Our favourite restaurant on the island! A unique dining experience in the sand, with an incredible view of the sea and sunset! The food and drinks are fantastic, and the service always great! We were on island for several weeks and went at least once a week! Book ahead, book for 5:30 so you get the sunset!! Their rum punch is top drawer!!

Wow….oozes beach class. It’s simple and basic in a way that screams quality. It’s not cheap - good dinner (starters, mains and booze) at £200. But the location is superb - get there for sunset - it’s a game changer. But you may need a local to show you where it is. It’s not somewhere you’ll find otherwise. Great menu - local fish and good steaks. Excellent wine list. All with typically friendly Barbados staff. Loved it.

My favourite restaurant bar none!! We came 3 years ago...couldn't wait to come back and it didn't disappoint. Incredible setting, cool laid back vibes, happy friendly staff, great music (not too intrusive) and wonderful food....the spicy lamb rack was off-the-clock good!! Brought our grown up sons...was worried it wouldn't live up to my hype...needless to say they loved it ❤️ Nothing like eating incredible food and supping on yummy cocktails with your toes in the sand! Recommend an earlier table to catch the sunset around 5.45pm....LOVE LOVE LOVE ❤️

What a stunning location for such a great meal, sitting on this beautiful beach and enjoying their food will remain with us long after we have left Barbados. A wonderful steak cooked to perfection and delightful service. Highly recommend this place for anyone in the area. Only one minor complaint being the flies which obviously also love the food here, descending on us only whilst eating and clearly not preventable by La Cabane.

Enjoyed our visit to this place. Steak was superb and setting is fantastic particularly if you get there before sunset. We took the yellow bus there and back from HT with the restaurant a 5 min walk from the bus stop. Mains are around BBD$60-90 and drinks around BBD$12-25.

Been here 3 times in a year and booked to go back on our last night. We absolutely love La Cabane! Friendly staff, delicious food and cocktails and the setting and location are out of this word amazing. During sunset you can spot turtles swimming very close to the shore. So special ❤️

It’s always lovely to see this team. Lovely casually but effective service and the food is always marvelous. As expected fan-f***ing-tastic! La Cabane is one of only two restaurants I frequent in Barbados.

It was booked up when we went so I cannot speak on the food, however, I can speak on the atmosphere. Exciting, fresh.. Surfer vibe. Really wish we ate.

I was in the area for a week and went almost every day. It hurt me to leave this place. A great stop after a day at the quiet beach adjacent. They remember their regulars, are extremely hospitable and kind, and the food is excellent. Dinner reservations advisable but appetizers are an easy walk in. Couldn’t recommend more.

Every Wednesday there is a live band playing jazz. With the waves of the sea gently crashing behind and the sea breeze brushing across your face you could not ask for a better location. The food and drinks were good and service was delivered with a natural smile. Definitely a place you should check out on a Wednesday evening.

A great location and highly recommended. Very attentive staff and an interesting menu set out on a board attached to to a nearby tree. It is a lovely setting for early evening cocktails and supper although I prefer the lunchtime experience as the proximity to the beach seems to better come alive at midday. I recommend their rum punch and hamburger with home cut fries...delicious. A must visit location for persons coming to Barbados for the first time.

This place was amazing. The food and atmosphere was incredible.Clayton, our server was super knowledgeable, pleasant and his service was impeccable. It doesn’t hurt that the view is unmatched and that they serve the best rum punch in the island. Ceviche and amber fish amazing. Highly recommend this place.

Great food, service and location. The staff are really helpful and personable. The food has been great tasting on both visits and how lovely to eat by the sea too. Highly recommended Update: Been 3 times to La Cabane on this trip and always delighted by the whole experience 👋👋👋 great spot for swimming and sunsets too 🏊🌅

Lovely evening meal on the beach. Hadn’t booked but the girls on the front desk were fab and got us a seat right by the band who were about to start. We had the fish tacos and a couple of the desserts with some drinks which were all great. Very photogenic site with a swing seat overlooking the sunset for people who want it. Big advantage is that they have a website so you can check out the menu before you go. All round great night.

Loved this magical place by the beach. I went twice, once in the evening for drink and dinner and once to work in the afternoon. Both times were great. The music is great, the drinks original, the food simple but tasty and the view fantastic. The only thing I would say that could improve is the fact that the service and food preparation are a little slow, so don't come here with a tight schedule...time to relax! Food tips: The fish brochette is a must. The prosciutto salad is a little underwhelming, I would recommend the mango salad it was delicious! Also, you can't go wrong with the fries. Drinks: the Cabana spritz is great! Wine list a little pricy for the quality of the wine.

Great little bar/restaurant on the beach. Great food and a very lively place to spend an evening and nice hot sunny days on the beach. A place I highly recommend when in Barbados.

Some restos have a few seats on the beach, this one is all on the beach. Dinner is an event with scrumptious food, great music, amazing ocean access, old movies on big screen, bonfire, torches and subdued lighting. The only minor - is Bajan time service. However the servers are extremely friendly and fun. This was definitely not the most expensive but best restaurant we went to on the island.

It used to be the "best kept secret" on the island, but it's only fair that everyone can enjoy it now! Jules & Clém' bring their unrivaled "French touch" to this lovely beach: book early, and stay late!... but avoid hanging your hammocks under the trees!

Amazing service, views and food. We went for brunch and it was really lovely. We were a group with toddlers and it is a nice place for families. The kids could play in the sand while we ate and chatted. Afterwards we all went for a swim and it was an ideal morning. The water was perfect but the sand was a bit rocky since the last storm. Nothing La Cabane can do about that though!

Great location with exquisite views, however I found the reception staff to be Barbados rude and confused with mixed messaging. I literally only wanted to have a drink and apps but it was the “menu” changeover time so I was brushed off. Happily I ignored them and was welcomed by a lovely server who redeemed the location. The Ceviche and mojito was legend along with the view. It’s popular with tourists and locals but with so many other options, I’m not sure if I’ll make this a regular dining option due to the front reception…

Went here on our last night and what a treat! Can’t beat the vibe and the food is unreal. Quality ingredients done exceptionally well. Highlights: steak, local catch, mushrooms. Met the owner at the end of the night and our group shared a bottle with him. Talk about hospitality!

Lovely food and staff. Highly recommend for people who love freshly made seafood. The grilled octopus was top notch! Edit: Visited for the second time, couldn't get enough of this place! This time ordered fish tacos which were unbelievably tasty

Great venue/location, great atmosphere and great food... wish I'd found this place earlier in my stay so I could visit more often. With a generous helping of both live and recorded music, this ticked all the boxes 👍🏾

Absolutely beautiful spot on the beach. The perfect place to have dinner and watch the sunset. The menu is not huge but from what I saw there's something for everybody. This restaurant also has a full bar and on the night we were there a DJ.

Went on a Sunday for dinner. Saw a great reggae band, great food and atmosphere and the service was second to none. Couldn't fault it. My only regret was not having more nights here as we were staying walking distance. Absolutely recommend this place.

Most amazing Caribbean experience on the beach with great quality food. For a new establishment they are really knocking competition out of the Box by far! Some dishes are so good They are not served the next day and a customized menu is made every day.

Great bar/restaurant on a quiet patch of beach near Bridgetown. Not the cheapest but had a memorable meal and good drinks here with some friends. The fish tacos were well received! Bar and waiting staff are very hospitable, Oscar and Nate looked after us well. Come early (before 5.30pm ish) and enjoy the sunset before dinner. You're welcome ;-)

We dined at La Cabane for a late lunch and could not be more pleased with our experience. Service was absolutely wonderful and the food was delicious and prepare so nicely. We enjoyed libations and sat back to nice tunes. Honestly, if we didn't have a child with us, this would be the place I can see myself sitting down for and dining/drinking for the entire day and well past sunset. I loved having the ability to watch our daughter explore Batts Rock Beach just beyond, as we sipped on our cocktails and beer while food arrived. The portions were very generous - and what I happily/sadly mean by that is, Americans should have no complaints. Parking is available at the "lot" right next to La Cabane.

Great beach restaurant serving tasty grilled food and drinks. The music mix is amazing, perfect vibe for an afternoon on the beach in Barbados. We recommend the grilled swordfish, chicken and hand-cut homemade fries (yum). So funny, they have a drink, ‘Covid Remedy’, of Herradura Tequila and Corona it has a spicy kick but it was good.

We went last night as we walked along the beach. The waiter asked if we wanted food or drink or both. We said we weren't sure but definitely a drink. He directed us to a lady at the back for temperature etc. She was very rude. She bluntly said we couldn't have food. She took our temperatures and was shooing us away. I asked about filling in the book for track and trace and she just took it away! I was under the impression it was compulsory. We had 2 rum and comes which came to a whopping $37. An expensive drink for rude service and no covid protocols. It only got 2 stars for the sunset

(Translated by Google) On the beautiful beach of Barbados, there is a romantic bar and restaurant .. There is also a children's camp in this place, while parents are waiting for the children, they are happy to choose from delicious food and typical local drinks. The romance of the evening was unforgettable, the roar of the sea, the sunset, the glowing lights all made the place special. Here I ate a dish made from baraguda which was the most delicious on the islands so far. I really enjoyed the evening and I can recommend the place and the food to everyone. (Original) Barbadosz csodálatos tengerpartján, egy romantikus bár és étterem.. Ezen a helyen gyerekek tábor is müködik, miközben a szülők a gyerekekre várakoznak szívesen válogatnak a finom ételekből és a jellegzetes helyi italokból.

😠 I was craving some spare ribs. Much hasn't changed; the steps are still unpainted, the seats are still broken and it generally still looks musty. The sauce for the ribs was excellent.
