Love this place. It’s a must that is get my Bajan Ole Time breakfast. My vacation is not complete

The food was good and the service was great. The wait time was also really good in my experience though at the time it was pretty empty. It was an overall good experience for my first time there.

Been here many times but tonight was the worst. Food took over 1 hour late to be served and still they had a order wrong, so only two orders were given and to find out they didn't have the last order. They no longer carry certain drinks. The waitress was nice and it seems to be only her one working the entire floor. But overall she gave great service but is heavenly overworked

Had a burger with fries and deputy went down a treat stuff friendly and polite price good.

On arrival we had to wait 7 minutes before someone came to seat us. Then wait another 2 minutes because we had minors with us and they wanted to seat the adults 1st. We then had to wait until a table which was vacant all along to be cleaned . We were seated however the menus were taken up so when the waiter came to take our order she had to go back for the menus and there were no glasses of water on the table. The wait was a while and our appetizers came along with our main dish not to mention it was we we dont have wings we dont have this we dont have that. The waiter got our drinks wrong, they brought the kids meals without ketchup and the Maui burger as well to top it off we had to ask for ketchup on 3 occasions that on the last occasion i was asked "can i bring your bill to the table now?" and my response was "sure with some ketchup please." This experience was a memorable 1 and not on the positive side.

Great customer service

The food was good but nothing spectacular. However, I find that the environment has changed from what it was. Still good but the menu needs to be updated, especially the drinks.

The service was great and affordable. They are open 24 hours and they have slot machines by the bar area. We enjoyed the blackened snapper with baked potato and side salad. The New Yorker steak was made as requested and flavorful. Fish cakes were freshly made and hot.

The food was amazing portions enough to full you , the drink even better customer service on point ! , served with a simle conversation and everything. Here on vacation and I do recommend

Not a stellar experience though not utterly terrible. The food did not disappoint and didn't take ridiculously long to be prepared. So that was a plus. The service was neither here nor there. Waitstaff kept interaction to a minimum (which may be to the preference of some) but it did make the experience seem somewhat impersonal, as no one checked to refill water glasses or ask if all was to our liking. As for the atmosphere, there was nothing noteworthy other than the fact that it was empty... and usually is. It's a great venue for a quick, quiet meal. Despite the busy road out front, it's actually quite secluded. All in all it's just an average dining experience with nothing to really make it memorable.

The management got me and my friends there on false promises, saying that they would be showing a particular football match, but after buying our first of, what would have been, many drinks, they weren’t showing the match after all. Shame on the for lying

Good food, massive portions and great service, reasonable price!

The overall experience was good, few minor problems. I had the nachos which were fairly ok, cold but it tasted good, the jalapeno poppers were good. The time it took for our main food to arrive was a while and when our food came it was cold also, which I think is because of lack of staff. The avalanche was nice a bit pricey but was ok. The "seasoned" wedges, were literally just wedges no seasoning, and the red hot chicken sandwich was nice also. The staff was very friendly and helped out when we were a bit confused with the bill. If in a group ask for separate bills

Took my family there from England and they enjoy it the service was great and the food tastes excellent the wait for food was in good time not to long I would say this establishment have improved tremendously

Just like how i remembered it when I was younger. My first time at this location and it was pretty dead but food was good and the servers were nice.

The staff here was obnoxious, uninviting and rude to say the least. We were "greeted" by a staff member who took the name and temperature of only 1 person in the group and when I asked about the others he was extremely nonchalant asking me if I was satisfied when he showed me the ladies information. We felt ignored as the wait staff seated and took the order of a party who came after us. When someone did arrive to take our orders, it felt as though we were preventing her from attending to something of more importance. The experience left us feeling as though we were a bother to the staff and quite frankly I will not be returning.

The environment is clean and the food was ordinary.

The food was great however, the customer service was terrible. Our server was not knowledgeable about the drinks menu and the ingredients on the the drinks. We ask about a particular drink and our server never mentioned pineapple being of the contents in the drink and serve it to someone who had a pineapple allergy.

Tasty meals delivered in a timely fashion, and priced reasonably. The open layout of the eating area is great and the staff even greater.

I have been going to Lucky Horseshoe worthing for over 20 years. Yesterday I visited and was extremely disappointed in the service. I took some friends from USA there because they wanted to try bajan fishcakes. These are usually good. However my first disappointed was.. 1. After foreplay the table was not cleared, leaving little room to place our main meal (5 persons) 2. The water was not topped up 3. One of the orders was for the fish sandwich...the fish was so small that the person cut it on smaller pieces in order to cover the bread. I felt really embarrassed . 4. Buffalo wings are messy and we had to ask for tissues to clean our hands. I know that things are kind of rough coming out from covid but please don't compromise quality service. It can make you or break you.

If i could give it 0 stars i would . Service is terrible, washroom awful😖 , food took forever to come so as the drinks had to keep reminding them what we wanted and the waiter had an attitude 😑 😒

Ate here January 2023. The meat in the burger was honestly the tastiest I’ve had in BBD, and I’ve been here 4 months. We also had fishcakes, Nachos and tacos, we took all the leftovers for lunch the next day as it was too good to throw. The service was also amazing.

Great place to watch sports. Plenty of space, cheap run and coke. Food is hit/miss. Some great, some just OK. Prices are good though.

My family and I had a most exceptional experience at LHS Worthing last Friday night, all due to the kindness and service provided by one employee who clearly takes pride in her work. We arrived there at 10pm tired and hungry. We encountered 3 waitresses The first one walked to the front desk to return menus, kept her head straight, did not make eye contact nor did she greet us. The second one came to us after a while to inform us it was 10pm and that the kitchen is closed. We walked away disappointed and as we were debating our options the third waitress came to us and invited us to return to the restaurant. We couldn't believe our luck ...the childen were relieved and my husband and I were too. She said she just didn't want to turn us away. That extra mile made our night and when we told her we were celebrating my birthday as well, she made even more sure that we were kept happy. Haven't visited in ages but recently did for my birthday. The menu changed quite a bit from last year so I was a bit disappointed. Had the cowboy burger which was nicely cooked. It was nothing to shout about. But that's what I expected honestly. This is my go to restaurant because they make the best mudslides on the island. I am never disappointed and they aren't stingy with the alchohol. I got a bonus birthday brownie which was delicious especially the scoop of icecream that came with it. All in all I love going to this branch because the service is great, the food comes quickly and of course my fave drink never disappoints.

The food was good. The waiter was on point. However, we had to ask the hostess to come and take our order.

Sometimes it's a hit, sometimes it's a miss. The last time it was a miss, went for drinks and ended up only having one.

The Lucky Horseshoe restaurant (LHR) remains one of my favourite places to dine despite its shortcomings. What I like about the LHR is it layed-back semi-urban environment and its modestly-priced and reasonable variety of menu items. It's recently refurbished premises adds a bit to the ambiance. The staff, though, somewhat professional in service, still somehow lacks the overt appearance of approachability and friendliness. Somehow the staff members rarely smiles or offers helpful introductory tips. In addition, servers seem to disappear when you need them most. I must admit, most times, I enjoy the meals. The portions are sufficient and often well prepared and presented, but there are sometimes inconsistencies. Sometimes, it's appears as though the emphasis is on reducing the long wait times and so presentation takes a backseat. The food is not well arranged on the plate and colours are absent. On occasion you must wait for over 30 min. to obtain a ready-mix beverage, e.g. a sprite while it takes 5 min to get a pena colada. Occasionally, an inaccurate order may be served. While I recommend visiting the LHR and see for yourself, I will not guarantee a high level of satisfaction. So be very specific as you how you want your order and do not be timid requesting the assistance you need. I recommend the LHR step up its training as it relates to consistent quality customer service and food presentation and assiduously work to reduce wait times for meals and table service. The shift manager should be patrolling the floor looking for customers needing assistance, as waiters bustle between tables. I am confident you can achieve these goals. Overall, I like the LHR despite it shortcomings. It has a lot of potential. I am hoping for a pleasant surprise while I continue to wait and support it.

For most of the night everything was rushed. We got there around 9:00pm, and was inform we needed to make all of our orders on food, and drinks right away, because the kitchen was closing soon. We got no water while we waited, but the food came pretty fast. It felt rushed but everything tasted good except the seconded pina colada i got. We were checked on numerous of times, in a small time period, but although one of my friends asked for water she didn't get it, and just like the beginning of our night everything was just feeling rushed. The receipt came, we paid, and was gone. We probably was there about one hour, and no longer. Overall the food was okay, and the service felt rushed.

The Alfredo pasta is absolutely horrible, worse Alfredo pasta, I ever eaten. You guys use to sell one of the best pasta now all of a sudden pasta is horrible, it's full of water, not much cheese, and extremely over cooked and saggy.
