Totally
forgetful
and
disappointing
experience
at
Primo.
From
initially
entering
the
restaurant,
we
felt
like
the
service
was
unorganised,
with
no
waiter
assigned
to
look
after
our
table.
My
wife
and
I
were
approached
by
3
different
waiters,
who
all
tried
to
take
our
order.
Our
meal
took
almost
30
minutes
to
arrive,
so
not
particularly
bad.
My
wife
ordered
the
half
chicken
and
I
ordered
the
Primo
burger,
both
of
which
we
anticipated
would
be
mouthwatering
dishes.
The
meals
came
on
slim
narrow
plates,
which
for
half
a
chicken
we
thought
was
odd,
when
trying
to
attempt
to
eat
it.
Also
the
chicken
came
with
a
few
small
potatoes,
but
where
were
the
other
vegetables,
maybe
some
greens
on
the
plate?
The
food
was
passable,
nothing
amazing,
but
at
the
same
time
tasted
just
fine.
For
the
price
of
the
restaurant
I
expected
things
to
go
smoothly
and
the
waiters
would
be
more
attentive.
Small
things
like
candles
on
the
table
not
being
lit,
or
my
wife
not
having
a
napkin,
or
waiters
not
asking
how
our
meal
was,
all
made
us
feel
like
Primo
was
not
worth
the
hype.
We
certainly
will
not
be
returning,
I
would
have
given
the
review
1
out
of
5,
however
the
interior
restaurant
is
beautiful
and
the
waiters
were
not
impolite,
maybe
just
lack
training
or
organisation
from
management?
