    It's usually good....I just ordered a large meal to be delivered & my order was dropped off in less than 30mins wowwww. Great delivery service & food hot to wowww🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

    Service poor .... watched how multiple parked customers from the drive thru came in to get their orders as they were not told that they had to wait for chips...chicken or pizza...👏 props to the cashier who cashed her customers quickly in order to help push the orders that were waiting to be dealt with

    I was quarantined because I had traveled and I had to await the results of my pcr test. To my rescue came Chefette and I was fed. Fast delivery and online ordering too.😊Happy customer with your tongue 👅 hanging out when de food from Chefette tastes sooo good! The smile says it all!!!

    Good food at a nice price. The fast food restaurant was nice and clean and the staff were friendly. Great place to grab a quick bite to eat.

    There's a guy in the parking lot who is seemingly free to harass customers. I have ppl in need I do help, but being harassed like this is not nice, especially when I'm there with my young child. He even ran after my car as i was leaving.

    Lively location and the playground is covered so it's children can always play. I was served pretty quickly and the staff were kind.

    Chefette's customer service has declined. The employees seem more interested in talking with each other than engaging professionally with the customer. I also recently bought three scoops of ice-cream which came halfway up the cup. Saw it after I drove off and just took photos.

    Drive thru can be a bit of an inconvenience at times. I have had to wait in excess of 45 minutes on numerous occasions, and as you can imagine, I was extremely displeased. However, there are times when you just breeze through, so I guess you have to cross your fingers and hope for the best. Overall, food was as expected.

    This was the second time I had a chefette, and it was literally better this time. The vege burger was tasty. The Cole slaw could've been a bit more tasty

    Delicious fast-food, and quick drivethrough service. Item on special was Lentil Roti, and this had all the usual curried goodness of Roti, with the healthy mix of lentils and other vegetables. This is one of the newer Chefette branches, and is conveniently located along the busy Black Rock Main Road, on the outskirts of the city.

    The service today was poor with in fighting amongst staff. Most customers came for ice cream and the wait was long. In my opinion due to complacency...doing ice orders without looking at customers tickets

    Getting a greeting consistently has become a challenge for Chefette in general. Great food, but ervice could be better if attendants would greet you with pleasantries, just shoving food at you and already on to the next customer. At the pay window I repeat and wait for a response to my pleasantry before I pay, I don't think it's asking too much.

    The drive thru service was very poor and unprofessional. While receiving my order and waiting for a mayo I asked for 3 times the lady on the mic looked at us and asked "wa de two of them still they waiting fa" with an attitude then made us pull over to wait 15 minutes for a mayo Only for a delivery driver to be the one to go inside and get it for us while showing my manners and professionalism then the ladies at the window. Miss Nadia M who worked drive thru at 5:22pm October 25th ma'am you need some manners.

    Service is usually impeccable, unfortunately this time around they were plagued with delays and other anomalies. I'm sure that was just a one time event though.

    Service usually satisfactory and products outstanding large selection to choose from...It is difficult to say what my favourite thing is because all of them are done well and taste tarific, my draw back is the length of time spent in the drive-through.

    After waiting 25 minutes for food that was to be ready in 10 to 12 minutes, the cook decided it was best to argue with the staff member who was assisting me, rather than apologize for the misunderstanding. Well done, Chefette, well done.

    Chefett restaurant for take out is simple no stress ,chefett for large meals and small meals of good taste with sweet treats of oll kinds with beverage 🍷 .Great place to eat in comfort.

    Besides the drive thru headsets need changing so you don't have to keep repeating yourself all the time it was efficient and I'm glad to see that the server no longer handles the cash so no cross contamination
