Excruciatingly
slow,
the
young
lady
over
the
intercom
was
talking
to
other
customers
while
taking
my
order,
which
led
me
to
believe
she
took
my
entire
order
and
told
me
to
move
forward,
I
asked
her
if
she
meant
to
drive
forward
and
she
told
me
blatantly
“I
didn’t
mean
you”,
it
then
took
10
minutes
to
pay
and
receive
my
change.
It
also
took
another
10
minutes
before
they
acknowledged
me
at
the
collection
window,
to
then
ask
me
the
wrong
order
number
(which
was
the
person
behind
me)
when
trying
to
get
the
young
lady’s
attention,
so
I
could
ask
a
question,
she
started
to
shut
the
window,
not
until
I
raised
my
voice
to
the
point
of
shouting
for
her
to
acknowledge
me.
At
this
point
I
was
infuriated,
and
I
asked
to
speak
with
the
manager,
so
I
can
receive
my
money
back,
she
was
polite,
and
asked
if
I
still
wanted
my
order
and
at
that
point
any
type
of
smoothing
over
and
apology
acceptation
was
out
through
the
door
cause
I
spent
25
minutes
in
a
drive
thru
because
of
the
slowest
and
most
absent
minded
service
I’ve
ever
received
at
this
branch.
