super clean, and brand new equipment/massage beds. Great job!

The manager told me flat out that they do not require people to clean the machines and then allowed a gym member to cuss me out without doing anything about it. I will not be returning to this location. Very low standards for cleanliness; it's not like the flu is horrible this year or anything 🤷‍♀️

I usually have a great time at this gym however they were out of paper towels to wipe down the equipment. This caused me to be there way less than I usually would. The staff as always was great though and apologetic they explain the truck did not show up that week

Think twice before you join a club that states no contract, easy to cancel membership. If it sound to good too be true, that's because it is! I'm jumping through hoops trying to get my membership canceled. I moved from the area and state unexpectedly. Now I have to get a certified letter with my signature to the faculty. Oh and it must be MAILED! I didn't need a certified letter to sign up for the membership. Funny how I could do that online, but I can't cancel my membership online. You really do get what you pay for. Cheaper isn't always the best way, especially when it becomes an inconvenience to an already busy life. Cayla T

Decent gym, equipment is in good repair. They sadly got rid of the cardio theatre though, which was my favorite thing. I decided to buy a treadmill and make a cardio theatre at home instead.

The staff are fantastic; They are all warm, friendly, personable and motivating. I love the comradely of both the members and the staff.

The bathroom and shower is gross. The hair is built up on the shower floor. Very nasty. Please clean wash the shower and women bathroom daily. Women shower that is before someone get sick back there unacceptable.

Very friendly staff. Lots of equipment. The equipment is always well maintained. Being 24 hours is very important to me as i usually go after work. All in all very well worth the membership

Love this planet fitness the workers are so nice and inviting. Its a very clean and sanitary! I love the atmosphere and positive energy at this Gym!

I always end up going late at night. Usually it's not busy, but lately it has been due to New Years Resolutions. It's a bit frustrating to see some people aren't adhering to mask regulations (i.e., wearing them on their chins or exposing the nose), but I also don't blame the employees for not confronting them and starting some nasty fight. There are enough sanitizing stations everywhere that I feel comfortable. The floors are always clean, and every time I go, here's an employee making rounds and cleaning the machines. It's a nice place to work out, people generally leave each other alone and I feel comfortable enough to do my own thing.

It's been a little over a year and I'm still loving it. Planet fitness is a great place if you need to stay in shape or get in shape. It's a simple easy to understand fitness center. Probably not the place for a body builder or athlete but perfect for a person looking for a place to get some exercise or start the journey to physical fitness. I use two different gyms but there are at least 5 that I'm aware of in my circle of frequently traveled places. It's a problem free experience as long as you pay your bill and visit frequently and make use of the facilities. They have rewards that add up fast you can even get free months by getting others to join. With a black card membership you can use the extras like tanning, massage beds and bringing friends for free. Really nothing but good experience with planet fitness and I would recommend to everyone.

No Contract. Bring a friend for free. Visit any club. $25 a month. Definitely the best option for me

This is a really nice location. Plenty of machines and equipment, really clean, and friendly staff.

Great place to workout and tan! We normally go during the evening time and the staff always greets us upon entry. Cleaning materials restocked, social distancing policies in the club, and other members seem to respect each other. One time I overheard a member approached another (strangers) and applauded them for their hard work. The staff always doubles check to make sure the tanning bed id cleaned before I use. Highly recommend this club!

I’ve been charged continuously through the pandemic after you all stopped charging me at one point. I physically went into the location for a refund and cancel services. Both employee and manager DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Why is it that no one else at any other gym hasn’t had any issues when canceling and receiving a refund? Scammers!!!

I've been going here for a while now and am a big fan of planet fitness over other gyms in the area. They take good care of their equipment. And have instituted good covid restrictions so I feel safer during my workout.

Absolutely love them. I signed up about a month ago been going every day since I feel like home when I walked in the door the workers are amazing the best decision I’ve made in a while and this location is amazing❤️❤️

Front Desk Staff/check-in very friendly and professional. It has been a loooonnng time since I have used my membership and they were very patient with me while I learned the new routine. Masks must be worn into club and between machines. There are lots of sanitizing stations for the equipment as well as social distancing between machines. Club was very clean.

Amazing coaches, great workout and very friendly stuff! If you like high intensity workouts you will love this.

I have a complaint. I had been at this gym for 2 years and suddenly one day one of the people approached me telling me that I couldn't wear a top to train that the dress code had changed, and it was the first time they had said something like that to me and the worst thing was It's just that she was wearing a top that wasn't exaggerated.
