The wait was so long. Food wasn’t worth the wait. Fries were too oily, pasta wasn’t as good as expected, rice felt like it was heated in the microwave, and fish was so small.

Good food. Reasonably priced. nice atmosphere but watch out for when cruise ships are in town as it tends to get very busy. Have been there a few times and would recommend this place.

Relaxed atmosphere, service was quick, and pleasant. I had flying fish on a bum, accompanied with fries and a salad. The fish was decently seasoned and prepared, the bum tasted a little stale. Good selection of drinks and food at descent pricing.

We normally go a restaurant nearby but because their wifi was down we continued around the corner and found this wonderful restaurant. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was friendly and happy. The interior is lovely. And I liked the grand piano as you enter. Wifi is good. Food was served hot and was gorgeous. It was so nice to be sitting there eating and having a beer while the boats were passing. Very relaxing on a hot day in Barbados. Well done

Even through a pandemic, they've accommodated us for a pick-up order, with a special fire twizzler for celebrating a 50th birthday with wine, appetizers, mains and desserts.

Went for dinner with my wife. Decent food, service and atmosphere but nowhere near good enough to justify the expensive prices.

  • 5/5 Marcial M. 4 years ago on Google
The food was amazing and the service was top notch. Tione, the waitress, provided fast and friendly service and provided helpful recommendations. The food came fast and the drinks tasted great. Happy hour had great prices on the drinks. The view was beautiful and relaxing. The owner also came by the table for a quick chat which was a nice touch. This is my new favorite spot in Barbados and I recommend it to anyone visiting Barbados.

  • 5/5 Dr R. 4 years ago on Google
The staff in this place are extremely friendly and offer a great explanation of everything on offer in the establishment. I had the Bajan fish pie and had it spiced hot, this was one of the best meals I had eaten during my stay. Extremely cheesy and plenty of fish chunks within. (I would normally eat a madras curry back home for those who want a comparison of hotness. This was no where near that.) For the price and the service we received this was a good night out for me and the wife.

Nice place. Good drinks. Please find a better way to heat your bread pudding other than the microwave. You know it's been zapped when it's too hot in the center and too hot to eat.

Visited here for an evening meal. The waitress was very friendly and patient. The menu is quite extensive and prices are reasonable. However, my companions fish sold as mahi mahi definitely was not. We bought a full fish at Westins fish Market a few days earlier so we know what it looks and tastes like. A pity the food doesn't match the friendliness of the staff and general ambience of the restaurant.

Excellent food, service was friendly and honest. Food came out somewhat slowly (though it was live jazz music Thursday and everyone came in at once), but was delicious.

A well known and well visited cafe, with cocktails and other drinks. If you order something to eat you will get a glass of fresh water on ice besides. Prices are OK for the location directly at the harbour, but this is not the cheapest way to drink or eat.

  • 5/5 Ritchie R. 5 years ago on Google
This place is a hidden treasure before you do anything make sure you order the Bajan fish cakes first and thank me later - trust me on this. Other than that this place is spacious with a relaxing vibe and a chilled out Vibe . Cocktails food and on some nights live music this place has it all highly recommended.

One night, after being on the beach all day with a friend.... we stopped in at harlequin. I wanted to go to tabu but they refused me due to my swim suit which actually looks like a skirt and top. Oh boy am I glad they DID! Food was awesome drinks were tasty. The owner was there and he more than catered to our table. The waiter was funny too!

If your in the gap and are looking for good food and great service, this is the place for you. The staff make you very welcome but the thing that makes me return every time is that is one of the few restaurants that don't push you out when you have finished your meal.

This location was great. It was packed so we sat inside. Our food was okay but the service was horrible (other people's servers seemed better). The prices were very high for what we received. We would find another place to eat if we went back to the island.

I spent Christmas and New Year's on a cruise. The Waterfront was the very best RED SNAPPER BLACKENED I have ever had in my life!!! It was the best. They know how to cook!!! Yes, the head and tail are on for presentation which is beautiful but they simply told me just to slice it with my fork and it did separate so beautifully. Cannot wait to go back !!! 20 stars from me!!!! Doris from Maine

This has become a tradition to go to with the family in Barbados around Christmas time. Great view of the downtown and the canal that runs through the center. I've never had fish cakes with potato before and will ABSOLUTELY begin making my own with it because it made them so good that we just kept ordering more as we slowly ordered more drinks. The service was great and attentive and the owner made sure to stop by for a quick conversation which was warm and welcoming.
