I
had
a
great
time
at
the
Hilton.
Natasha
at
the
check-in
counter
was
so
helpful
and
went
out
of
her
way
to
make
me
and
my
children
feel
comfortable
upon
arrival.
I
would
give
her
a
full
star
review.
We
upgraded
to
the
1
King
Suite
on
the
8th
floor.
It
was
a
fabulous
corner
suite
with
2
balconies
and
an
ocean
front
view!
The
pools
at
this
hotel
are
great
for
families
with
younger
children.
The
main
pool
is
only
3-4
ft.
Which
works
fantastic
for
us.
The
pools
could
use
more
maintenance
in
terms
of
being
cleaned
more
often.
My
son
was
finding
empty
water
bottles
and
plastic
glasses
in
the
water.
The
pool,
being
around
so
many
trees,
would
gather
debris,
which
we
would
have
appreciated
being
skimmed
off
without
constantly
having
to
ask.
The
beach
was
also
just
a
stones
throw
away.
The
beach
was
always
clean,
and
the
water
was
crystal
clear!
The
staff
at
the
Light
House
were
very
pleasant,
especially
the
staff
who
were
working
on
replenishing
and
at
the
omelet
station!
Having
dietary
restrictions
where
cross
contamination
with
meat
is
a
no-go,
the
staff
was
always
respectful
and
washed
the
pans
and
spatulas
before
making
our
eggs!
It
was
really
appreciated!
The
waitstaff
was
a
bit
more
attentive
than
I'm
used
to,
and
not
in
a
good
way.
As
we
were
dining
with
many
children,
it
felt
as
though
they
were
always
keeping
a
close,
watchful
eye
on
the
meal
plan.
It
was
slightly
off-putting.
We
did
have
one
day,
however,
where
we
were
slipped
a
paper
under
the
door
by
Hilton
Management
indicating
that
the
following
morning,
the
hotel
would
be
having
a
routine
power
outtage
from
6am
-
11am....
it
was
very
inconvenient
as
we
lost
access
to
the
outlets
in
the
room,
air
conditioning
(in
our
rooms
and
at
rhe
restaurants),
the
mini
fridge,
and
most
inconvenient,
the
WIFI.
As
travellers
and
virtual
workers,
we
were
left
without
access
to
our
computer's
wifi
connections
and
battery
power.
It
also
meant
we
couldn't
use
the
baby
monitors
and
sound
machines.
The
notice
time
was
not
sufficient
enough
to
make
alternate
arrangements.
It
put
a
very
inconvenient
and
difficult
position,
and
we
lost
half
a
day's
worth
of
work.
