I ordered my food at 5:20 and the driver was nowhere to be found without any information on where my food was i am hungry and disappointed.

Burger king has become a choice for grabbing something to eat, quickly!! Because they do not use MSG in their food. Before I review some further context. I am from the UK and currently in Barbados. In the UK, Burger king outlets is termed as Fast Food. Wellllllllll in this Burger King outlet, it is just Food. No fast about it. I went through the drive through 5 cars in front and it took 47 minutes to get 6 nuggets and a Orio Shake. Nuggets were sooooo nice, the Orio shake, little taste or evidence of Orio, ( used my imagination) but it was just bad. The young lady on the order and then serving side were equally lacking in customer care skills, no hello, good evening, no eye contact, robotic and slammed shut the glass slide window panel. I had not said a word. Couldn't say thank you even if I wanted as they cut the contact so quickly. I could see that 3 other staff were busy chatting and making burger king hats and having a good laugh. Verrrrry different from UK and USA style, it's definitely not a sorry for your long wait and have a good day approach here. More, why you bothering me. Buttttt, when abroad you have to go with the flow.

I used the drive-thru for breakfast and the wait was definitely long before reaching the pay window and pick-up window

The best drive thru in the island. Efficient, friendly service and they have everything you need. Particularly good at breakfast.

I had to wait in the drive through over half an hour and there were only three cars ahead of me. The food was good, best fast food chips on the Island but the service is very poor.

Sometimes the cashiers are nice. You can not get breakfast until the mall opens if you dont have a car. If you do try to talk through the drive through you are made to wait really long.

Never opens on time while offering a breakfast menu for early morning commuters, staff were helpful and accommodating before but now have become lackadaisical and disinterested

Service is always great and there's usually no delay with the food. Fries are consistently great.

Staff was friendly and with specials you get a great deal, for example the two Whopper meals for $25 right now.

The food is ok but the end products rarely look as good as advertised, service is extremely slow. Salad have gotten smaller and still expensive, very basic ingredients. I honestly avoid it these days unless I absolutely have to. They really need to step their game up.

This is supposed to be a fast food service and thw drive thru is supposed to move faster than the in dining que. A customer has been sitting at the pick up window for over 10 mins. Make it make sense Burger King...

After being in the drive through for 30 mins, i ordered a 2 piece snack no wing. And asked for a large pineapple juice which i was told no pineappple. Settled for orange juice .had to wait another 25 mins for my chicken to receive a thigh and a wing which i said i didnt want and to see that they also had pineapple juice which the attendant said they didnt have . You all dont sell anything i cant get else where . Service needs improvement.

Everytime I use their drive through it's no less than 20 minutes in waiting. It is ridiculous.

Convenient is what I'd call this location. But wow, the customer service was awful and the wait time is no better. I waited for an hour while people talked and laughed. I was asked to wait by the Drive Thru pick up area and felt forgotten after a while. No one communicated with me except when I was outside the window standing. Burger King Barbados has gone to the dogs and it's honestly just as bad as KFC. It's like we have to beg for a service we're paying for. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth tbh. I commend those servers who try but it's honestly awful. I not a fan of the drive through, just wish it were a little bigger.

Well, I mean, the fries are good but they actually make you feel like your about to get a heart attack with all the grease...I don't know why but here is the only place fries make me feel that way

It's pretty quick but the drive through is a bit cramped...ie...if the drive thru line gets long it backs up mall traffic and it's hard to get into

Love the fact that you have the choice of eating in the Mall or using the drive thru....

I drove pass the pay window by mistake, but the lady at the delivery window was very nice and understanding, she took the cash and sorted the transaction for me. Great service.

Burger king or to whom this may concern Crispy chicken does not mean dried out chicken, my word I was out for most of the day and passing through Haggard Hall decide to stop and get something to eat as I was really hungry, worse decision everrrrrrrrrr ...bought a snack which consisted of two pieces of chicken and fries arrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, wing and back bone dried out to allllllllll and tasteless, with no ketchup either, well that is the first and definitely the last time I will eat from there.

Extremely slow service

The absolute worst, over an hour in the drive thru and only 6 cars were ahead of me then the whopper was just bread, pattie and lil sauce and the food was extremely tasteless and cold. Drink was flat, fries were cold. Extremely disappointing. I actually should have taken it back but traffic in haggat hall is always crazy. Therefore I'll never buy BK again, unfortunately.
