The Wafel Haus was on our list to try while in Barbados and it did not disappoint other than they were not open until Thursday. The cafe has a very fun, colorful vibe. Server was prompt and friendly. The food was very good. Menu has many different waffle options. We were a group of 6 and 4 of us ordered specialty waffles. Due to preparation they did not all come at the same time but no big deal. We would have come again if we could have but we were leaving the next day.

The food,ambiance,decor, staff all deserve 5 stars from us. Courteous friendly staff. Delicious,fresh food. Classy colorful and cosy location. Atmosphere was serene without appearing sterile. We'll be back.

What an absolute little gem, highly recommend this beuitful place. Service is extremely attentive, atmosphere extremely warm,welcoming, friendly. The smoothies are perfectly balanced, just what is needed on a hot day. The waffles and combination sound crazy, but they actually go so well. Sweet & savoury definitely works here. They know what they are doing for sure, with flavours that will lighten up the taste buds. Wish we found this place sooner, highly recommended. Be sure to check it out.

Been wanting to go here for a minute now, finally went for brunch. The food was good. The service was ok, I went on a Sunday, so wasn't sure what to expect. The atmosphere though, imo needs some attention. The atmosphere and the pricing really doesn't match. Would I go back, probably, but it isn't priority.

If you enjoy quiet, repurposed, simplicity, this place is for you. The options are endless if you love a brunch meal and their waffles are excellent. I'm ready to go again.

The items did not match the description (i..e regular syrup, not maple and regular bbq sauce not rum bbq sauce). These were important distinctions that may influence your menu choice. Service was reasonable.

Staff were friendly, which for anyone that lives in Barbados will understand that comes as a surprise, but the food and service at this café left me a bit underwhelmed. A hidden 10% service charge applies to orders. It really annoys me when businesses do this, and it seems to be prevalent for cafés and restaurants to apply service charges if they are located in the tourist belt. On top of that, you are also prompted if you want to tip or not. In my case, the service charge was applied to a drink I ordered, but not the food itself. At first I was confused by this, but the reason became clear when my food order was given to me: my drink was in a mug, but my food was in a take away container. I did make it clear that my entire order was to sit in. I presume the service charge is forced on customers unless their order is to take away. The food was OK; a bit average.

We had a lovely brunch here today - something a bit different. Waffles were great, portion sizes good and service was friendly. Recommended!

Been here a couple of times on our holiday and the waffles are great. Savoury and sweet, regular and gluten free. They also do refreshing smoothies.
