    I really enjoyed my meal. The chicken was nice and crispy and the chips were the right amount of salty. This was by far my best meal yet. There was a little wait in receiving the food items but nothing that was too bad. Overall a great experience 👍🏾👌🏾

    Only reason I go BK is for my kids after Jiu-Jitsu for dinner or a morning for breakfast. Tell me why, I have to spend (ALL THE TIME) especially at breakfast 30+mins in a drive thru, to come to the service window and find ... no one .. 5mins at the window and there's not even the cashier up front. This service is terrible at BK warrens. And at breakfast is worst. I'd be in line at breakfast by at least 10:15a.m and only get to order by mins to 11 to be told breakfast is done. It's absolutely rubbish service here. Only for my kids I go BK.

    The food was hot and fresh, the wait time wasn't long! The restaurant was clean. Only thing stopping them from reaching a 5 star. The staff could be friendlier.

    Service: Poor staff needs training Food: 2nd time wrong in 3 days. Front staff and kitchen need to cooperate better. I can do customer relations for free to show you what is needed to improve.

    American restaurant franchise operating in the busy Warrens location in Barbados. Tasty choices and efficient service. The drive through line moved very quickly, and the cost was more economical than usual due to a series of discount coupon specials currently being offered.

    The best Burger King on the island for the quality of food. I drive an extra 5 mins from Sky Mall to get food from this BK because even with the extra drive the food is always better by the time I get it home. The only thing is the drive through queue is always taking longer than Sky Mall. They could do with moving the speaker box back further down the queue so they can be preparing more orders at the same time.

    The most unprofessional service I've ever received from a fast food restaurant. Not sure if there was a change in staff but the quality of the service went from exceptional to subpar overnight. Excessively long waits, cold food and at times some items I paid for being forgotten. P.S. Thank you for the burnt nuggets.

    Over 20 minute wait. Closed breakfast early. No toys in kids meals. Playground closed. Just go to Chefette.

    Went at 11:40 am, hoping to get through quickly as noone else in line. Placed order, waited longtime at pay window. Finally moved to next window and noone in sight! Waited a bit until someone finally came to the window, they then had to go for card machine to process the payment there. That lady was very polite about it.

    How to have your day ruined 101. The actual rating is zero stars. I went into the bathroom after midday and upon entering it was clear that it had not been cleaned since the previous day. In toilet 1 someone had left their stuff on the bowl. Toilet 2 of 2 was brimmed with filthy toilet paper. I had to use 1. Had to. I was thinking about how the only thing worse would be no soap. The dispenser gave me 1 square centimeter of soap and was empty.

    Robbed us. Did a drive through yesterday. Reprated the order after receiving the order while the one serving us reiterated to confirm the order. Upon arrival to our apartment which was in a different parish, i found out that we were missing part of the order. Called them and said that the only way for us to get back our money was to drive there and get it from the specific branch. Since petrol is not cheap here we decided it was not worth it. So kudos to the staff, hope you learn your jobs

    It's nice, the food tastes fine to me personally and the have very decent prices. I really don't like to judge taste as it is personal. Nice interior with good spacing between the tables but service can be quite slow sometimes as I don't believe they are used to high traffic.

    Though the lady at the drive-through order speaker was very pleasant, we had to leave the line after ordering. It was 20 minutes of just waiting. Very disappointing for my son who wanted one of their burgers.

    Excruciatingly slow, the young lady over the intercom was talking to other customers while taking my order, which led me to believe she took my entire order and told me to move forward, I asked her if she meant to drive forward and she told me blatantly “I didn’t mean you”, it then took 10 minutes to pay and receive my change. It also took another 10 minutes before they acknowledged me at the collection window, to then ask me the wrong order number (which was the person behind me) when trying to get the young lady’s attention, so I could ask a question, she started to shut the window, not until I raised my voice to the point of shouting for her to acknowledge me. At this point I was infuriated, and I asked to speak with the manager, so I can receive my money back, she was polite, and asked if I still wanted my order and at that point any type of smoothing over and apology acceptation was out through the door cause I spent 25 minutes in a drive thru because of the slowest and most absent minded service I’ve ever received at this branch.

    The burgers are not consistent, which is odd and when you state this they lie and say the recipe changed... a time I had to complain to the manager who said it hadn't and apologised profusely b4 redoing my order, the staff don't seem motivated, and just "there" tbh. They get your orders wrong regularly, so check ur sandwich before u leave you would be surprised the things that go missing from your order

    It's Burger King. But service is trash. Worst then any hood burger King in the states. As a country that thrives on tourism the lack of customer service island wide is appalling. There needs to be a major shift in training working here.

    Had my stepson's birthday there on the 16 was great the staff was friend and welcoming only issues was burnt nuggets but we got coupons so awesome time

    Service here is good, though I've found it to be less friendly than the Sky Mall location. Food is delivered pretty quickly (though I don't often use this branch) and the fries are consistently good.

    Very slow drive through service today. 15 minutes from the time of order to delivery. Waited over 6 minutes at the pick up window. Staff did not communicate for the entire time at the pick up window. There was no greeting at the pay window either where there was also a wait before the cashier came to provide service but putting her hand through the window for my credit card and pushing the card machine out of the window and the hand to get it back.

    I've never had a good experience at this location. Orders are usually wrong. The ground staff and management need some sort of Customer Service Training!!! I had to select a star but in my eyes it's a lump of coal! BK can DEFINITELY do better!

    Why do you say you close at 10pm but walk ins aren’t allowed in before 10pm even at 9pm y’all don’t allow walk in customers to get what they want, this is ridiculous
