Fantastic little place to eat and drink in. Great food served by very friendly and efficient staff. Loved it.

Great place to eat by the ocean (if you’re able to catch the 2 ocean view tables). They have great coffee and a super tasty coconut shrimp dish. The prices are also decent so overall we felt we got a good value for our money!

My mantra when it comes to Surfers Cafe is “Go where it feels like home” In all my visits to Surfers I’ve never had a meal that didn’t delight my tastebuds, neither have I ever experienced bad service. What makes this place a delight to visit is their employees ability to make you feel right at home they give just the right amount of service and its authentic. The fact that it’s overlooking the water is just a beautiful added touch they deserve every star given!

The most amazing staff and food! We had catch of the day, fish cakes and drinks. So good! If we lived here, this would be our spot.

cool place to watch the waves crash and planes on final approach. food was good. big rack of ribs and tasty, sweet potato fries crispy although they were the orange variety, not the local white variety so I assume they were frozen imported. service pleasant and friendly. would come back again. flight home isn't until 10pm so we're just killing time here

Arrived there by 4:30 pm and got a table with a spectacular view. I had the catch of the day, grilled King Fisher and my friend the Sandwich. Accompanied by yam fries and slaw. Slaw was a bit sweet but fresh. The portions are large. We ordered 2 cocktails and 2 bottles of wine. Our bill came half the price than other restaurants. We will go back.

I spent a week in Barbados and visited nearly every day. The breakfast options are amazing, and fresh coconut water in the morning is incredibly refreshing. Both the lunch and dinner service was incredible with good portions and unbelievably good cocktails. The staff are super friendly and helpful, service was impeccable. This place is not to be missed if you're visiting Barbados.

Very good food and friendly Service. Try the Alfredo or Tomato Pasta, it's delicious. We tried the "Lost Bikini" and the "Deep Blue Sea", both were good. Prices are OK for the quality.

This is one of if not my favourite place in Barbados. There is absolutely nothing to fault in this establishment. From the lovely kind staff that welcome you (Marcie ) and attend to you, the lovely Joy who is the embodiment of her name Joyful in every way..Surfer Cafe oozes ambient atmosphere that borders on chic cool relaxation at all times. Ok so on to the food. Breakfast 10/10 and now lunch 10/10. The name of the Chef is Carl. He is Carlicios. He is Carlington. Please just call him King Carl👑. Don't play with this guy. I beg. If you are a foodie like me and I have sacrificed to have that title (I'm always praying to God for divine liposuction) when you know you know. We had Benny Benny for breakfast and a few days later we have returned for lunch and have just started with fishcakes. And they are perfect. None of that gloggy heavy undercooked doughy rubbish. This is fresh tasty thoroughly flavoured light crispy deliciousness in two or three crispy bites. I could go on but my mains have just arrived. Shrimp wrap and Hubbies Howlie burger. It's all banging I'll post some pics. If you are in Barbados and you like life come here. That's it.

My wife and I stayed a few doors down from here and it’s been a real blessing to have it so close. We've mainly gone there for lunch but once ate in the afternoon (same menu for lunch and evening, although they also have a different breakfast menu which we've not tried but it looks as good) and the food has been great every time we've eaten there, plus the staff are always so friendly and attentive The setting is amazing if you can get sat on one of the tables which are on the window shutters. I recommend the sautéed potatoes which are delicious.

To knitpick… The eggs Benedict comes quite sadly on a bare plate. Would be a much better experience to at least put them on a few pieces of lettuce, or something. Also for over a year in my asking the flying fish has not been available… should probably be removed from the menu. That said, the food is delicious. The rum punch is fantastic. The space is lovely. And I love the service staff.

This restaurant offers a rustic good feeling Caribbean vibe. The staff is welcoming and friendly from the moment you walk in the door. We were seated near the back of the restaurant where we enjoyed a picture window view of the ocean. I ordered the Eggs Benedict and it was scrumptious. The only disappointment was that I visited this restaurant the last day of my trip. I will definitely dine here again when I return to Barbados.

We went two times for breakfast and it was delicious! Takes some time, but eh, you’re on an island. Or that’s how I think of it. The breakfast flatbread was great, and their coffees (frappe to straight espresso) were surprisingly tasty! Everyone was really nice, and the place feels relaxed. Big recommend!

This place is great. 💫 Love the team - all so warm and welcoming. The coffee and pastries are delicious! Also been for breakfast and cocktails which were both great. Thursday nights with live music are such a vibe. Views of the ocean from the deck are so beautiful. Perfect spot to daydream.

My wife and I visited here for breakfast after sering the positive feedback other guests had left. We both had the french toast with breakfast potatoes and a side of fruit. Service was great, didnt wait long for a table or to get served. Believe our server was Tehillah and she was very polite and hospitable, big praise to her. Portion sizes are very good, we will definitely be back. This has been my favourite place in Barbados for breakfast so would highly reccomend it to others.

I went here for breakfast while in Barbados, it was my birthday and they were so sweet! They sang happy birthday and I got a complimentary dessert!!! The staff were so kind and hospitable. We even went back the next day just because, if it's nice do it twice! Food was excellent and pretty good portion sizes. Obsessed with their fishcakes as well. Great coffee. Great views.

We were looking forward to get some breakfast here after reading so many good reviews. Sadly we ended up not eating at all, so cannot comment on the food or drinks. On arrival we were seated quite promptly, were given the breakfast menus and then…. Waited and waited.. a good 20 minutes before we were even able to order anything. No water or other drinks, just sitting there waiting. Then the items we intended to order were not available, which had we been told like ‘hey just so you know the following items are not available today’, could have saved everyone the hassle and we’d have moved on. Overall it felt like we were not welcome, as we had seen several staff members noticing we were still waiting to order, but not attempting to check on us. So we left the place, still hungry. I’m sure the food is good, but I won’t be coming back to try.

Our accommodations were close to this slot. We had drinks that were delicious. Lunch was shrimp wrap and sweet potatoes fries and BBQ Ribs, also really good. Juicy pieces of shrimp grilled tortilla wrap. breakfast steak and eggs and the Belgium waffle, also very good.

Had a wonderful time. The food was delicious. The service was great!! Shout out to the service staff on the morning of July 12th. It was my birthday, and the ladies made it extra special.

Went for an early lunch one day and mid breakfast rush another. Good coffee and one of the few locations that had non-dairy for it. The two of us had banana split (breakfast yogurt), fish cakes, buljol (recommend trying), Italian bruschetta, and an omelette with hot chocolates and iced coffees. Presentation was better when it wasn't a rush but both days we had good, friendly, and timely service and food tasted just as good both days. Only disappointments were they were out of flying fish (seemed common across island) and the side of smoked local fish was just some lox, though it was still good.

We decided to have breakfast at the last minute and chose this cafe. After being seated, we told the waitress it was our anniversary and waited to be served. We waited a little while as the place was full, but the atmosphere was pleasant. At the end of it all, we were surprised with cake and happy anniversary from members of staff. It was a memorable occasion and we will surely recommend it to others. Thank you.

Unfortunately the WORST eggs benedict I've ever seen. Squash ball eggs, 1 teaspoon of split holandaise. Completely under ripe tomatoes. Zero love. Ordered 2 mimosas that never arrived. Zero stars and zero future business from me. Its a shame as the place is really nice and could be awesome!

I've been here more than a few times, love the vibe, food, location. But something has to be done service wise. My last few visits I've noticed wait staff is friendly lovely people but not attentive. On one visit after seating me I sat for 15 mins before I had to flag someone down to take my order. Last time this week after getting my food no one bothered to come back to check on me. They past my table back and forth no one checked in. I really like it here, be attentive.

Great food. Was able to get the table that is overlooking the water, beautiful view. The water had some sort of sentiment in it, as I didn't drink it and saw it floating/sitting on the bottom. Friendly staff.

Absolutely the BEST catch of the day we’ve had anywhere. When getting it blackened, on a cutter, plate or salad (yes we’ve had them all) the spices are amazing. Different than other places we’ve tried. Always very tender. Service is usually great too, but always ‘good’ at the worst
